My interactions with Kristina, the manager, were always positive because she is professional, clear, and helpful. The unit that I used was clean and the grounds were maintained -- I always felt that my belongings were safe. Thank you!

It started decent, and then the manager kept my family locked in until I called police. She actually thought it was hilarious, very unapologetic. Like its a storage unit not a bank.

I went in today to rent a unit. The girl behind the desk could not have been more displeased to see me. She was on her lunch break, but she wasn’t eating, she was crafting ‘fiesta bags’. That’s what she called them as I observed her empty lunch containers and tissue paper and gift bags...I explained how I’d previously made an online reservation, had a lengthy discussion with a male a few weeks previously, and now arrived at the point in time I need storage.I was in the process of moving.The girl, kept telling me she was on her lunch break and super busy. She didn’t acknowledge one thing I said.She said she should have locked the door.I remained patient.Moving is stressful and I needed to get this done.I began my online reservation, thinking that should take up some time and make my registration process easier....giver her the rest of her lunch break.Then she asked if I could wait the 15 minutes in my car.She then told me I could leave and come back.I told her I would not be leaving and returning, that’s utterly ridiculous.At this point, I could not believe I was essentially being refused service. She began questioning the lunch breaks in my life....and I left.I am in the process of now securing a different storage room at a facility that is far more customer service friendly.You have and will continue to lose business as long as that woman and her crafting take priority over a very patient and respectful prospective customer.Very very disappointed, night and day from the man I spoke to.

As an out of state resident, finding a storage facility you feel comfortable leaving your RV parked at can be a challenge as your access to things cant happen as typically done. Joe is great! Runs a very clean organized place. Extremely nice and helpful. He knows whats going on there. I know my stuff is safe. If there is even a question he calls to touch base with me. I dont know any other place that does that. He treats people as people not as money/customers or as a citizen. Thats why he gets my business. Otherwise, I would have been gone years ago. I sure hope that the corporate headquarters knows the type of person they have. Although, they must he had been there for sometime.

These guys are amazing! I manage a small business out of a storage unit. My employees and I are in and out constantly and occasionally the storage door might get left open. The staff here have been so helpful. Theyve closed up after a technician and placed their own lock on it until we returned. They are away very polite and courteous. I highly recommend this place if your in need a a good secure place to keep your stuff.

Ive been renting here for few years on and off. Prices are competitive and its kept clean. Its also kind of nice to see the same face and smile when I stop by. Jenn is a sweetheart! The biggest negative is when they decide to charge more money per month AFTER youve been there for a couple months. But if your a new customer you get a cheaper price?!?!?

For the two years I had my things in storage this was a awesome facility and I had a great experience with them. They were there for me when I needed them. Even when they were closed the manager Mr Joel still made time to help me. I recommend this place to my friends and family. I appreciate how they maintain the yard and made my items feel more safe. I also had a vehicle in their yard. One day I went to visit and forgot to roll my window up. The manager Joel told me during his daily walk around the facility, he had noticed my window down and without even asking me put plastic and tape over my window, so the rain that came that night did not affect the inside of my vehicle. I definitely appreciate it that. Keep up the good work guys, we all appreciate it. Thank you

I have used this facility for my storage needs for its ease of access and its wonderful staff. Well maintained grounds and units to accomodate everything you own. Never had an issue with anything in the past 15 years Ive lived in the area. I just call up Joe and he is ready to help me out. Very personable and a great manager to run this kind of business. I have used this facility for the past three years. Joe has been awesome to work with. Midway through I needed to downsize to another unit and the process was seamless. Everything always neat and tidy, and very convenient to I-96

Spent close to 3 years at this location and I highly recommend this place to anyone. It was always clean and, more importantly, secure every time I went to use my space. We had a climate control unit and not once did we find it at a temperature we werent satisfied with. The best part about this location however is the customer service. Simply top notch.

I have to say out of all the storage places i used before this is the one i would recommend to everyone... Very clean storage units at reasonable pricing.. Joe whos always is working when i am their is really nice and answers every question you have.. They have someone who lives on site so i have no worries on anything happening to my stuff.

Joe is courteous and professional and always helpful at the Lansing West location. The grounds are kept clean, the storage units are clean. This Simply Self Storage location is great as it is on the cross roads of Hwy 96 and Hwy 99. The fees are reasonable and affordable.

I absolutely love this facility as a whole! Very clean, great hours and Joe (manager) is ALWAYS understanding and eager to assist you with any questions, concerns or problems you may run into. I made a rookie mistake and shared my unit, things went south and my unit was half emptied and left without a lock (no fault of Joes or the facilitys) and Joe seen it had no lock before I even knew and locked it back up for me!
