06.22.20 Inbound load of M&M Mars. Each item on its own pallet. Lumper Fee $1,264.00. Took them a little over an hour to unload Trailer. According to the service website employee comments its 3 people per Truck at minimum wage. Good racket.....

Everything went good for me. Parked across the street until 15 min before appointment. They unloaded me and got my paperwork in about 2hrs. Beware 26 pallets was $803.00 lumper fee. My company wasnt happy. Also I did overnight for a 10hr in that dirt lot across the street.

The lumper fee was $1240. I asked them if they were on drugs.......what a rip off!!! So I went in to pay with com check and the guy says “we made a mistake it’s $80 less but you can leave it as is if you want” bunch of thieves here!!! Beware!!! I triple checked with them on the amount so they are a bunch of con artists!!

🙄I never seen this much lumper in my experience$7604 hours for unloading full load.

Only had 1 pallet, well less than half of a pallet, checked in 10 minutes before appointment time at 1600, took an out for pallet to be unloaded, still waiting on bills and its 2100 now, least Im getting some pretty good detention

They unload you quickly but the paperwork would take 3 hours. The lady at the lumper is super rude if you ask her why are you waiting on the receipt as she dosent even no how to operate a printer.

Pretty slow, takes your keys but asks you to wait in your truck. And INSANE expensive lumper fees. Almost 400 bucks for 6 pallets. And slow. Pathetically slow. Only allowed 15 minutes before appointment and will be kicked out once they FINALLY finish unloading you. Just another garbage receiver with no care at all about the drivers.

Appointment was at 6am. By 10am. 4 hours later they still havent even opened the door to where I am docked. I have 4 small pallets and they are charging $231. Wow Im in the wrong business. At that price you would think they would be a bit quicker.

Almost 6 hours just to unload only 9 pallets!! Unbelievable would recommend avoiding this company..

Absolutely the worst place to have to deal with. Having to bring in a haul here makes you wonder what the heck they had happen to have them be the way they are. Treat you like a criminal wanting to hold your keys while they live unload you so you dont drive off and then take 4 hours to do that then decide to check all the merchandise by unpacking it before they let you have your keys back to leave. It got pretty cold with the truck off so they offered the keys back. If you unhooked and pulled up to right infront of their window so they can watch you. 6 hours total for less than 10000 lb load! There was not even another load they could have been working on!!

7pcs，2 more hours unload！2 more hours for paper！Dont come here if have choice！！

Minimum 3-4 hour unloaded.They keep your truck key.! Safety reason horrible thing .! No truck stop close by. Around 50 mile.
