Great place to deliver. Got here about 1.5 hrs before my appointment & was unloaded within reasonable time. Overnight parking available with big staging area.

Horrible place, drivers please avoid this place at all cost coz you will loose valuable time here. My appointment was 5am got here 4am it’s now 10am and the unload didn’t even started. Wish me good luck

No ⭐ this place is the worst been here since 6:30 or 7:00 a.m. appointment it is now 12:00 and still have no Dot trying to say they are problems with my PO number when I called yesterday I was on schedule for 7:00 a.m. someone is lying avoid this place of all costs

Its nice they have a place to park over night. Been coming here for 4 years. Ive never been late always at least 2 hours early. But appointment time do not matter here they are always at least 2 hours behind. And they do not even care. Guess that is what happens when you have a union to define lazy workers. I always offer to unload but its always a no.

Stay away from this place at all cost. Checked in at 11am for a 1pm appointment. Still here at 4:45 pm. Still sitting in their holding lot waiting for a door. Only have 3 pallets on. Was just told the appointment that was before me was just now being pulled into a door and I would be next. Wish me luck I make it out by midnight.

I would give this place 0 stars if it was possible, brought in a load on pallets and the trailer was not even full approximately 35 feet. Im at the dock for 5 hours and still waiting. I usually never write reviews but that tells you how bad the unload times are here.

Having a place to sleep is nice..Took just over 2 hours to unload.Friendly people.No complaints.

I arrived to this DC the day before on 6/17 at 1745 and was advised that they are backed up and I may have to wait until late this evening or tomorrow morning. The lady at the guard shack was very nice about the whole thing. I was instructed to call the number on a list they gave me. I called at 1145 pm and the guy in receiving who answered said they are working on 1730 appointments. Did not make any effort to say anything else and hung up. I will not return to this place again. The only good thing about this is that I am getting a whole lot of detention.

Awesome place. Apppt 1000. Arrived the evening before @ 8pm. Checked in. Overnight parking okay. Got a call for a door @ 0300. Got bills by 0600.

Ive stood a the window for 3 minutes to check in this bold guy just looks at me and continues to check other trucks. Oh it was full of people by the way to check me in and nobody assisted me until when. I come back in to give my po number and the bold guy checked me in then walked away. I need to start doing reviews to know which places werent worth going back and pay wise.

Arrived the night before for a 6am appt. Checked in, security very nice. Overnight parking (with portajohn facilities). Given a dock door around 0630. Good amount of space for backing.

I arrived at 12:30 pm for a 4pm appointment and was given a door right away and was unloaded at 2:30pm. Nice people and thank you.

DC #93 take exit 98B. Park the truck at bullpen on your left. Walk to guard shack to check in. If you drop loaded go straight up the hill the lot is on the right is tight. Sometimes you can find empty here or the other lot on the left at the end of building. After drop loaded go to office next to dock 420. Only Sat-Sun you have to drop in the black mail box. No restroom but portable available at the front next to the guard shank.

Not a bad place. The parking for the dry dock is to small

For a receiver to have overnight parking is great. Thumbs up...

8am appt said 6 hrs behind still havent moved at 530 pm almost 10 hrs nothing then at 630pm rescheduled me for 7am Sunday this place is so unorganized the staff is great obviously the management have no cluewont be back absolute dump

Love delivering here they have overnight parking in the bull pen friendly guards checking you in and almost always fast at unloading truck.

Good idea to have overnight parking otherwise depending on products you may have, don’t expect to stay less than 4hrs,.....Remember it’s all about bad day or good day.I’ve been here 12:09am now it’s 12:35pm,... checked in 12:20am Appointment 5:30am.It’s b....t.

GPS brought me to a different door and I had to spend a night there.Meijir guys didnt left any instructions for the drivers like me at the security check. At 5am (when they open) I found out that the entrance I am next to is wrong and I have drive back a couple of miles. No phone numbers to call or clear instructions. Leaving a sheet with the numbers I got at the checkpoint so the other drivers doesnt stock in the same situation.

