I would have rather give this a zero in stars. I left feeling very discouraged with the Service that was done to my vehicle. I took my vehicle in because of a warning light that came on my dash and I was losing power twice within a 4 hour time span. What was in turn quoted to me as highly and strongly needed would have sent my bill over $2500! I declined and yes I purchased a warranty at the time of sale and what I wanted replaced was only what was covered not all this extra things. Plus it showed on part of my invoice on work they did on my rear suspension claiming it was per customer stating hearing a clunk yet I NEVER EVEN STATED that! I had to call the warranty company to give authorization but I do not know how much they paid. At the end I paid in parts were under $200 yet over $1,000 in Labor??!!? Am I the only one that is seeing this as ridiculous? My daughter in law (who drives the vehicle) called the Service Department the next day to get a better understanding of the invoice and was basically blown off. For the amount of money I spent in repairs is it too much to ask to get a little respect and compassion? Really frustrated and during this pandemic that is STILL GOING on I really do not need this added stress.
I am a first time new car buyer. I worked with Josh from the Birch Run store. My experience with both the Birch Run and Lansing stores was top shelf! I was put at ease immediately and felt very confident moving forward. We are now a Ford family due to LaFontaine! Thanks, Josh (Birch Run) and LaFontaine Ford of Lansing! We will be back!
I recently bought a Ford Fiesta in Dexter from a LaFontaine dealership, and even though I was willing to drive an hour to head there to check on a minor issue, they required an appointment 48 hours out. I called this one and the lady at the desk (I wish I remembered her name) said just come by anytime. So I did. Same lady was super nice and said Ill grab a mechanic for you w/in seconds of me describing my issue. Dave, the mechanic, came out and patiently sat in the car to reset whatever was wrong and fixed it with a great attitude. Wish I wouldve bought my car from this dealership instead. Their service team has exceptional customer service!
Jenny was AMAZING and super helpful in getting me into my very first car! She actually listened to all the features I wanted and had actual knowledge of the vehicle to provide further insight! 1000/10
Excellent commitment But for sum reason when you buy a car you don’t get a free full tank like other dealerships do
Horrible service. I bought a 3 year old car and had a check engine light come on within the first month of having it. Been given the run around ever since and its been almost two months and now they expect me to pay for it. Chad Woodard was my sales guy. Shady business.
Less than one month ago I bought a Ford Escape 2013 from a particular but before buying it I got it inspected by LaFontaine and they said the car was good, it drove good, no error codes, no issues with the engine, transmission or brakes. That inspection cost $138 and the report certifies that there was no issues. They also said there was a recall still opened related with the door latches, not a big deal. One month later I got my appointment to fix the recall and I asked them to inspect the transmission because I noticed that sometimes revs stay high 1 second after releasing the pedal. One week after, they called me and said the parts for the recall were backordered so I had to wait a couple weeks, ok no problem. The surprise was that they found an issue with the transmission and with the brakes and they asked me $8000!!!!!! Obviously I started asking questions about how this happened in less than a month, and they said that might be the way I drive. I said NO to fix any of those issues and they asked me $280 for the inspection when it was quoted half that price. When picking up the car, surprise, they did not charge me anything for the transmission inspection.I am so disappointed with this situation. Is the transmission broken? Whats going on with brakes? Do they really need to be replaced? Why they did not find any of this issues in the first inspection? Ill get it inspected by other mechanic.
Service did a great job on my vehicle. I would highly recommend Lafontaine Ford of Lansing service garage for an oil change.
I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone, when a dealership orders you a vehicle and then walks you around like a dog and then sells the vehicle to someone else 2 weeks later because of profit is not a company you would want to do any business with. I wish I could have given them a negative 5 stars because this type of business is completely unreal.
