Great service! Will definitely use this cab company again! Cab was still waiting even though train was running 30 minutes late

I had a family emergency and my wife had my car i needed to go several places and pick up and drop off a bunch of stuffWilliam was my driver he was amazing he was patient and kind he understood that it was an emergency and we needed to be fast but calm. I loved him he was greT!!

Had to call a cab at the last minute after a reserved-in-advance Uber ride to the airport never showed up. My driver with Unique, Neddy, was a life-saver. I would have missed my flight without him! Professional, courteous, and safe driving all the way. Would call them again without hesitation.

I like unique carbs they are fast. They dont make you wait. They are fast and reliable.

Its been 2 years Now as a customer . love the company we may have ups and down but we always work it out . few drivers are also very nice and friendly. They are smoke free and clean . Every other cab company takes nearly an hour to get to me most of the time. This company is on time, polite, hospitable, and friendly. I would definitely recommend them to anyone; old or young. I will also only use this company from here on out. Frankie and CJ are the best drivers.

The cost was outrageous! Way more than other cab companies, Uber, or Lyft. When I called for the cab I asked how long it would take because I had an appointment and my original ride broke down; I was told they would pick me up right away because there was no wait and taxis were available. They did not come for 48 minutes! Other taxi companies told me they were on a 45 minute wait or they didnt have any taxis available at that time. The taxi driver called me to tell me he was on his way and would arrive in 10 minutes, after I had already been waiting 20 minutes. Needless to say, he did not show up in 10 minutes. The driver also spent most of the trip talking on his cell phone which he kept on speaker phone.

Nice drivers. Good with communication. Far superior to the other taxi services in the area.

Horrible experience. Totally unprofessional. I called them at 5pm to pre-schedule my cab for 11:30pm to be at work. Not only did the driver not show up but there company phone was off. I made it to wirk thank God and then the driver had the nerve to call my phone at 11:45 and ask me do i still need a cab??? Like what is wrong with him? If u have somewhere important to be do not call Unique taxi. Two thumbs all the way down.

Currently riding in one of their vehicles now..I usually have to wait over an hour for a taxi but I dislike how they come late, and then try to take the longest route possible to catch the lights . I’m form NYC so I know the drill..my driver definitely did not like my suggestion to take the Highway but I’m not gonna keep spending $20+ for a $13 ride to work

Showed up on time and got me where I needed to go. Can was clean, driver was polite. Cant ask for more than that.

I used Lancaster city cab for months because william h is a awesome driver n he will put the petal to the metal if u need him to but he’s very professional and kind and caring he carried $160 in groceries up 3 flights of stair for me thanks again for sending me william glad he’s back driving cab but for a better company

In my opinion Unique Cab has by far met my needs and expectations. The service provided is the best I have found in Lancaster. While other Lancaster cab services are very undependable and rude, Unique Cab offers a welcome and professional option to what was the earlier norm. Thanks Unique Cab!!! Ima traveling Nurse and due to my long hours I’m usually tied when I get out of work. So I’ll take a cab to and from work. My first 2 times scheduling a cab with then was great. However my 3rd time. No one ever came and then when I called in to acquire about it he basically was like I had to wait 45 mins to go 10 minutes up the road which left me late going to work. I was highly upset and disappointed. At this point I started talking ubers. The next day I couldn’t get an Uber so I tried calling again. I was again told there were no one to get me and I would have to wait 45 minutes. No one ever came I B was stranded. Until a nine person ordered me an Uber because my phone had died from calling so much.

Unique Cab is just wonderful. I use the company to get to and from the train station when I come to Lancaster to visit family and sometimes to get around the county while Im here. The drivers are all friendly and reliable, and the cabs are clean and comfortable. Ive ridden with Solomon a number of times, and hes a delight. I would highly recommend Unique Cab to anyone who needs a ride.

I had to use Unique to get a driver to the Philadelphia Airport in the middle of a hurricane. They were prompt and safe. They are highly responsive.

Wayman is the only cool driver here. He usually does nights I highly recommend asking for wayman if you want the experience to be regular.Call the other drivers if you want to hear them run their mouth

My husband and I took this service to the Philadelphia airport from Lancaster PA for our vacation trip. We loved the driver a lot....extremely polite and courteous!!! The vehicle was newer and nicer than we have expected from a cab service. He came on time, load our cases quickly and play sweet music for our along the way and even ask us whether he should lower or raise the temperature for our comfort and not for his. Maximum stars for sure! We were very pleased and will recommend them again.

10:10am on 8/16/2020, your driver using tag TX50044 was waiting in the left turn lane on Fruitville Pike turning into the Whole Foods plaza, the light turned green and your driver floored it speeding forward instead of turning, cutting off multiple vehicles and booked it going at least 60mph down to the Amtrak Station. No signals, no “oops” handwave, just him laughing with someone on the phone half paying attention to the road. Are these the sort of standards your company keeps?

I called every Cab Company in the area at 2:30 in the morning and I either got no answer or sent to a machine. Ended up walking home

This was my first time renting a taxi and I have to say I am glad my first experience was with Unique Cabs. There was a snow storm in Lancaster and I needed a taxi and Unique Cabs was the one who helped me get home. The driver was very kind and did a wonderful job guiding through the traffic and chaos that was happening around us during the snow storm. I am very thankful for the driver for helping me and I highly recommend this business.

