I was recommended by someone on a FB group Im in to come here. I dont splurge and get my nails done very often, I actulally havent got them done since June 2020. Im currently 8 months pregnant and have very dry cracked heals. Lam did my Gel pedicure and made such a difference!!! I also am going to take maternity pictures in 2 days and Tina did my Gel Manicure. I have short nails with small nail beds and she gave me acrylic that looked like my own nails!! The service I recieved here was so wonderful and I would say the best place I ever have gone to! Not only was the family that works here so truly friendly they show they actually care about their clients, and giving the best at a very great price!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND COMING HERE!!

Refuse to do my service because I refuse to pay before the service was done. This was my first time here and I honestly walked in feeling like I’ll give this shop a try. Extremely rude and the guy that was doing my nails told the lady to stop on my feet. I’m walking out with nothing done. But at least I’ll be able to spend my money where I can relax and know that I’m getting what I paid for. NEVER GO HERE Their LAZY

We have been going to this salon for over two years and have been faithful customers, before the pandemic they were nice and professional but things have changed. I had an appointment for today and they were extremely rude. There was no receptionist, they would just yell at you from across the room. They wanted me to sign in and freaked out when I didn’t use hand sanitizer before touching their nasty pen. When we booked an appointment they did not mention that they were only accepting cash, which the CDC guidelines do not recommend.They also increased their pedicure prices and I doubt the service is any better.

Every time I go in they do my nails and I love them! They are thin and look like they are actually my nails! They also last a really long time! The service is excellent not a really long wait time and the people are super nice!! No complaints from me:)

I use to frequent this nail spa until I was treated rudely by the nail tech Tina and dismissed when I tried to explain that she had not provided the services I wanted. I will never return I refuse to pay for a service and be treated disrespectful and she expected her usual tip Uh Bye Tina...

I have been going here for over 10 years I love the work and products they use. Your mails nails want be lifting and falling off. Everyone in there is top notch!!

John did my nails (gel polish), manicure, he did a very nice job. I also got a pedicure, dont know the ladies name, but she was very sweet and did a good job. I had a good experience today, I hope my future experience is just as pleasant as today was. :)

I always love going here. I really only had a slightly negative experience once which I can look past. They are always very attentive, make sure my massage chair is always on, and the prices are very fair compared to other salons Ive been to. I went to one up I the bay area which charged DOUBLE and it was simply awful. No appointment necessary but helpful if you have one. You can get out of this salon with a pedi to include a tip for around $26. Enjoy!

The ladies there are very sweet They Know You by name they make an effort to get to know who you are its a very pleasant environment.

Do not get the treatment where they smear green stuff over your legs and feet. I am sitting here with both legs and feet swollen up and hurting. I assume I had a reaction to whatever was in the treatment. I did not know that they were going to do this.Also, it would seem that they do not disinfect there foot baths between customers. Maybe this is normal practice. The chair was suppose to be giving me a message, but it felt like I was being tortured, so I asked them to turn it off. They turned it off with two knobs sticking into my back.They do not use towels here, just old thin rags. When your feet are on the fiberglass edge on the thin rag the edge cuts into your Achilles tendon. The works do not seem to be aware or concerned with your experience.Delete review

The Acrylic nails are the best they are very gentle with your nails and they last a long time

Horrible treatment by workers. I have never been treated so bad by anyone in life how I was here. I brought alot of customers here. I used to bring friends and family here. They lied to my face and were very disrespectful. The employees are very rude and lie to you and others.

Stupidest interaction I’ve had in my life they didn’t except my gift certificate because it was folded and the other side of the card was off when it only had a picture. All the information was on it location, who had authorized it, date issued, and expiration date was filled?? I guess since they already got my friends money right??? They told me to bring in my friend who bought it for me they would know her???? They don’t. There was no reason not to except it. They keep all gift certificates once they’re used they even showed it to me to show it shouldn’t be folded. Never going again and my friend who gave me the gift certificate (that doesn’t even live here and they supposedly know) will be going in to get her money back. Thanks for nothing!

Zero stars!!!! I took off my wedding rings for a manicure and left them on the tray. I realize that I was careless but when I realized my mistake and returned they had no idea where they could have gone. Never saw them. You dont clean up your stations after????? I have been coming here for over a year. They ask about my kids every time. No remorse whatsoever!!!!! No...Im so sorry. No looking up from their phones. Highly suspect in my opinion. Police report filed. Stay away from here.....far, far away!!!!!!!

The pedicure/spa treatment was wonderful!

This place is the worst, they discriminated me because I had mi kid with me and did not help me. And they even have a basket with toys for kids to play with. But I brought my kid with me before and they helped me. Will never return to this place again. There was a girl that came in after me and wanted the same thing I did but helped her instead of me.

They did a good job on my nails..but they do what they want when it comes to the Polish..then there are hidden fees

So completely pissed about my experience I honestly hope to god this place goes out of business...first I came in for a full set with gel on acrylic and gel pedicure. I showed the lady a picture of what I wanted it wasnt very hard just pink tips with diamond studs covering the pinky nail. After my toes were done it was getting close to the time they closed, the lady was rushing and cut almost every finger filing, and then started to do my nails and I reminded her that I wanted acrylic with gel and she thought I just wanted gel, when I corrected her she got angry and then continued to rush and be rough on my nails, then I mention a piece of hair stuck in the gel, I nicely brought it to her attn and she oh no u hit it, I said no it was there already its a piece of hair, she again accused me of hitting it while having a bad attitude towards me, ( I have never been treated so poorly at a nail shop plus it doesnt matter if I did hit it FIX THE DAMN NAIL!! Right?) I am usually a big spender when I do my nails and they asked me to pay before she even started my nails and the total was $91 which I was ok with (as long as they r done right) then when she was almost done I noticed she was spacing out the diamond studs on my pinky nail, which was not what the picture shows that I asked her to do, when I told her I wanted them to completely cover the nail, she said it would be $5 more, I said u quoted me from the picture and how is that not included in the $91 I just paid? She went quiet and then still spaces them out, I told her I would come back the next day because not only were my fingers bleeding, one nail was wayyy crooked (and Im never reallyPicky) but also the tips didnt even go down far enough to cover the natural tip of my nails, they r lifting and its only been a few days, also I had to file the extra acrylic that she didnt bother cleaning up from the edges and were poking into my skin. Im completely appalled and I wont recommend this place to anyone. This was my first time here and it will be my last, they were rude, rusty and too expensive for the work they provided. ***outraged***