They get the job done, I love that they send you a video of your inspection
Well i took my 2011 ford escape in to have a new transmission put in and when they put it in i was still having transmission issues. I took my vehicle to them again and stated i have transmission issues. They told me there were no transmission problems but instead fixed an O2 sensor. I get my vehicle back and had to take it back in due to transmission slipping. I was told not transmission issues that my axle seals were bad. After the axle seals were replaced they told me “it turns out the transmission you received from ford was bad when we put it in so we have to put another one in. After they put the 2nd transmission in i called in less than 2 days because my transmission was having issues. I took it back and they said “the transmission that ford sent me was initially missing parts when they put it in.” So now im waiting to have my 3rd transmission put in…🙃 hopefully it will be the last..
They did a great job helping with a tire patch. Removed a large needle. Good customer service. Thank you!
Great service and friendly staff. Highly recommend!
I dropped my car off and within two hours I got a diagnosis of the issue and the repair was covered under warranty. My service advisor Michelle was friendly, honest and quick.
I highly recommend LaFontaine Group, especially the Ford dealership in Lansing at Jolly and Cedar streets.Kendhal is an excellent sales person, he’s not pushy and his goal is to make all of his clients find the perfect vehicle for them.We will definitely see him when it comes time to help purchase a car for our (spoiled) teenage kids.
I would give zero stars if I could. I am so angry and disappointed in this company. I took my car in because the battery kept dying. They recommended battery replacement, which cost about double what a typical battery replacement would cost (An issue related as much to my Ford Escape as to the dealer ). They also told me that they noticed oil on the engine and recommended a $70 diagnostic test. Received a call after the test telling me that the Turbo charger would need to be replaced - @ $2500!! No written report to support the findings or recommendations or describe what was done. I decided to get a second opinion; an independent mechanic found no evidence of an oil leak, only that there was gasoline in the oil and thus recommended that the oil be flushed out and changed, which we did. Further, a state inspection of the vehicle AND another dealership’s inspection to ready the car for resale, found no evidence of an oil leak or failing turbo charger!!! I can only conclude at this point that LaFountaine was deceitful. Makes me question the other jobs that I had them do.
Recently I got my ford focus fixed by LaFontaine Ford. Great service and fair price. Particularly, the staff (Michelle) was super helpful and I had a easy communication with service department. The tech recorded a video about the issue and it gives me more confidence to decide about the service. I recommend.
Bought a 2020 xl f350 6.7 powerstroke from Chad Woodard. he set me up with after market heated seats and tinted the windows was a pleasure working with Chad very up front and honest. Also got me the best price been to multiple dealers and was definitely 👍 working with them. I also sold back a 2021 f350 tremor with 7.3 gas and got a astonishing offer asked 5 dealers for offers and Chad got me 500 more then highest offer thanks a million for being a honest dealer
Very friendly and prompt service from advisor and the mechanic! The mechanic was wonderful, called me direct, informed me every step of the repair and even sent me pictures of issues. Highly recommend.
Excellent service experience. The service took longer than expected, running into a timeframe that I would be out of town and unable to pickup the RV when it was completed. LaFontaine was very accommodating, storing my RV on their lot until I returned, which was a week after the service was completed. Also, a huge shout out to Ray, who stayed in touch with me and provided prompt responses to my inquiries during the service visit. You guys ROCK!
Great crew. Parts ordered ahead. Service went smoothly and faster than promised. Waiting area and restrooms were clean and welcoming.
First time I used your service - Ill be back! Your service person was really nice and thoughtful.
Art at the parts department was extremely helpful. He went out of his way to find me a wiring harness that no one else seemed to figure out. This is why I will continue to do business with them. Thanks!
Ist time buyer at lafontaine ford very impressed with the sales people overall everything was top notch wouldnt hesitate to buy another car from LaFontaine
Brought a car in to have the electric power steering reprogrammed and was told it needed a new rack and pinion and high voltage cable and was quoted $4500.00. I opted to get a used oem part to be installed by them for them to say it wasnt the right part and after verification of the Vin with 3 different parts companies to make sure this was the correct part (it was) I started to ask questions about what codes it came in with and what codes are now present and was met with being yelled at and forced into confrontation by the service writer/manager who went on to insult me like I wasnt even standing there. If a customer paying $125hr labor rate cant question the repairs without being met with insults and aggression then maybe the service writer/manager needs a new position. When I got the vehicle back to my shop I pulled out the used steering rack to verify that the part numbers match and they did. My final conclusion is that the steering rack was not the problem and that I was given a bad diagnosis by a tech that despite charging me $250 to hook a scan tool up if that never really tried to diagnose the issue rather was happy to throw parts at it at the customers expense. In my opinion the techs and the service writer/manager are unprofessional and dishonest. The service member Michelle was more than willing to help and open the lines of communication, maybe she should be the service writer/manager....
