The social workers and supervisors lie to the foster parents and don’t look out for the well being of the children! All they seem to care about is themselves. They don’t care about who they hurt or how bad the hurt the children. They social workers do not check on the children. They lie about everything!!

The website said that the building was open but when I got a ride there only to find out that the breezy of the building was opened. I understand that covid-19 is real but I needed to talk to someone too. My children and I have been made to starve all bcuz of a piece of paper.

Wellingness to help there was no wait time I was in and out quickly. Parking for handicap available. Separate RR for male and females as well as handy cap excess to them. Very clean building

They have frendlyer people then they did in the past before day rude but these people been there for a while and they will try to help you out any way they can and thats a very big Plus

The staff here is nice, however the building is outdated and there is a smell from inside. May be health department side. Who knows

I spoke with a woman named Angie. You always think you are going to have a bad time in regards to speaking with anyone who works for the government...they are usually rude and short with you. This woman had to be the sweetest, most supportive, compassionate, amazing individual that I may have ever had the honor of speaking with. It was literally a blessing to have been connected with her regarding what I was needing to do. She deserves recognition. I hope she gets it!

Dss systemdoes not care. I have been in contact with them twice..and still nothing accomplish..guess some one has to be really really hurt before anything will get done!!

Ive been calling the Dss office in lancaster county for 2 hours everytime I press a button to go to the correct department the phones just ring and ring or it just hangs up before anyone ever comes to the phone and dont call in to do the phone interview the automated machine stated that my wait time would be 45 min that actually it took 1 hr and 10 min to answer my call then when the lady did answer and im giving her my info she hangs up on me and didnt attempt to call me back then I immediately called back to wait another hour and 20 min to be helped I was on the phone for 2 hrs and 30 min total before I got the chance to speak to someone im on the phone now trying to get a hold of a rep just to ask a question and ive been trying to do that now for an hour and still cant reach a person highly disappointed at their lack of customer service the only thing that gave you this one star is the lady who set my case up she was awesome and super nice and could understand the toughness of losing your long time job I wish I could give her 6 stars but the process of getting to her I give 1 star

Some people there are great others seem to hate their jobs and are not at all helpful they get annoyed at your questions and dont want to help but the ones that do, do an excellent job and are super nice its just a luck of the draw who you get