I love this driver and company!!! I walked out of my house today expecting city cabs to pick me up, but instead unique cabs was dropping off my neighbor so I waved him down and he pulled up and picked me up. My drivers name is Anthony and I cannot believe I been using city cabs this entire time, when Anthony could have been my driver all along he was awesome he told me where I was going, which streets are parallel to other streets, because Im new to the area and I dont kno my way around Lancaster yet, but Anthony gave me the best sense of direction and which was the good parts of the city and what parts to avoid. He really helped me feel safe and was so knowledgeable about the area and recommended spots for me to visit! I will be calling Anthony and unique cabs for now on!

My experience with Unique has been so refreshing compared to other cab companies. I am presently without a vehicle and I work hours that are not compatible with the bus service. I depend on this company fro quality service and they have not let me down. Unique is prompt, dependable and friendly.

It was about the first of June I needed a ride from this company. I went with them because of the great reviews. My first encounter was with Redy. I think that is how she spelled it. She was a younger lady but very smart and thorough. She made sure the reservation was secure and was there when I confirmed the next day. I really appreciated her input and she was extremely understanding as my situation was exacerbated and I needed to be picked up on time! She is really an asset to the business. It was a 50 dollar fair but I dont think that had anything to do with her concern. Very Professional. Give that girl a raise! Thank you Redy! The next day I get a call from Jose Santiago. Jose I hope I remembered it correctly! This was a funny story! They( the company) knew that I had a bicycle and it had to have a vehicle that would fit. About 20 minutes before the pickup I get a call from Jose! Which they said the designated driver would do. When he called I asked what kind of vehicle he had. He didnt know! He sounded young. Im like you dont know what kind of car you have? I said I have a bike besides 2 good size bags of luggage! So he asks me what kind of bike? I said a 26 inch Schwinn. He said is that a mountain bike? I said no it is a Mans 26 inch bike.So by now Imt hinking this whole deal is going south and I had to leave pronto! Im sure Redy told him I had a bike but I dont think the communication was perfect betwen them. Anyway he tells me he is calling the dispatcher to find out the car he has. He calls me back and tells me its a Chevy or Ford I forget. Im like Jose there are TONS of different models. By now Im thinking he is a young hungover guy who is going to ruin my trip. He than says he thinks it can get in the car and would be there in 15 minutes. Sure enough he pulls up at the Air Band B I was renting in 15 minutes. He gets out and he was much older. 60 as a matter of fact. I was so worried about nothing. He put me at ease immediately. And old school guy It took him and me a little figuring but we couldnt get it all in under the hatchback. He said you got some rope? I did. We had to jiggle the bike different ways to get it secure before we could tie it down and then we were off! What a great guy. I had a great conversation with him! He knew exactly where he was going. SOOO laid back! My NYC intensity and demeanor does not always serve me or others well. I learned a lot from this trip, about myself and others. I think I gave him a 10 dollar tip. Would have given Redy one too!. I think I talked to the owner once too a month before and he was very nice and professional. Thanks guys! Redy you go girl and Jose maybe Ill call again. This is by far the safest, fairest, and timely taxi. I am someone who travels for work via train and when I come back to the city from work or need to be certain places, Unique Cab is always five minutes ahead of time.

Our driver, Melvin, made our trip to Lancaster, Pennsylvania a wonderful trip because our transportation needs were met with a smile. I highly recommend this outfit because they are professional and personable. The cab was clean and driver was prompt and courteous.

I have used Unique in the past to go to Philly and had good experiences but last week I had a problem with a ride to the airport... the charge was not right and the experience was not as expected... Instead of posting a BAD review I called the company, they reviewed the bill, they spoke to the driver, updated the charge and updated my account on their system to avoid any confusion at a later date... This is why I prefer professional drivers and licenced taxi drivers, not just hitchhiking with a stranger I met through an app...

Worst cab company I have ever used. I waited an hour and a half for a cab and it still never came. I was on the phone with the company and the driver multiple times and they still couldn’t get their act together. They ended up blocking my number so I just used Uber even at the increased rate because this place is garbage.

The cars are clean, quiet, and well equipped. The drivers are the best!I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them in the future.

The dispatcher didnt tell me a wait time so I sat almost near an hour for a cab driver then to find out they canceled my first cab driver so a second one had to come thats ridiculous

Was stuck in a hotel for three days and this company came to the rescue after all the taxi companies chose not to pick me up bc of the snow. This was the only cab company that was not only willing to pick me up in the snow, but also drove me to the Philadelphia airport which was an hour away from Lancaster ! Totally recommend as the best ! Can’t thank this company enough. 5 stars!

Unique Cab in Lancaster is an extremely reliable company. I have traveled from the Lancaster Amtrak station to Philly Airport & back home to Lititz twice in the past 3 weeks, and ANTHONY, my driver, is quite awesome! He is always prompt, friendly, & courteous, & has the good sense & judgement to not purposely engage in chit-chat & conversation, which might distract & detract from safe driving! I had a lower spine problem and could not dig out or drive my car in the polar vortex temperatures we have been having this winter. I used Unique Cab to get to work today. They were exactly on time picking me up, and the driver, Solomon, used extreme grace, strength, and kindness helping me in my condition enter and exit the cab. He also was responsive to my route suggestions. The fare was reasonable. I only wish I was rich enough to tip him more. He and the company earned my gratitude. I will call the next time I need a lift and request him!
