Finch is an amazing company I have a perfect time with them. Everyone is so kind, friendly, and fun. I bought my engagement ring and built my wedding band with them. There was no judgment and they said “yes we can” to everything I asked. I asked if I could assist in making my wedding band and they were totally on board! While working on the ring I worked with Ron and met the rest of the workers in the back. They were all so nice! Ron showed me all their equipment and these guys literally do everything in house. After I had my baby, my ring finger swelled and I couldn’t get my rings off. finch jewelers helped me cut them off of which would have been a even more painful experience at the ER. They gave me an ice pack and didn’t charge me for their service. Returning back after almost 5 months, they helped me find the perfect size for my rings, mended them back together beautifully, and cleaned them to make them sparkle. I have been a customer of Finch Jewelers, as has been my family for a number of years. Recently, I ask the firm to create a pendant in 14K gold from a design drafted by me more than 20 years ago. The pendant is a cross and crown of original design. I provided a photograph of the cross and crown etched in granite. An inquiry was made as to whether I had gold that I would like to contribute to the production of the item. I had a piece of jewelry rarely worn from a relative’s gold mine that was incorporated into the gold cross and crown pendant making it all the more special.Finch Jewelers took the photograph and reproduced it in wax for my inspection and approval. Production was authorized and preformed on premise. Two weeks later I visited the store to receive my crown and crown pendant. The final piece was beyond my expectations! The pendant was a perfect representation of the photograph I had provided. The artistry, creation and finish were superb. The bale selected by the jewelers for attachment to a gold chain I provide could not have complimented the piece better.The price of the pendant came in lower than original estimation, which also was a pleasant surprise. I could not more strongly recommend Finch Jewelers for their professionalism, artistry and trustworthiness...unquestionably the very best!

I went to Ron Finch for engraving. The first time I ever called in, I spoke to one girl over the phone. Then the next day I called in, I spoke to a different girl and then spoke to Ron personally. I drove to Finch Jewelers that day and went over with Ron, what I wanted. Mr. Finch took the time with me one on one. I am really big on Customer Service and I just want to explain to yall that Ron & ALL of the girls that I dealt with at Finch Jewelers are so nice, friendly, willing to help and just there for you. When the work was done, I picked up my engraved item and met with Mr. Finchs daughter, stand up lady, gave me a big smile when I walked in the store. The price I payed for Rons work was more than fair and I am very happy with the engraving (see photos). I will definitely come back to Finch Jewelers and you should too!

