My favorite Nail Salon In The AV. Lucky is my person, she is very patient with me, I missed her so much in 2020.

I have been to this establishment before and I loved their work. Everyone is nice. But this time I had a terrible experience, the lady who did my nails looked like she was in a rush. My whole set came out ugly. It hasn’t been 24 hrs since I got my nails done and the nail polish is already chipping. My nails are all weirdly shaped and the lady cut me multiple times. I asked the lady to fix my nails but she insisted that they were even and straight. I am very disappointed with my service and I would not be recommending this place again.

Everyone had such a great sense of humor and my nails came out just like I wanted 😊and the massage was spectacular! Definitely going to keep going there highly recommend 👍🏾

Coming here is a gamble, some days you can come here and get fully serviced with no problem then other days it’s a hassle and not worth your money why because they try to tell you what you want done instead of just servicing you for what you are paying for . I went for a fill and pedicure when I walked in it was two people getting serviced in the middle of me getting a pedicure the nail shop started to get crowded and they ended up not doing my fill and told me schedule an appointment cause they started servicing the people that just walked in I think that is unfair and not the way you conduct business so no I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS NAIL SHOP UNLESS ITS EARLY MORNING WHEN THEY FIRST OPEN UP AT 9:00 . Like literally be waiting outside the doors just to receive good service ‼️

Pedicure was great ! Good job !My full set was horrible! One hand is big and bulky and the other is nice and thin. Design was okay not really what I wanted but I liked it.Nail polish was left all over the side of my fingers and the kinda looks like I need a fill already and I just walked out

Don’t even bother making an appointment. Sat for 30 minutes after my “appointment time “ and wasn’t even close to being helped. You’re better off walking in. Waste of time

Pedicure with John was great. He fixed a job done by another manicurist. He was a good sport and didnt overcharge. He is a professional and so is all the staff. I have known them over 20 yrs.

Worst nails ever. I got my nails done on Saturday, Sunday 1 nail broke (so I super bored it back on...) and now Thursday it looks like I already need a fill. Very disappointed. The only reason they are getting one star is because bre did a good job on my pedicure.

I got a all white set the white was terrible it messed up as soon as I walked outside and my nails came off fast I paid $55 for the horrible set never again am I coming here and before we started the lady was very rude and I didn’t like how she did my nails I am very disappointed don’t come here waist of money 👎🏾

By far the worste nail experience I have ever had. The guy doing my nails was to preoccupied with his phone. I asked him to put a heart on one of my nails and he tried sending me away with a triangle as half of the heart.

Brought my 17 year old daughter to get her nails done. She got in the car super satisfied. Said the young man who did her nails did an excellent job with the marble design. Would post a picture of the finish touch but dont know how. Definitely she wants to come back.💖

Great service, clean and peaceful place. The first time I went in I paid for a gel manicure. The nail polish stared to chip. I didn’t know why..., but I went in for a second time. Same thing I got my nails done and again my nails are chipping. I’ve never had GEL nail polish chip. I will not be returning.

Communication is everything when running a business and in everyday life. Overall my nails look okay. The service was horrible because of a misunderstanding . I had to go through her taking off nails. I even asked her if my nails were that bad to be taking off. I repeatedly asked the lady was attempting to do my fill in, why do she have to take my nails off for a fill-in ? She kept working when she got to the other hand I asked her if she was charging me for a fill in or a full set she looked as if she didn’t know what I was talking about and asked the next associate . She thendid not continue with my nails and someone else finished them as if I yelled at her or said that she couldn’t finish my service . Made me feel sour in the inside especially while no one is talking in English.. I’ve been here before and the service was not like this.

Terrible experience. We were told 15-20 minutes wait and waited over 45 minutes when 2 people that had just walked in, were seated before us. And they did not have an appointment. They did not apologize or care. Will not be returning.

I take my daughter with me once a month for a pedicure. One of the gentlemen there is very nice and attentive and does great work. I am particular about the way I like my nails cut and I always leave happy when done by him. Most importantly he takes his time and unlike most places. My only complaint is the possible wait. Some times Ive had to wait 30 min.

This is really disgusting spend good money for nails and feet and the work they did was bad two guys working in there make sure you dont get neither one of them because they do terrible work. And its not the owner wont go back

They told me it would be a 15 min wait. I ended up waiting 45 mins just for my daughter to get her nails done. They saw clients who came in after me. Then they had the nerve to tell me to control my child because he was laughing to loud! When I confronted them about the time they tried to tell me to wait 20 more mins. From that point I got up complaining and decided to leave. I will never go back there again!