Im new to the area and had 2 recalls on my 07 Fusion to take care of, so I Googled the nearest Ford dealer and made an appointment to have them taken care of.The service provided was professional, friendly, and timely, so Im a happy camper.
The manger of Lafontaine contacted me to discuss my concerns with the final cost of the brake replacement. They quickly and easily resolved my concerns.
Both Will and Dave made the purchase/trade in process really easy. It was a relatively quick experience and we are very happy with our new purchase.Dave was the best salesman. He definitely has an amazing sales ethic.
Yeah. The more I think about it and look at the deal I made, the more convinced I become that getting bent over is what they mean by the family deal. Dont expect a fair price unless youre a hard nosed and experienced negotiator. Dont be fooled by the friendly family commercials into thinking La Fontaine is interested in anything beyond emptying your pockets and stuffing theirs. And while everyone likes to say how much they love the military veteran, dont expect that youll enjoy even minimal respect on that account. You dont show respect to a man or woman by assuming them to be a fool.
Quoted me ~ $120 to cut key and program fob for my Ford Flex (I had a blank fob but only one actively programmed key so I couldnt easily do it myself). Actual bill was $77. Staff was professional and friendly, turnaround was quick. Would certainly use this service department again based on this experience.
Bought a 2016 Ford Flex last year. The process was ok, and they were able to get us what we needed and into the flex, which is why Im giving 1 stars. However, the next day we noticed a slight grind in the front breaks, and husband noticed the caliber was warped, called them back and after they INSISTED nothing was wrong, they finally took it in and fixed it. Nothing else goes wrong for a year, and weve loved the car, put new tires on Sept of 2020. Now, fast forward a year and the battery dies, we charge it up and have no power steering. Take it back to them, and they essentially unplug it and plug it back it and I have power steering back (after talking to some mechanical friends they say sometimes when a battery dies, things can go wonky, and its not uncommon the computer just needs a reset). They basically tell me, that yes its fixed, but it will PROBABLY break again soon, and need a steering gear. At the same time as this, they did a recall part for the towing package. We get it back, and take our chances of the power steering going bad. Go to Walmart for an oil change and tire rotation, and walmart tells me they cant legally rotate my tires because theyre so balled and when mentioned that this Ford dealership just worked on the car for the recall, they did not ONCE mention the tires were as bad as they were.Idk, you can take my experience how you want, but I feel that theyre super shady and unless you want to spend $2500 (which would have been the cost for the steering gear they wanted me to replace), they dont want to even warn the customers of something dangerous like having EXTREMLY balled tires. Which we obviously had to have replaced, even tho the tires were barely a year old (and could have balled quickly due to the recall towing part).PS, we took our chances on the steering going out again, and its been a month without a problem. 🤷♀️
Worked with Andrew helped me with my issues very promptly and worked around my work schedule to get everything done in a timely matter
Staff fast and professional. Been taking our truck for service since 2016. We trust them. Thank you.
Brought my vehicle here for a fix under warranty by the manufacturer. My appointment was a week out, and I received continuous text reminders. The employee helping me was very friendly at the service counter and the dealership gave me a ride home while my vehicle was being serviced. Same day turn around as I was told would happen. Great experience!
Amazing dealership with awesome employees. Top notch deals and excellent service. Highly recommended.
You guys were awesome, I can trust getting my vehicle worked on by you guys. Thank you!!
Just bought a nice van there!
The people of LaFontaine Ford treat you like family I have been doing business there for quite some time now.
