Absolutely terrible customer service. Take your money and go elsewhere because this place is not worth your time. Extremely rude employee who does not care about his customers. Stay away!!
I brought in my Omega for a bracelet resizing. Its a notoriously tricky bracelet, but they sized it quickly and perfectly. I would have risked damaging the watch had I wrestled with the link screws on my own.
Very poor service AND VERY DISAPPOINTING. I dropped 3 watches off during my lunch break, expecting great resolve, and explained what was wrong with my watches to the owner, Paul, and asked if Paul could fix them- (problems with the bands, band adjustments, and batteries). I came back 2 days later, and he charged me $80 to put in 3 batteries and did not even address the problems with my watches that I had initially explained to him. I put on one of my watches on to test it, and the band fell apart in front of him. He did not even look at my watch. Thereafter, he showed me how to fix the watch myself, and told me to put epoxy glue on my expensive watch, as if I would even want to do that. I thought that I brought my watches TO HIM, to get fixed, in the FIRST PLACE. He said that it was my fault, that he did not fix the watches properly because, I was in a hurry and dropped them off during my lunch break. Despite the fact that I was very polite and professional with him, he was very unprofessional and definitely not an expert in fixing watches, only in making money and cheating customers. He did not even examine my watches to see what was wrong with them. He thought that if he changed the batteries that I would not notice that he did not even look at my watchs other issues. I am sure he put in used batteries inside my watches and charged me full price for the new batteries. I just paid him, said thank you and left. Good hustle for money on his end, and I will NEVER go there again.
This is the place to go to have your watch repaired or battery replaced he knows his stuff
The proprietor is amiable, efficient, and effective in his watch repairs. A bit above median price, but hes got Park City rent to pay.
I have had work done by this fellow a number of times over the years. Yes, he is not the most friendly and outgoing guy, but every time I have gone to him, he was all business and fixed my watch or put a new leather band on my watch in short order. Today, I was there for four minutes, and in that time, he put another new leather watchband on my old watch. I even got him to smile a little when I wished him a good weekend!
Great service as always.
Went here on Monday to have links taken out of two watches. The gentleman working was very polite and quoted me a fair price. He sized up my wrist to determine how many links and told me it would be about 10-15 minutes. All in all I got what I wanted and got professional service.
Very fast turnaround times
Oriental man was very rude. Overpriced to fix a watch. Started spouting off about his family needing money for food and this is his business. He should not be In business. Do yourself a favor and go to someone that appreciates your business.
Had to get my watch band adjusted because it was too big. Took about 15 minutes and only cost $5. I dropped off my watch before looking for reviews so i was a little nervous after reading some of the other comments but it worked out very well for me. I can see what others mean by his personality but he wasnt rude to us.
I called with a simple question regarding a watchband. He was very rude and gruff on the phone. Not a good way to attract business! I will find someone who wants my business and I HIGHLY recommend everyone else do the same.
I brought my Grandpa in to get a watch that he received as a present properly sized. Paul was gruff at first, and having read the reviews about him, I wasnt surprised, but figured I would give him a chance. He told us to come back in 15 minutes. When we did, he said he only took 1 link out because taking two links out would make the watch too tight. My grandpa is 87, and I was explaining to him why the watch was still loose on his wrist. Paul then proceeded to yell at my grandpa because it wasnt making sense, saying Old Man, you listen to me. Trying to avoid a scene, I paid for the watch myself, and ended up paying almost 2x as much as I paid over at Vincent & Company to get my own watch resized.Overall, Paul was unprofessional, rude, overpriced and just a general jerk. Hands down one of the worst shopping experiences Ive ever had ANYWHERE. Will never, ever go back to this sorry excuse of a store.
Owner told me my watch needed new movement. I agreed to the repair and then was told my second hand was rusted and they needed to find a new one. Fast forward to 5 months later and no second hand and after once a week calls from me they gave me my watch back with no second hand. Two days later the watch dies again!!! Took it back and they gave me a new battery. Watch lasted 15 minutes and once again not working! My watch is guaranteed for a year by them, but I dont want to take it back there. I should have went with the factory repair service!Update: Took the watch to a local, old school repair shop and he confirmed they did not replace the movement, but just sprayed the watch and put the case back on. Why they had it for 5 months for nothing I have no idea!
Bad business.. original price he gave me $30. Then switched it up to $63 and watch still wasnt repaired. Go back to the store to pick up my watch up and it was still like it was when I first took it there. Then he tried arguing with me about how my watch did it need repaired and the battery died while I was there and he charge me for the battery even though the watch was totally working fine when I took it there. Finally when I return it was more broke than what it was when I first took it..
Owner is so verbally abusive. I never come back to this store again.
Apparently he doesnt want or need the business. Extremely rude immediately so I went elsewhere.
Terrible customer service