Been here over 10 times now in past few years. Not sure what’s up with bad reviews. Always good experience. Good staff, overnight parking. Never been more the. 3 hours to get unloaded. Generally around 2 hours. You can show up early and there’s a chance they get you a door early. Pretty busy place but run really well.

Drivers beware. My appointment time was 10a it is now 9p. And they are only 75% done unloading me. I got here at 9:18a, and all i am being told is oh we were behind and they still are working on you. I am literally the last truck here and they have about run my reefer out of fuel. Nope never again friends. Now I remember why it took me 8 years to come back here.

They Can’t unload last 1 pallet, short on stuff. Held me as a hostage for 8 hours.

If you drive reefer and know how is this they are pretty normal, night parking available, plenty room, arrive early and they call you early

Been here since 0630 checked in and everything and still havent gotten a call to dock in yet it 1400 now this here is crazy I have another load to pick up a hour away Im not going to make it.

I should give them no star checked in at 5 am appointment was at 6 am now is 3 pm still waiting to get a door escape this place no respect to driver.

For the truckers. Overnight parking is available. Was here on a Sunday, so there was ample parking. Before going into the guard shack, park anywhere and proceed to the guards where they will ask you for an appointment number. Appointment number is assigned according to address and according to product being delivered. They have a posted notice on their window. Guard was friendly. It took almost 2 hours to assign a dock. There was no other set of instructions given by guard. Just dock and wait it out. Time now is 12:15 p.m. I was fully unloaded by 13:25. All of the staff was friendly and helpful. The overnight parking helps out a lot. Flying J about 7 miles north. Update (12-9-20): As you back up into docks, leave paperwork in the trailer. Once you go back into sleeper, call the number highlighted on on your information sheet given by the guard. They will call you back to let you know that you are unloaded. The rest of the procedure is basically the same as two years ago .

Slow slow slow. Plan on being here for at least 12 hrs to 24hrs

Dont come to Meijer DC. Horrible place, you will loose a lot of time, appointment was for 8:00 am got in door 4:00 am but they started unloading 8 :00 am, after 2 hours unloading got only 50%, dont go to Miejer you will loose half day .

Meijers is never on time, averaging more that 6 hrs past appointment time to get unloaded, you will have to cancel your reload, time to cancel meijer

Check in 40 min before appt. Three hours past app still in staging area outside guard shack. Not coming back here ever again.

Huge parking lot.can park n do break or overnight cause you checkin at tarpshack (have ur 22..xxx... #)..then they call u w dock.. then give u direction for dock, then bring out pprwk when done.pretty quick unload.

I ran 250 miles looking for a trailer, what a long Day. The security lady had such a pleasent demeanor. Her attitude affected me in a positive way #Riverfloww

Was expecting a horror show from all these negative reviews. Had a 6:30AM appointment, checked in at 6:25AM. Got a door at 6:45AM. Was unloaded by 8:30AM and I was gone. They have overnight parking which is great, there is also a flying J and loves nearby. They have port a potties on site.Only complaint I have is the local drivers going through the yard at 20-30MPH. No need to be going that fast in a yard.

Extremely long wait un-loading a reefer load here. Plan on spending your break in their staging area. No lumper fee and parking are the only pros. I arrived on time for appointment 13:30, got a door at 15:15, they didnt start unloading until 16:30. Its now 20:30 and they still have three pallets to go.Ill probably be out of here around 22:00With no time on my clock of course. And I lost my next load as a result.

A good experience for me, however, I was only dropping loaded and taking an empty trailer out. Plenty of paved parking if needed.

It was my appointment at 4 am I get here before 6 earlier that is mean 10.30 pm . I did check in, than they called me at 3.30 am I received door at 3.45 .they take for them to unloading me 6 hours, I finished here until 10.14 am thank you 😡

Overnight parking available. Expect to be on site for long period of time if you have live load/unload.