Charged me $200 to replace a pair of window hinges on an escape, I provided parts. Unacceptable price but I didnt have time to look elsewhere. But the shuttle guy was pretty cool. I give him 5 stars.
I really appreciate the service of LaFontaine Ford. They take very good care of my truck. Full service oil changes with tire rotation are reasonably priced and the sales and service folks are pleasant to deal with. If you are considering a new or used Ford truck or SUV, LaFontaine is a good place to start.
Need to make sure when you sell a vehicle, check it and make sure that everything is there that what iam paying for but I love the truck thank you
Our mechanic was Michelle and she was amazing! Very informative, knowledgeable, did great work!
The service at the Lansing Ford location in their service department was incredible. After dropping my car to get it looked at, and not having the funds to repair after being informed of the final cost. I went to pick it up and was confronted with a bill I must have over looked to begin with I suppose as I have not ever paid so much at any other dealer to be told simple what is wrong. The guys in the service department went above and beyond expectations as it is my own responsibility, rightfully to have the funds necessary. I really appreciated the act of kindess of their service department as I am between jobs and funds in the midst of COVID chaos.I wish I knew the names of the gentleman to rightfully acknowledge them. But thank you.
Freshly paved parking lot, thanks via McKearney Asphalt
I regularly take my car there for service. They have great customer service, and they work fast. I highly recommend the place
When the parts guy asked me if I wanted to order a part I asked about (it wasnt in stock), I said no thank you and he hung up on me instantly lol
Amazing, fast and friendly service will definitely be back!
What a joke. Just go to grand ledge
Went to service for warranty work and was trying to be forced to sign away $138 for a diagnostics that I may have or may not have to pay. Barely followed the COVID mandatory regulations there was no taped out 6 feet distances for customers to wait also the lead person in the service was not wearing a mask until someone talked with them. Honestly will never go here again and would never recommend them to anyone from where I am from originally LaFontaines was never like this one defiantly does not feel like a family deal or a place I would take my family.
Bought a vehicle from them sight unseen, was assured it was in good condition with no dents. They delivered it with nearly a dozen tents over 4 long at the back of the vehicle and are forcing us to take legal action to return the vehicle instead of graciously accepting that they misrepresented it. See you in court!
Excellent service on my 250 as always!!!!
Very impressed on how willing the staff was to make this buying experience as easy as possible. They came to our house to handle all the necessary details. Which was great for me!There was a problem with the car, but they handled it for me and gave me a loaner untilThe issue was fixed.Looking forward to driving my new ford. Thank you all.
Went in to find a newer vehicle for my husband and drove off in a 2017 Jeep Compass. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable and if you have everything with you and get approved it is a fairly short time frame from start to finish. Took us less than 3 hours and we had a new vehicle.
Had both my vehicles serviced Saturday, everything was fast and efficient. Michelle did an amazing job reviewing my work order and multipoint inspection with me. Top notch service by all!
Great customer service and I will never go back lafontaine is Capitalizing on Lansing. Appreciate your team
They worked with my fiance and I to find her the car she wanted. They answered questions we had, never pressured us to feel one way or another. Every step of the process was transparent and fair.
We took our 2011 F-150 to the service dept for recall service and oil change along with a steering inspection last Thursday. When we went to pick up our truck, the steering came out completely stiff and we could not even drive it out of the lot. They said they could not find anything wrong with it. When we told them the steering is worse than when we first brought it in, they asked if we were accusing them of breaking it (in a very snappy tone of voice). The service manager scheduled a repair and said it would cost $700.00 to fix a fuse and a module, but they wont have any idea if that would repair it. I dont know why we are expected to pay for a repair for something that we werent responsible for. This is going to set me back as this is our company vehicle.Update:Andrew the Service Manager immediate reached out to me and fully explained the repair situation and met me halfway for the cost of the repair. They repaired my truck very promptly and he personally came out to meet me in regards to the repair. I felt much better after speaking with him and I am a satisfied customer.
TY, service dept & Ben Weirauch for quickly & efficiently inspecting my car after a recall notice. I had called GL Ford dealership & they couldn’t be bothered to deal w/this apparently. Now, LaFontaine has a new loyal costumer!