A few months ago I contacted Finch Jewlers about making a custom engagement ring for me. My lovely bride-to-be had a specific design of a century old custom ring of which she shared a picture with me. I sent the photo to Finch hoping that they could duplicate it.Jessica responded within an hour to let me know she could do whatever I wanted as long as she had a design to reference. Shortly thereafter she sent me a computer rendering of the ring. Upon request, she made some minor adjustments and then completed a wax rendering to share with me. She then got right to work on the project and kept me up to date along the way. The finished product was beyond perfect. She took care to make sure I had a truly one of a kind piece to propose to my fiancé. The smile on her face when I finally gave it to her was the most priceless moment I had ever experienced to that day. And it was all thanks to the superb design team at Finch Jewlers. During the COVID-19 shutdown I was looking everywhere for a ring and I was able to reach Jessica through email. I had no idea what I was doing and Jessica made the process super easy. I had an idea of what I wanted and she came back with several options, and I was able to pick the best one. I recently decided to upgrade my engagement and wedding ring. My original set was designed by Finch Jewelers and I loved it, but after 8 years I decided it was time to make a change. My husband and I met with Jessica to talk through the design I had come up with and she assured me she could make it happen. They made 2 different versions of the ring using a 3-D printer which allowed me to actually try the ring on and make small changes before they cast the ring. Months ago I was browsing engagement rings, looking for a very distinct specific style that just in any made anymore. I went into Finch and met Abigail, I started telling her what I wanted and showed her vintage rings and what I liked and disliked. She was PHENOMENAL! She was just as excited about the ring design as I was. Unfortunately COVID came about and everything closed down. That’s when Jessica, my fiancé, and I started working together virtually. She had a designer create a digital rendering of the ring I described using some of the stones and material I provided. My wife and I visited Finch in late December to discuss having a custom ring made to replace her original engagement solitaire and wedding band wrap. She had stopped wearing the solitaire several years ago when we upgraded her wedding band, as it no longer matched. I was looking to surprise her with a new ring design with a larger center stone, but that also included her original solitaire and the smaller diamonds from her old wedding band. We had only a general idea of what we wanted, so we appreciated Mindy spending time showing us various different rings and design trends to give us some ideas and suggestions. A week or two later, we met to review several different mock-up designs that Finchs designers had created. We appreciated being able to see and handle actual 3D printed models throughout the design process, as it allowed us to see exactly what it would look like and make minor tweaks to the design. Mindy did a wonderful job of presenting us with several different options for a beautiful new center stone. She also found a nearly perfect matching solitaire for our original solitaire, as both of these stones are set on either side of the new center stone. We just picked up the ring and it is beautiful, better than we couldve imagined. We loved the experience of dealing with Finch, as we felt like family. This past fall I came to Finch Jewelers not having a clue of what I was doing. I had my girlfriends grandmothers engagement ring and an idea. Got engaged over Covid and all jewelry stores were closed and another jewelry store told me to mail my ring to them but Jessica at Finch opened her store just for me via an appointment to size my engagement ring for me. She was absolutely wonderful. I am done with chain jewelry stores. This is my forever jewelry store. We will be having our wedding bands done here. Giving Finch a five star review is almost as easy as saying yes when my fiancé presented me with this stunning ring. I had been searching online, so had a rough idea of what I was looking for. We set up an in person appointment with Mindy and in no time I had settle on a design and center stone. And, everything was within the budget my fiancé was looking to stick to.Finch offers both lab created and natural diamonds. Though we opted for a non-custom band and setting, they do beautiful custom work as well. When the ring arrived, it was a little loose. No problem! I called and brought it in for one-time complimentary resizing and they took care of it same day...even with a platinum band.I also want to give Finch a shoutout for the level of precaution they are taking during COVID. They sanitize all surfaces, and masks are required in store. They even sanitize pens! I would absolutely recommend Finch to anyone in the market for any jewelry piece. We will definitely be back for wedding bands in the future!

I would highly recommend Finch Jewelers. The quality of their jewelry for the cost is the best I have seen around in the central Pa area. They also have a shop in the back of the store where they make custom jewelry and alterations right there in the store. I got my wifes beautiful engagement ring at Finch Jewelers along with a few other pieces of jewelry. We were able to drop off and they sized it in the shop and had it ready within an hour and a half to pick up. My wife loves her ring. She gets so many compliments on it. Ask for Jess when you go. We loved working with Jess to design our engagement ring and wedding bands. The coolest part was when she asked me about my fiancees attributes and designed a ring that fit her personality. Weeks later she showed me the designs, and I thought, I know she will love this! (And she designed the ring while I was still long distance in Kentucky no less!) Did a great job on fixing a thin vintage silver bangle bracelet and the price was fairly reasonable. I also had an antique diamond ring cleaned and appraised. The appraisal price was very reasonable considering other places I had considered using. I would have liked a more thorough explanation on the appraisal than I got, but to be fair I did come just before closing. Though I thought the associate could have been a little more personable. Granted I only laid out $98 for the appraisal and repair instead of thousands but... I have had associates there who have been very nice and extremely helpful, so I would still use their services when in the market for fine jewelry.

