Very helpful helping me pay my bill

Called regarding 2 medical bills which did not match my overdue medical bills. I had previously called the original companies because they did not bill my insurance. When I asked United Recovery and explained the bills they sent did not match they told me not their problem and they couldnt direct me on who to speak to. The names of the companies were even different then who I received care from. The woman hung up on me when I told her the names of the companies differed from who originally billed me. Very unhelpful and unprofessional.

Fraud. Scammers!