Great Service Department! As for the sales department: LOL, I am still waiting to receive my free HD TV for spending over 50k on a Truck (hint hint). I will continue to do business with this company as long as I can. The service department cares about me. I had a electrical issue on the truck while plowing and they installed a upgraded alternator (at no cost to me). Their service department has always gone above and beyond to keep my small company running smoothly!
The friendly staff and comfortable waiting area at LaFontaine is enough to earn 5 stars from me. I brought my Edge here for the first time for an oil change. I asked if they participated in the Ford Free Works package for essential workers promotion & they said no, but still gave me 50% off which I thought was great customer service.
LaFontaine Ford of Lansing took care of everything that any other dealerships missed to take care of. Great customer service and they get the job done in the timely manner. I highly recommend.
Bought a 2016 ford flex, love the car but not entirely impressed with the service. They will tell you pretty much everything you want to hear to get you out the door including saying theyll cut a new key for the fob that was missing the hide away key. I never got my key and they also forged my signature on the title of the vehicle I traded in (they gave me pretty fair value for the trade in)... Also like most dealers they were very persistent to push a warranty on me and to avoid the haggling I took it off right as we finished paper work and they needed it approved by the sales manager. Just too pushy for my liking. Decent dealership, friendly start, aggressive tactics.
They are good at what they do and and good prices
I can only give review on the regular maintenance and tire rotation. The service rep was in contact with me and was very helpful on getting my truck in for regular maintenance and an issue with the taillight not working. The taillight issue has yet to be fixed as we were told to reschedule for an electrician to look at it. Frustrating that there is an issue on a truck that is a year old. I hope this does not become a thing because I love this truck.
I was having transmission issues with my Ford Focus. The service team was extraordinarily helpful on which actions to take. Jada was super friendly and Michelle went above and beyond to explain my options and to make sure I wasnt without transportation while my vehicle was being repaired. I highly recommend LaFontaine Ford for all of your service needs. Job well done guys! Your professionalism and knowledge is greatly appreciated! You have my vote!
Great service, very friendly and very helpful, highly recommend
The service department was very nice and informative.
When I changed oil there I asked to check my brakes. They said my brakes are good enough until next oil change. Just one week later, my brakes gave me horrible metal to metal sound. Then I fixed the brakes there next day, the manager Andrew was rude. He yelled at me on the phone and insulted me he cannot understand my English when I tried to explain it isn’t my fault to get rotor broke. He wanted to charge me over $600 at first place, then just cut last oil change fee $40 off for their fault. Or I cannot take my car back. I am a woman and new to the U. S. I had to call the police to resolve the problem. Finally, Andrew can understand my English and cut off the rotors fee for me. I won’t go back there forever even I bought my car there three years ago.
I have been going to this Ford location since I moved to Michigan 5 years ago and I cannot say enough about the wonderful service I have received here. I know and recognize the majority of the service staff each time I go and they recognize me and my son and always make us feel welcome. They also ensure to offer my son popcorn each time (after checking that its okay with me) because they know he loves it. They always get maintenance and repairs done on my vehicle in a timely manner and the one time they ran into issues with parts they ensured I had a rental to utilize until the work was complete. Keep up the great work!
Recently I had a customer of mine call me with a problem, her cousin in Michigan just moved to Lansing and wanted recommendations on where to take her car. I spoke with Andrew in service and he was very professional and answered all questions. I called my customer back and let her know that her cousin could expect top notch service at Lafontaine Ford!
Excellent repair work . Great customer service.
Staff in service department friendly but they did not reset my dash to what I originally had it on and I found it a little time consuming to fix it. Basics done but nothing above and beyond like my original cheaper oil change place. Mine always checks settings and makes sure Im satisfied. I was rather disappointed with service
LaFontaine always does a good job, when I bring my SUV in for an oil change. I think they even cleaned my windshield.
Michelle was our mechanic and she was FANTASTIC!!
