Charles has a new customer. Had problems with my laptop screen. Charles diagnosed the problem, and replaced the screen within 24 hours (OK, dont hold him to this time as fortunately he had the screen in stock). The price was fair and within the bounds of his estimate. If any future problems arise with my computers or tablets, A+ PC is where I will go. He has my complete trust!

Always had good luck. Sorry to hear about the experience above.We have 10 work computers and always use My PC Hero for the items that we dont have time for or are above our expertise.

I took in my PC with specific diagnostics and instructions. The number one instruction I had was if they had to replace any parts to NOT replace them with inferior ones. I also recommended they put in a crossfire strip and some thermal paste because my PC was shutting down while gaming and getting video driver errors and I told the folks up at A+ PC that I had already updated all of my drivers and ran virus scans.The first day they got rid of my anti virus and replaced it with a worse one, reupdated my drivers, and charged $95. They said the computer was fixed so I came in and not only was NOTHING fixed they hadnt put in a new bridge strip or any thermal paste. Fast forward a week and they said it was fixed again, I went in and AGAIN it had the same exact issues. They said they put in a new bridge but again did not apply thermal paste. I started back home again without it being fixed and called them up to tell them not to put any thermal paste in that Id take it elsewhere and was told they already put the paste in after I had left and tested games and it was fixed! I went back in that afternoon to pick it up and was told they replaced my CPU Processor because the prongs were bent on my old one.So I took the PC home and when I started up a game I got the same exact shutdowns and errors I had BEFORE I paid them $160! I checked my bios and noticed I was only running four cores on my CPU and when I opened up the machine I saw they replaced my six core CPU Processor with a four core CPU Processor! Not only did it take them an entire week to add one bridge strip, run a virus scan, update the drivers, and apply some thermal paste, they also bent the prongs on my CPU Processor and replaced it with an inferior one!As a point of fact on one of my trips there to test my computer the only employee in the place was lounging about with half the lights off not working at all and jumped up quickly when I came in as if he had been napping.I was absolutely fleeced by A+ PC My PC Hero and I do NOT recommend anyone take their PCs there to be fixed. They charged me $160 and made my computer worse.