Takes forever to get thru and the restroom look like it hasnt been cleaned in 10 years . The sink drains on to the floor the toilet spits at you while flushing and the wall hand dryer looks like it blasting off in to space with how dirty the dam thing is . If you dont have to go here dont not worth the time or STDs you would get in the restroom.

Check in any time they open 24,overnight parking,nasty toilet. App 10 30am check in 2 30 in morning back up to dock 12 20pm now 14 00 stil unloading, I lost mi day.and blocker told me detention after 4 hours not bad.never come back again.

I had an appointment time to deliver and they left me in the staging area for 2hrs. B-4 assigning me a dock, then still took another 2hrs. to unload me !!!

Ladies are always so helpful and polite. Quick to get business done and drivers on their way!

Huge facility.cut your seal, place at the rear of your trailer.open your doors, back up to your dock once assigned a dock door.Disconnect your air line, and chock your wheels...They are very meticulous with surveying their freight, so it may help you to catch a quick nap, because its gonna take a little while to get unloaded. 👍🏾

Nice big parking lot in the bullpen area. I seem to always get my door before my appointment. Cottage Pizza will deliver right to the door of your truck. Great food at Cottage. Plenty of room to maneuver around to hit your door

This is a place for drivers paid hourly! Even they will get bored and frustrated here! Accidentally may come here another time!

Was in and out with my company. Drop and hooks mostly. They really just want your info and move you along. They understand time is money. Not one problem from them

Got to their staging area which has over 100 truck parking spots. Appointment time was for 2 PM. Got here at midnight the day of got a door at 5 AM. Unloaded by 7:30 AM. Best distribution center I have ever been to. Unsure if they have a lumper yet. But it is worth whatever they charge if they do have one. Also security guards are very nice. The drivers lounge is currently close during the coronavirus stuff but they do have Porta potty set up. Porta potty‘s are very clean. 10/20/2020

Annoying check in process, firstly drivers make sure you have you Load ID number ready, I had load and PO numbers which were not enough to check in, secondly you will be directed to one of three phones depends of your load, I had 8 people in front of me to one of the phones, after that you will be asked for your information and cell number and then you will just wait in your truck. Had appointment at 9am, came at 7am, they called me at 11am and I was empty at 3pm 😕 To be fair gave them 3 stars just because of their overnight parking lot...

My first review was 1 star as follows..Plenty of over night parking but plan to spend the day as well. I had a 5 am appointment and was put in a door at 4 am, it is 10:36 am and I am still not unloaded.Second review 5 stars 6am appointment, 430 am in a door, 530 am unloaded. 546 am paperwork in hand. Ive only been here 2 times to this location and had very opposite experiences.I guess its a crapshoot

Organized chaos and very large plant; amazing, polite, courteous, and kind employees. Security gave clear concise instructions and focused on their job. Yard jockeys are knowledgeable of the area and kind when asked for help.

Unprofessional, super slow, if you can avoid, AVOID. Losing more money waiting there then driving $1 per mile..no detention, no layover, no answering on the phone, rude...I’ll never pick up something from them anymore..

Nice people in the guard house and lady in receiving office is also very nice.now as far as unloading goes it is awful.super slow would best describe them! They do have overnight parking and plenty of room to maneuver around, rather large facility.

They are to slow with unloading. If you have produce it takes 4 hours and if is something frozen its 6 at least.People are nice, easy to park, theres parking lot in front of center. Its all good except waiting its to long.

One of the bad facilities in the MI state there is place where people instead of working and unloading the truck they are sleeping during the work very dumbest place !!!!!!

The filthiest distribution center in the United States! Not only was the trash cans spilling over in the check in room (bldg 85) but there were several empty food cans/ containers laying on the floor. An absolutely disgusting disgrace to a food storage facility. Appalling! Michigan Dept of Health should investigate this. I expect to see rats if this keeps up. Heads would roll if I were in charge!