I brought my 2013 Edge in after receiving the mailer for the extended warranty on my drivers door latch. They fixed it and another issue I was having promptly and reasonably. Coming from a guy who would never normally take his car to a dealership, it was a good experience! Thank you
Update to my original 6/20/2020 post. Thank God that I decided to change my tires early because one of my tires were torn in two places. I can tell that my vehicle wasnt properly inspected before being sold because the lock nut was still sealed in its bag, which means the tires were never taken off. Whoever had the vehicle before me evidently hit a curb because the outside part of the rim is scratched and it is slightly dented thus causing the rips in the tire. I would expect this kind of thing to happen at a mom and pops place, not at a Ford dealership. Make sure that you take your vehicle to a outside mechanic and have it inspected before purchasing it. I drove that car all the way back to NC with those rips in the tire.
I have my E450 serviced here and have always been satisfied with their friendly and efficient service. This last visit I got the impression of some resentment of the Governor for requiring masks rather than another facet of pro active customer service.
Customer service was friendly and knowledgeable on the cargo vans we were looking at.
Loved the quick service! In and out in less than 45 minutes
Customer service was a awesome experience. Robert and Jason worked well together to get me a good lender which was hard cause Im currently in bankruptcy. I recommended every person that fast and easy finish come to this dealership and was with Robert and Jason if you can.
I took my vehicle here to have it diagnosed the week before Labor day. I had my car towed there with an appt. at 2:15 on Friday. Service told me to expect to hear from them no later than Tuesday after Labor Day. Wednesday came and I had to call them myself. At this point Michelle in service told me she didnt hear anything from Ray the mechanic whom was supposed to be doing the diagnoses. She stated she was going on vacation so I would have to talk to him directly. I contacted Ray who told me that they had not even hooked car up to big machine yet but he knew there was a knock in my engine. mind you the fuse was blown on the engine so how do you hear a knock if you havent even repaired the fuse? In order to start vehicle the fuse had to be replaced. Hmmmm if you havent even hooked it up to the disgnosis machine how do you know whats wrong. So Thursday comes and I still havent heard from them I call again. A WEEK LATER! He states the battery bolt that connects the battery was missing which I knew and he had to put a bolt in it. The car starts........but he says I WILL NEED A NEW ENGINE IN MY CAR. WHICH IS ESTIMATED TO COST $7000.00 FOR THE ENGINE AND ANOTHER ROUGHLY $3000.00 FOR LABOR OR IF ANYTHING BREAKS PUTTING THE NEW ENGINE IN!!!!!!! Mind you my car is a 2008 Mercury Milan. with 150,000 miles and never has had an issue with the engine. I tell them no. I will come get the car. I pay 148.00 bucks for a diagnoses.Take my car to another mechanic. GUESS WHAT? I DONT NEED A NEW ENGINE. I HAD BAD SPARK PLUGS AND COIL PACKS WHICH DAMAGED MY PCM......... NOT A NEW ENGINE. PCM FIXED NEW SPARK PLUGS AND COIL PACKS COST 1000.00 BUCKS. IF YOU PUT MY CAR ON YOUR BIGGEST DIAGNOSTICS MACHINE AND ACTUALLY RAN A DIAGNOSTICS YOU WOULD HAVE NOT TRIED TO SWINDLE ME INTO A NEW ENGINE OR WERE THEY TRYING TO GET ME TO BUY A NEW VEHICLE.IM ABSOLUTELY APPAULED BY LAFONTAINE. YOU TRIED TO RIP ME OFF. I WILL NEVER EVER BRING MY VEHICLE BACK.AND I WANT A REFUND OF YOU ABSURD DIAGNOSIS. THE MECHANIC I HAVE NOW PROVIDED ME WITH PRINT OUTS OF THE CODES HE RECEIVED ON HIS DIAGNOSTICS. WHAT PARTS NEEDED REPLACED.LAFONTAINE DIDNT PROVIDE ME WITH NOTHING BUT A TYPED UP NOTE I NEEDED A NEW ENGINE. SMH. HIGHWAY ROBBERY. YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED.
Fit me in at a moments notice. Appreciated, also went the extra step to ensure my care was free of recall issues.
