Just went there for the phone trade in after switching to Verizon. The man that helped me (Jake) was incredible rude, hateful, and at first did not want to help me. Once I came back to trade in my phone, the other worker just told him to do it so I can go. She wasn’t much better. He pushed the box at me and said take it to UPS and take the paper too. Ha! They wouldn’t even trade in the phone for me. All they did was give me a box. What a joke. Not too happy that I switched from quality customer service to these hateful clowns.

I wont go anywhere else for my tv, internet and cell service. They treat me like family, and always go above and beyond for everything!

AT&T u-verse nightmare. I have been a customer for since 1985. I have my home phone, internet, wireless and TV with at&t. They called me in 2015 to sign up with u-verse, said they would save me money and I would get better internet. This was my worse decision ever, in 35 years I think I called with problems 3 times, since signing up with u-verse I have called maybe 25 times. The internet is awful, it is down or freezes up more than it works, my son cannot play his x box or any games online. The last upgrade is better but it still stops working frequently but at least it is up part of the time but my son still cannot play x box. I have auto bill pay so rarely look at the bill, boy was that a mistake, when they signed me up they told me that I would not pay extra for the spliter I had on my line so I could fax. So they have been charging me for 2 lines all this time and they asked me if I wanted inside wiring protection, I said yes. So they also signed me up for support for $15 per month. I had no idea what is was for till I called to find out. They said it was virus protection on my computers, they never said anything about it to me. I called to get a refund for all the charges, and you always get someone from India named Jeff, or Bob, or Tom, right I believe that. I was hung up on 6 times. If they cannot solve your problem in a short time their numbers go down, if you ask for a supervisor their numbers go down, so they hang up on you so you have to go back through the system and each time they asked for my phone # and my cell #. I had no return call backs because we got disconnected, imagine that. My last call back, this is now going on 3 hours of trying to get someone to not hang up on me, they gave me 3 months back on the support even though I asked for proof that I signed up for it. They said I would have to pay for 2 lines even though I was told I would not have too. I asked for a supervisor she told me she could not give any amount back. I asked for her supervisor and she said there was no one above her. I called back asked for the office of the president, they said they did not have his number and gave me a PO box to write. I asked for the escalation department and they said they did not have one. I asked, so what is it I am suppose to do because this is not right and they said write a letter. I only have at&t now because I have no other options. If they call you to sign up for u-verse I dont recommend it. On the many times they have sent people out to work on my internet problems most of the time I got someone who did not know what he was doing. This has been a nightmare. AT&T u-verse is not the quality and good service company AT&T use to be.
