I used Maid Brigade to clean my empty house so that I could put it on the market. After the 1st cleaning, I reviewed what they did and the house was marginally better than before it was cleaned. The hardwood floors were streaked and you would see all the dirt that was still on it. The basement bathroom wasnt even touched. My hands were filled with dirt as I ran it over the cleaned counter tops. I could hardly tell that anything was cleaned. Lights and fans were left on. The windows were left unlocked. HUGE safety issue. I called the company and they offered to clean it again. After the 2nd cleaning, I found the same issues. They sent a crew out for a 3rd cleaning. I showed them all the problem areas. They claimed that the dirt would not come off the floors. So I got down on my knees and showed them that it does indeed come off, with a little elbow grease. One of the cleaners did get down on her hands and knees to clean it. My issue is, how can you leave a home in that condition, knowing that its not cleaned and be okay with it, as a professional cleaning company? The last cleaning was satisfactory but it took 2 phone calls and 3 cleanings to get there. I gave up cause I didnt want to deal with them anymore. Worst of all, the charged me more than the quoted price of $275, for a mediocre cleaning. Ive already told my friends and family to not use this company. One positive is that Chris, person in charge of scheduling, was responsive and took care of concerns in a timely manner. Highly do not recommend.

We have been using Maid Brigade for several years and at times felt the work was mediocre. I am happy to say that this past time was markedly better than previous times. Thank you Maids!!

First experience. Was anxious but....Talk about attention to detail! Extremely satisfied. I highly recommend them to everyone. My place looks fantastic. And Shelly is a delight. Will use again! 5 stars for sure.

We were in need of a move in cleaning for our commercial space and reached out to Matt and his team. Not only was the whole communication process up front excellent, we were very happy with the results. I felt they really made an effort to understand exactly what we were looking for. We asked for walls and flat surfaces to be thoroughly cleaned, and that is what got plus a lot of extra effort on some difficult stains. I would highly recommend anyone give them a chance.

I wish I had looked here first as then I would have seen the one star rating previously given. The girls were pleasant enough, but the cleaning was poorly done. I will try another service.