I dropped my car today for the 5K miles service. As always I was welcomed with a smile, I was offered a ride home if I didn’t want to wait for my car to be serviced or the option to wait in the waiting area were I could get a complimentary cup of hot coffee or purchase beverages and snacks from the vending machines. My experience with LaFontaine Ford of Lansing is always positive, I highly recommend to get your service there. The prices are good and the service is excellent. Call and ask for Ray Strait, he’s the best service advisor.
10/10 would recommend Jada in service. Knowledgeable, loyal and energetic. If you are looking for the best service for your for (diesel or not) bring it to LaFontaine ford or Lansing and ask for Jada
My boyfriend and I had an awesome experience here, and Jenny was a life saver! We came in very last minute after his car died needing a vehicle ASAP. Jenny worked so hard to find us a car that worked perfect for us that night. She had an abundance of knowledge and experience with vehicles and answered all the questions we, had not only regarding the buying process, but down to the mechanics of the cars as well.Overall very welcoming place with friendly staff and salespeople. I highly recommend this dealership and specifically, Jenny! 😊
They were friendly and fast. They were honest with what was wrong with my car. Love them
Jerry Bell helped my daughter trade her old Expedition and purchase a lightly used Fusion. It was a great deal and an even better customer experience. Everyone at LaFontaine, from service to sales to business, were nothing short of superb. My daughter and I are customers for life.
Excellent Customer Service! Everyone is happy and smiling, exactly what customers should see first. Also a big Thank You to the mechanics that worked on my vehicle to make it safe for me to drive. 😀 Also a special Thank You to Andrew! His customer service skills are EXCELLENT!
I want to thank Andrew in service and Kelly Malek for following through on having a small dent in the hood of my 2019 Ranger removed.Thank you for your attention to details.
Friendly and knowledgeable service department. Work was done on time and what they quoted me. They did work over and above what I expected. Will be recommending to all of my friends, family and coworkers. Due to my work schedule, I use their shuttle service that was also fantastic. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!
Our local Ford Dealer in Grand Ledge will wash your vehicle for after your appointment, LaFontaine dont do this .
My dad took his vehicle to fix loosen brake, they said brake is fine but charged 139 for nothing. He Speaks no English but loves and trust going to this place just because he bought the vehicle here. They are such a rip off. I would give 0* if i could.
I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership and I was greatly satisfied with the service I received. I live in North Carolina and my salesman, Kendahl Selkow made my buying experience super easy. He kept in touch with me even on his off day to make sure that I was kept abreast of everything. I highly recommend Kendahl if you want a salesman that cares about the buyer.
My car needed immediate assistance and Michelle from the service department took great care of the situation. Michelle helped throughout the whole process. Thank you so much!
I contacted Jerry Bell and let him know I had seen a car online that I was interested in. He sent me a link to a credit application and the next thing I knew, I was approved! He called to let me know my payment and said he would drive the car to me that evening, I could test drive it, and if all was good, I would sign the paperwork and make it a done deal..... and thats exactly what happened! I love my new car and the customer service I experienced from Jerry Bell is quite honestly, the best I have ever had! 😁💗🚗
Amazing customer service!! Ray Strait, the service advisor, worked with us tirelessly, courteously, and professionally through a difficult repair/situation. He did a great job of keeping us informed. The work on our car was finished as promised and so far, the car is running as it should be. We highly recommend LaFontaine - they seem to understand the meaning of service and customer and how stressful it can be for customers needing expensive and/or difficult repair work.
Nice people and good service
I just went in for my 5000 mile maintenance and as usual was very pleased with the service.
Although my salesperson was fine, I didnt feel Lafontaine is taking the COVID pandemic seriously. Most werent wearing a mask (sitting around their necks), there was no divider between salesperson and customer, and there was no protective coverings on the steering wheel during my test drive.I chose to purchase from Grand Ledge Ford because theyve put protocols in place (masks required by all, plexiglass partitions, protective steering wheel coverings, and appointments for test drives) to make customers and employees safe. Simply put, they care.
