Michael was personable, knowledgeable, friendly, punctual, diligent, and professional. He was a guy who definitely knew his stuff. No doubt about that he is good at what he does, because he did an amazing job on our chimney. You can see that it was starting to break down after years of weather and age. We were anticipating major repair costs, but not for Michael. He did the job and gave us a quote that was a lot less than what we were expecting. We also liked that he was extremely knowledgeable. He showed us some things we could even do ourselves to save ourselves some additional money. Michael is terrific. We strongly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a service like this to take care of their chimney!

Called the phone number,it was machine answered, said someone would pick up in 30 sec. a odd voice came on asked if i was looking for a chim. sweep asked for my zip then said i would have to call someone local! my exchange is 651. recalled got a female voice that said they didnt do chimney sweeping!

I called to set up an appointment for a chimney sweep. They asked for my zip code. I live 5 minutes north of the Lansing Airport. They played a recorded message that said sorry, we dont service your area and hung up on me. Not professional at all!

We have a complicated issue with our chimney. After the team arrived for inspection, they told me that it will take them 3 days to complete the job. I was not surprised to hear it since I know how extensive the problem is. What surprised me was that it only took them 2 days to finish the work. The installation team did a perfect work.

I live in Delta Township and the answering service says they don’t have a professional serving this area. If this is true they should stop advertising on Google saying they do.

Tried to get them to come to my house in Lansing, but according to the automated phone system, they dont have anyone in my area.

Not a local run company. Called in to try to schedule service and was told there was nobody in my area and then immediately hung up on. My call was obviously run through a larger call center. Apparently Dewitt isnt part of the Ingham county area as indicated on their site.

They were unable to help me.
