Alissa Conrad is seriously AMAZING! I dragged that poor girl around viewing house after house for entirely way too long! She deserves more than a 5 star rating if it were possible! She went above and beyond my expectations during the search process, but then when we finally went in contract, that’s where she blew me away! She did her research and helped me get the house I wanted for well BELOW asking price! In this market, that’s almost unheard of! I could go on and on about how impressed I am with her but that will be to lengthy! I found Alissa as our realtor through one of my co-workers who had used her prior. I messaged her a few months before we even started looking just to give her a heads up that eventually we would need her we just needed to get our finances in order first. Not only did she point me towards an amazing lender who helped us get our finances in order, but she also didnt constantly bug me asking if we were ready to buy yet or anything. She just let me contact her and keep her updated that way. Finally, when it came to us being approved for a home loan I got in contact with her and told her we were ready. Alissa was amazing from the beginning. Before we even started our process of searching for a home she gave me a work-sheet that had details on it of things we would like in our home, and she also set us up with a way to connect by using an app on our phones that would keep us connected and also help us share any documents we needed to share. Once my husband and I filled out our worksheet, Alissa went to work. She sent me emails daily of homes we would potentially love that had all, if not most of what we wanted in our first home. Ironically I found the home bought because it was in a school district we hadnt discussed. However when I told her about this house she went above and beyond and did everything she could to get us a showing of the house the next day. We fell in love with it as soon as we saw it and come to find out it had only been on the market 4 days. Turns out there was another offer already down so we offered more that what it was listed for. Sadly the sellers ended up taking the first offer instead. We were heartbroken, but Alissa was right there super confident and cheerful and said sometimes things dont work out and if its meant to be it will, but she asked us if we wanted to be the back-up offer and we said yes. Well about a week later Alissa texted us around 9pm and said we needed to talk. I had no idea what about but told her to call. It turns out the other offer backed out and we were now first on the table, and one of the first things Alissa said was I told you if it was meant to be it would happen. So as of that night we agreed and were officially IN CONTRACT! The buying process went very smoothly for us too, from the inspection to any requests we made to be remedied, and Alissa was right there by our side through it all. I was able to call or text her about anything and she would always respond with an answer or if she didnt have it she said she would find out, and she did. The app I downloaded was wonderful as well because I could sign on to a website at home and thats how we e-signed most of our documents or reviewed the inspection. Finally, closing day was here and everything went wonderful. We finally had our first home and it was all thanks to Alissa! She went above and beyond for us and then some and I would and do recommend her to anyone that says they are looking for a realtor. Definitely worthy of 5 stars!!!Alissa also told us about this amazing program called Homes for Heroes that gives back to heroes after they close on their homes and we got to be a part of that experience as well. My husband is in the Army National Guard and we received a generous check from them at our close. We were able to use the check to purchase many things for our new home. It was a wonderful program to be a part of and we thank them very much as well!

Kelly & Marie were my realtors & they were SO helpful the entire process & even after I bought the house they STILL help me! I would definitely recommend them to anyone! Marie is VERY knowledgeable in everything, specially with historical homes which is what we really wanted. They are very straight forward. this were 1st time homebuyers & they helped us so much with all the million questions Id ask because I was really nervous with it being my 1st time. its been a couple of months since we owned our home & we still text each other! they love to hear how we are doing & all the renovations we done to the house etc. they made us feel so comfortable. they feel like friends, not just my realtors! & they made the whole process fun too.
