This Company will answer your call when they take a notion to do so, They will tell you they will bring your lawnmower home it never happens its always the next day when the next day never ever comes. it may be three or four weeks to get an answer of what is going on with the mower, you have to wait for them to answer the phone when they please, not a great company to do business, and their communication is awful, If you are looking for communication from a company dont go there because you will not get it. The worse I have done business with ever.

When I bought the Stihl saw there was hard to get anyone to even talk with me. If I didnt want the Stihl so bad would have walked out which now wish I would have. Saw is a P.O.S took it back to be fixed under warranty and they have had it over 5 weeks already. Keep calling back and they cant even find it. When I explain the problem with the oiler they then remember the saw but havent fixed it. Claim they are talking with Germany, but never seem to make any heady way. Two different people have told me they will fix it that day on different weeks and no one does. Extremely disappointed with this dealership and the saw. Next time I am going to Home Depot and getting an Echo, they are much better built.

They dont open on saturday anymore. I work during the week. Had to buy a Stihl chainsaw at Ace hardware, I sure hate it.

Came In the store wasnt even acknowledged i was there no one even asked how they could help came with cash to buy a stihl dawn but after standing there for 20 minutes i walked out and took my money to small engine supply.you need to help your customers if you want to sale equipment lost my 500$
