Using my daughters google account. This lady is very rude to me when I asked for additional services to add my house to my taxes since my daughter suggested for me to add since it wasnt added for last two years. Tina asked would I go to a relative and ask what a Dr. told me to do. What is the problem of a 2nd opinion, especially to add my house to my taxes? I was paying for additional services and was treated very poorly. Very rude and unprofessional. If you are stressed out, take a break but no need to be rude to returning clients. She then proceeded to hang up in my face and when I called back, she hung up again. DONT GO HERE - SHE IS UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE if you have additional questions. She has no TIME.

I was looking up the business online to give them a call for filing this year and realized I forgot to leave a review last year. I am leaving this now in 2020, as I will be doing my taxes with Tina again this year for 2019. Tina is awesome! I love her honesty, her energy and most of all....her expertise. When we ran into something that was questionable on her part, she immediately got her partners on the phone and we drilled down and talked it all through together so that we all understood the filing. I am grateful for her services and I will be using her for as along as she is in business!! Thank you Tina!

The first time we went there for my mother-in-law we thought it would be something different. The price wasnt bad at all however what made the first time bad was after the taxes were submitted we received a letter from the IRS that the taxes were done wrong and papers were missing. We called the office to no avail and were left to settle the issue with the IRS ourselves. I helped my mother fixed her papers and after about 2-3 weeks is when she answered the phone for us to come in to fix it.When she fixed it the paper where she messed up on two lines and was very o well I dont know what it matters to them about it. And then adds another 5 pages and tax form that we were missing. Once completed she tosses us the envelope and tells us we have to mail it in.We were upset but thought we can give her a second chance. Today we had an appointment with her again. We showed up on time and saw another person there. We asked who the second person was and we were told that she was an assistant. We sat down and were concerned when we heard her that she didnt know what was going on with another persons taxes papers and was pulling up the information IN FRONT OF US on a separate computer. Once she finished that she came to us and gave our papers to the assistant who made copies of them. She stayed in the room with us while Tina was doing the paperwork. The assistant was just sitting in the room looking at her phone. When our address was brought up my mother-in-law caught her looking up our address. My mother-in-law felt really uncomfortable with the assistant that she asked me to inform Tina that we felt uncomfortable with her there since we didnt have anyone there last time. So I asked Tina Tina excuse me Tina my mother doesnt feel comfortable with your assistant in the room. Can she please leave the room?. Upon that request Tina exploded on us tell us that she hired her assistant and how if we cant trust her assistant we cant trust her. And then tells us how she is refusing to file our taxes because of this. My mother-in-law told her no you have to finish my taxes since your working on it and I am paying for this service. In which we were told no she is refusing service to us and for us to leave. Unprofessionally gives our papers back. I reach for a copy of a copy of my mother-in-laws id and insurance card which got snatched out of my hand. And Tina telling her assistant to shred the papers and storms out of the room. We got our things together when my mother-in-law told me she heard Tina say go to hell under her breath. I told my mother-in-law she isnt worth getting into a fight over and we left the office.In all honesty everyone has their own life experiences and not everyone has the same experience. In this case taxes our being filed. Your social is on the screen, your information is on the screen. It is understandable for one to be uncomfortable to have someone that you have never met previously or know at all to be in the room with the tax preparer. If your are an assistant shouldnt you being doing your work not staring at your phone looking up information. Not to mention your sitting literally less that 4ft from the desk in which the taxes are being done. If your customer is uncomfortable with this and makes a respectful and polite request for the person to leave the room. There is no reason to behave so unprofessionally, and angry with your customers over this. It took us back and offended us. 1. We are giving your our business and treating you with respect. 2. There is no reason to be angry at people for making a polite request. 3. Even if you are having a bad day ultimately this is your business not ours. Therefore your professionalism and work would speak for you. This is one of the most horrible experience we have ever had with our taxes! To yell at your clients, pull other clients information and express you do not know what is going or what the issue is is deeply concerning. I RECOMMEND NO ONE TO COME HERE, NO PROFESSIONALISM AND RECKLESS.

I wish there was more stars to add, but I cant explain how incredible my first-time tax experience went with Tina. My dad referred me to Epic Taxes and he has never steered me wrong in my life. She sat down with me, explained every section of the process and every transition in the tax bracketing system. She made sure I understood every detail bit by bit and was very upfront and thorough. By the time I left, I felt more confident and comfortable completing my taxes. She even explained what other larger tax filing companies would do to their customers compared to how she completed taxes for her cliental and it was safe to say I got a few more Benjamins in my pocket. Cant complain for that. She even offered to review my previous tax returns for FREE to see if there was any loops holes that I could get more money, which I will be following through for. If I could give more stars, I would happily do so! I first saw Tina in May at All About Taxes in Palmdale. I had a very unique income tax situation, and a co-worker recommended Tina for unique and/or difficult income tax filing circumstances. Tina actually took the time while on the phone to listen to my circumstances so she was able to assess what she needed to be ready with for my first appointment. She understood the issues perfectly, discussed my options and had my 1040 tax returns completed, put in folders, & ready for my signature within two days! She filed them, gave me my copies & I was on my way! She got me back on track for what I believed was a hopelessly bad situation. Now shes opened a new business in Lancaster, and Im thrilled for her. I have already got my 2016 tax appointment in January 2017. Tina goes above & beyond, is very knowledgeable in her field, is patient and her advice has been spot on. I used to drive all the way to Van Nuys to do my taxes, so I decided to go to HR Block to avoid the long drive. When I went to HR Block, they ruined my tax files and charged me $230+ just to do a 1040EZ, even making me mail my tax return documents. Tina from Epic Taxes got every dime and penny into my pocket at a really affordable price. I wont be driving hours to Van Nuys nor spending an unreasonable price at HR Block anymore.