Got a custom engagement ring made. The design process start to finish with them was phenomenal! When my son visited China three years ago, he was so proud to tell me that he had purchased a gift for me and couldn’t wait to give it to me on Christmas morning. As I eagerly anticipated what he had chosen, I realized his sheer delight and joy in giving me a special gift. Unfortunately, after opening the package and seeing a beautiful jade slip on bracelet, I was unable to slide it over my hand! I tried soap, olive oil and other means to put it on but realized that it would not fit. First off I will start by saying Ive never been married and had no idea where to start when it came to searching for the perfect ring, I walked into Finch Jewelers and was immediately treated like family. Jessica Finch welcomed me with open arms and was open and honest with the many questions I had. I was very apprehensive with jewelry stores as I have heard many horror stories. Jessica not only worked with my budget but went above and beyond to search for the perfect diamond for us. She answered my many questions on appraisals, insurance, and everything from top to bottom that dealt with the diamond and ring. I visited Finch Jewelers to find a necklace to compliment a gold cross that had been given to my 10 year old son by his grandfather. The cross is very sentimental, so finding a good, sturdy necklace was extremely important. Mindy worked with my son to find a necklace that was perfectly suited for him today, but would also suit him as his grows. We are very happy with both the customer service we received and also the necklace Mindy recommended. We will be back!

Several years ago I discovered these wonderful, honest folks when I was looking for an appraisal on old pocket watches and other pieces of jewelry left to me by my grandparents. My grandfather was a jeweler who passed away decades ago. On that first visit we didnt plan it, but having grown up around a watchmakers bench and listening to Rons ideas, I sensed that I found unique people. Family oriented people with high integrity. Ron used some misc gold pieces I had to rebuild a 100 year old ring that was made by my great-great Uncle. I couldnt believe how reasonable the price was and now I can wear a new ring that was passed down to my Grandfather and to me. Im complimented on it regularly. Although we live on Long Island and I work 2 blocks from Manhattans diamond district, my family and I will not consider going anywhere else other than to Ron and Jessica. Since buying or repairing a piece of jewelry is not something we can afford to do often, it is well worth the 4 hour drive each way to know that we are in the hands of honest people. Jessica stood by a repair on my daughters bracelet for over a year! If a setting is loose on an engagement ring, or you are concerned about a small stone being swapped out for lesser quality at a jeweler you dont know, then Finch is the place to go! As I said, I could go to dozens of stores within 2 blocks from where I work and I wont even trust one of them to give me a fair price on a replacement clasp for a gold neck chain. For something like that I just call Finch and do it through the mail. I hope for the day when my daughter gets her engagement and wedding rings from Finch. They are the best there is. The best!!

My grandma gave us her diamond ring for my fiancé to propose with, though I didn’t want a traditional diamond for my engagement ring and instead wanted an amethyst, so we decided to go the custom route with Finch and are so happy we did! My wife and I brought a family diamond in to Abbie and she worked with us to design the perfect new family heirloom. Recently purchased my wedding band from this wonderful store and it was a dream of an experience. I loved the options they had in store, but even more so I appreciated the individualized attention my fiancé and I received from Abigail and the owner, Jessica.Since we were looking for something a little different, they took the time to show us options that they could order in to the store and while they were walking us through that they offered to clean my fiance’s engagement ring. We hardly had any idea it was missing its shine, but it sparkled like new when they handed it back to us.We ended up choosing a tungsten band with the laser imprint of my fiance’s ring finger. Didn’t come in looking for this option, but it was one of their suggestions and we LOVED the idea. Received it today and it’s beautiful. I loved working with Jessica at Finch Jewelers. I first took in an old ring to be revamped into an engagement ring, with only a small idea of what I wanted it to look like, and a fairly limited budget. Jessica jumped right in with many great ideas of how we could achieve my goal. I dont live in the area, so Jess worked with me over email to get a design that fit my ideas. They transformed a broken, old ring into a beautiful piece of jewelry that my wife absolutely loved.I liked the experience so much that my wife and I again took the 2 hour drive to the shop to pick out wedding bands. Jess already had an idea of a ring that my wife would love, and she was spot-on. For our 10 year anniversary we thought it would be a great idea to upgrade my engagement ring or to add/do something different with what I already have. My preference was to keep and add to what I already have as the diamonds in my band and engagement ring are very sentimental to me. I wanted to preserve the sentiment of what I had yet attempt to create something entirely new. Tough job I admit but not for Finch. If only I could upload a picture of my ring and band...words will never do it justice. I still havent picked my mouth up off the floor. I came in to talk about custom engagement rings today. Jess taught me a lot about different ring types and alternatives to diamonds if I wanted to go a different route. Im not looking to propose until April 2019, and there was no pressure to buy anything right then and there. They make everything from start to finish in the store, and so she even said that a complimentary engagement book can be made about the entire process, which I thought was really unique and would be a cool thing for my future fiance to have in order to feel a part of it. Ill definitely be back in January to start the process and then to purchase a wedding band. Their customer service from start to finish far exceeded my expectations.