I like to get the deluxe pedicure with Natalie. She is wonderful and I am going to get my second treatment from this lady today. She actually massages your legs and feet - not slap and rinse! Glad I called first because she is not free for 45 minutes!

How am i supposed to make an appointment if the phone number doesn’t work and theres no option to make an appointment on the website even though it says there is??

Yesterday I was here for a fill, I told the gentleman there that I wanted neon yellow nails with flowers on my ring fingers; he said ok as he’s doing my nails he placed yellow powder on my nails not neon and just said don’t worry when I put gel coat on it will change; well we get close to the and and he leaves my right thumb nail really uneven and fat my middle finger were also uneven and fat; I asked him if he could fix them and he said yeah go sit at this chair, he moves me to another station where I think I’m going to get my nails fixed instead a lady comes and does the flower designs on my ring fingers, she gets all done and I tell her that he still needed to fix my nails, that’s when everything went south, she tells me that he has left for the day and that I need to come back tomorrow, I explain that I live 45 min away at an Air Force base and she says what about Tuesday can you come back then, I agree and she tells me to have a nice day, I start to leave and I have a mean older lady say hey you need to pay. I explain that I was told to come back at this point she starts to full on yell at me and says that I’m poor and that she will cut my nails off. I couldn’t even respond every time I tried to explain that I would pay the full amount for my nails she just insulted me..... all I wanted was to get my nails fixed and instead I was verbally abused and threatened. I’ll never come back.

Im a nail tech when I tell you I will definetly be back for a pedicure. Lucky did my feet and man was I lucky to find her. Amazingggggggggg.

There has to be a way where we can review without giving them a star at all these people are so ignorant and rude. We left with our nails looking worse than when we got there they were mean to my daughter and my granddaughter are pedicures came out awful and they charged full price

I followed Helen here. I never found their prices to higher than other nail salons. Good deal for my money. I sometimes have to wait. Helen is very popular.

They are very sanitary, I like anh she was very professional she did my full set and was very gentle, and my nails lasted, I also liked Jennifer and Kim for my feet they were really good and sanitary, Im a cosmetologist so I pay attention so what they do with their implements and the shop in general, I would recommend this place to anyone !

They did a TERRIBLE on my mom. She only went for a fill on her short nails while I got a full set. Not only was I done before her but the guy who did her nails was so heavy handed that filed all of the acrylic off from the sides of her nails leaving her natural nail exposed on most of her fingers. 2nd time there and a bad experience every time.Oh and they have their clients out their feet in a plastic bag to do pedicures lmao. My goodness.

I liked the service until today when John was using the electric file to remove the polish off my toes and I jerked a bit because I was sensitive to the touch because of having a stroke, he looked at me like he wanted to kill me. He got up and walked away. I will never return or recommend this place. I will let my co-workers of my experience . Im so shocked of this.

Been going to VIP nails for two years now and the last six months I’ve gotten my nails done with in two days One or two nails will break I didn’t let it bother me until this time three of my nails broke days apart in th first week of getting my nails done. I wasn’t doing anything crazy to cause my nails to break the way they did. So that’s my last time going because there Quality have gone down.

Theyre always in a rush, the last time I got my nails done they lifted after one day I went back three times to ask them to fix them, they never had time, just kept telling me to come back! Terrible customer service

I went in for a fill and my acrylic was so thick and my gel polish wasn’t evenly applied soThere are spots you can see the acrylic. I left with glue on my cuticles and It just looked terrible over all. 1st and last time going to this place.

If I could give NO STARS I would! They are rude, unsanitary, rushed, pricey, and have the nerve to get upset because you wont tip for the unprofessionalism. After having my nails on for a week I removed my nails because I saw my real nails were little discolored underneath ( I had an acrylic clear gel on) when I took my acrylic nails off my real nails were GREEN!!!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE...GO AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!

Unsanitary and horrible outcome of a pink and white set. Reused nail files that are falling apart and cut me over three times with the drill.

A full set broke or came off within a day of having them done. Returned to have them fixed at the insistence of two technicians, same results. Treated me as if I were lying about the horrible quality of their sets and I refuse to return.
