Would not recommend. Have waited 8 weeks for a very basic pair of earrings and still do not have them. Was not notified that my order was delayed yet again. After 2 months of horrible service I plan to go to somewhere else for the earrings and I recommend others do too.Edit: Went to the Heath location and reordered the same earrings. I received them in less than a week. If you want to go to Dunkins Diamonds do not go to the Lancaster location.

Absolutely a wonderful place. This store has been there for over 30 plus years and it shows. The staff are informed, fast and very professional. They fixed two of my autistic Uncle’s watches and he oh so happy, so happy he watch me to thank them himself. They have very competitive pricing. To give you a comparison, one of their competitors wanted to charge me $30 per watch for batteries which was their batteries with a lifetime warranty plus a ridiculous amount to remove 3 links. This store charges almost half that for the same price. They have my business!

Carla and Keith were amazing. We told them our budget was for our bridal set and they stuck with it even showing us rings that were above budget but on sale! They were so easy to work with and knew what I would love after a few minutes of talking with us. We are thrilled with the ring and the price! We will be going here for all of our jewelry needs!

Completely overjoyed!!! I took my grandmother’s watch in that was 50 years old. I wanted to see if it could run again. The last time it ran was when she passed away 23 years ago. I drop off the watch and was told due to the holidays it would take a little time. I was completely okay with that. But, I get a call within a couple days that the person they sent the watch to had already looked at it and they told me the price. Of course, lets do it! It was an amazing price in my opinion. Within two days, I get the call my watch is already back. What!!!!! That was extremely quick. I was excited and nervous . The last time I had seen that watch run was right before my grandmother passed. Needless to say I get the watch and look at the watch moving in the car for a while and had a good cry before I left. Thank you so very much for the amazing memories you kept running!

Class A experience, my girlfriend is pregnant and I had bought an engagement ring a couple weeks prior to the engagement, the original ring store told me her finger probably didn’t swell that much so I got her the original size. Needless to say, they did and her original size would not fit. And the day before I propose I was able to call dunkins and not only get a new ring but also resized that same day. I couldn’t ask for better service, this is truly how jewelry service is supposed to be. Won’t go anywhere else

Christina Hill is an absolute goddess. She continually finds the perfect piece of jewelry for me to get my fiance. Her product knowledge is spot on and her attitude is second to none. Our experience with Dunkins Diamonds in Lancaster was a pleasure. Wendy was great. I spend about an hour with her she showed me quite a bit of wedding rings. I called back about a week later to see if the ring that I wanted was still there and she called me right back. I went back to purchase the ring. After checking three different jewelry stores, I stopped into Dunkin to see if just maybe they had a silver chain necklace that would fit my difficult charm. While none of their chains initially fit, they took the charm and chain into the back and using their tools, made it fit perfectly together! They even took the extra time to shine my charm to make it look like new. Although my purchase wasn’t one of great value, all three ladies in the shop (Lilly, Carla, and Bobbi) took the time to make sure I was completely happy with the service! I could not have been more pleased with the service and product, I fully recommend checking them out for any future purchases!

I still don’t believe this is my bracelet, I know it’s not. this barrel clasp is not one I would have been able to connect, it is smaller than what I had, this is not the same. This bracelet is thinner, I don’t have the chain I came in there with.

I went in to ask about having a ring resized. The lady looked me up and down, and told my fiance and me that they couldnt resize silver. I told her it was white gold. She said the CZ wouldnt hold up. They were diamonds and white sapphire. She proceeded to come up with another reason not to help us. We went back over to Kays and they assisted us gladly with no issues. Wouldnt waste my time here again.

Dunkins has wonderful customer service. If you stop in ask for Teresa, she has helped us select many pieces of jewelry, everything from engagement rings, anniversary, and kids jewelry. Teres listens to what we want, and has wonderful taste. We would not go anywhere else to buy jewelry, they have a wonderful selection and you feel like family.

AVOID THEM. They are either dishonest or dont know what they are doing.The folks at this jeweler sold our daughter a wedding ring which was far below the quality of what she was told she was getting, They provided an inaccurate appraisal which dramatically overstated the value. When we had a quality and reputable dealer look at the ring we found that the actual value was about 1/10 of what it would have been if it had matched the features cited on the paperwork.