Finch is amazing!!! I emailed Jessica after seeing some friends share on social media how pleased they were with her service. I am recently engaged and had a ton of issues with the jeweler that my ring was originally purchased from and emailed Jessica with some photos and asked if she thought the ring could be repaired. Her response back to me was prompt and thoughtful and she was able to schedule me an appointment to have the repair done same day as I live in Harrisburg. When I arrived at Finch I was peronally greated by Jess and her father, who is also the owner. He looked at my ring, gave me his input and even offered to let me sit next to him as he worked on my ring to ensure it was what I wanted - talk about customer service!When I returned to pick up my ring, it was PERFECT! I felt so relieved given my experience with the other jeweler. While I was waiting to get my ring back they offered to clean my aunts rings and checked to ensure that the prongs, etc. were as they should be...Jessica quickly noticed a loose stone and offered to get the ring in for repair straight away!Needless to say, I had an AMAZING experience and plan to return for my wedding band.Thank you so much to Jess and her dad for taking great care of me!If you are looking for a jeweler I would highly recommend Finch as the quality and service were top notch! I went to Finches to have a custom wedding band made to fit my unique engagement ring. My engagement ring is from 1880 and is a sapphire with a halo of diamonds. The unique shape required a custom wedding band. Jessica was extremely professional and friendly and worked with me on the design. The wedding band is beautiful and perfectly matches my engagement ring. I am extremely satisfied with my experience and definitely recommend.

Recently had an engagement ring created by them. I came in with a basic idea of what I was looking for, and they helped me design the ring from the bottom up. They first designed it as best they could using ring design programs on their computer, then they created a wax model for me to inspect before they went on to cast the design in the metal of my choosing (they had many alloys to pick from). Overall they really hit the nail on the head, my fiance loves the ring and I couldnt be more satisfied working with them. They even helped to keep the ring as affordable for me as they could.

I needed a custom wedding band made for my engagement ring. Being very new to the area and having moved from Toledo, Ohio, I so worried about finding a reputable jeweler that could do custom designs. Because I was on such a tight timeframe, I was also worried that they wouldnt be able to make my ring in time for my wedding, which was on October 12th, 2019. After several molds and going back-and-forth with what looked the best, they finally presented my wedding band to me 2 days before my wedding. When she took it out of the case and presented it to me, I burst into tears because it was so beautiful and it was everything that I had hoped it would be! Jessica and Abigail were so wonderful to work with and so patient with me every step of the way. I cant imagine ever going to another jeweler now and they have absolutely have a customer for life!

The employees at Finch are great. I went there not to buy an engagement ring, but to get an heirloom engagement ring resized and to get a subtle pattern engraved. They did not try and push any of their inventory on me and were happy to simply adjust what i brought in. They also gave great suggestions on patterns. I later went back to buy my wedding band, and they were very patient as i took my time going through their more affordable mens bands, again not pushing anything. Very helpful and courteous.

In my search for an engagement ring, I eventually ended up at Finch. I had a small time frame before I wanted to propose to my girlfriend and was expecting that I would have to use a substitute until the actual ring was finished. I went in with my general idea for what I wanted, and Abbie behind the counter surprised me saying she could probably get it done in time.She drew up several mock ups of what I had described and allowed me to critique it and request modifications. It took a couple of tries and each time she drew up several options for me.In the end, I loved it, as did my fiancé. Abbie did an awesome job working with me and in a very timely manner. We made sure to go back to Finch for our wedding bands.
