Definitely one of the most professional and knowledgeable contractors I have ever worked with!Cleaning a chimney it’s very dirty but not a speck of dust or soot in the house.

Id like to review higher except that we waited a very long time for them to come and when I made the appointment they asked me if it was a one or two story I told them it was a two-story house and then when they got here they said that they couldnt do it because they didnt have any way to get up there.

I scheduled an appointment a month in advance, knowing that chimney sweeps usually schedule out far, and because we need the chimney cleaned yearly due to a wood burner being our only heat source. I informed him the house was 2 stories and the ceiling heights were 10 and 9 feet high, that it was a tall house. He said that wouldn’t be a problem. He showed up right when he was supposed to, however the first words out of his mouth was “yeah, we won’t be doing this job. This is a three story house.” I’m so frustrated that we scheduled in advance, just for him to come out and say “nope”. There are multiple places to climb up via a ladder then you’re able to maneuver to get up to the chimney. So, unless you’ve got a ranch style house this guy won’t have a ladder tall enough to help.

I scheduled months in advance for an appointment only to have them show up and say we wont be doing this job. Due to the fact that they didnt have a tall enough ladder and that my house was too tall. I told them how many stories my house was when I made the appointment so Im not sure why they made the appointment in the first place.Why would you have a chimney inspection company and not expect there to be some taller houses? Then I called later and said if I get a ladder can you please come out and inspect and they still said no. -_- They absolutely just dont want your business or to even find a way to help. they just say no and leave if your house is more than 1 story.

Very professional and courteous at a reasonable price. They went above and beyond expectations. Ive used them twice and will use them again!

He showed up on time but within 2 minutes told me that a sweep wouldn’t fix my draft issues were due to the fireplace. I declined the cleaning. I can’t speak to the quality of his work but he was punctual, friendly, and honest, and that’s hard to find these days. Strongly recommend.

Trust Toziers for chimney cleaning. Gives an honest assessment. If it doesnt need cleaning hell say so. Weve used them a long while.He also is clean in the house, no tracking soot around. That is a big plus!

Dont use Toziers! He was late to show for my appointment, at which time he called to say he decided to take a vacation day and was cancelling all his appts. No apologies. I had taken time off work and put my baby is day care to be available for him to inspect my chimney. I was appalled that he left me high and dry. He does not value his customers.
