I had them unsolder my wedding set (5 rings) and they repaired 2 of the rings. Also, they redipped them all. They did an incredible job!! My rings looked brand new, better than new, actually! My rings have never looked better, not even when they were purchased new. I highly recommend Wendel’s! Customer service is phenomenal and everyone is super friendly! They will definitely get my business in the future!

What an absolutely wonderful small town jewelry shop. They have a surprisingly large and varied selection at all price points. Their service was above and beyond. When I brought in my wife’s wedding ring to be resized they noticed that there was some damage and a missing diamond... short time later I received a phone call letting me know that it was fixed and that I could come pick it up. Now that I have it in my hand it looks absolutely brand new. I cannot recommend Wendel’s‘s jewelers highly enough!!!!

Located within the small community of Lancaster is the best jeweler in the state of Ohio. I was a hesitant third generation buyer from this family owned business. Stephanie and her team were friendly, professional and most importantly knowledgeable about my requests. They allowed me to make informed decisions without any pressure to purchase. Thrilled to see that this locally owned business is in great hands. Shopping for jewelry or a simple watch repair has become a no brainer with friends like those at Wendels Jewelers.

The Jeweler (Jon) was very knowledgeable and helpful with my wedding ring repairs. To our surprise he was able to tighten my wifes diamond and polish my band to look like new! The store staff was also very pleasant and helpful as we inquired about watches and pendants during our second visit. We highly recommend this local business, and their relocation to the historical Mithoff building is beautiful!

I had an awesome experience at Wendel’s. I went in looking for an engagement ring, having a specific idea in mind. I ended up having Wendel’s do a custom design for the ring. They were well within my price range, incredibly professional, friendly to work with, and super accommodating. My (now) wife and I ended up getting our wedding bands through them too. They even gave us a sale price for a sale that was not going on yet. It passed my mind that going through a small business might be more expensive or less flexible than a larger jeweler. This was obviously not the case. So glad I went this route.I specifically worked with Stephanie. She is awesome and super helpful. She had our desires in mind and helped make all of my ideas come to fruition.

They were very honest as to what they needed to do to fix the ring (I had snagged it on something and the prongs were loose), and the price was less than what I thought it would be.
