Found this place because they were the top result of a google search, and they had really good reviews. I took my phone in for a cracked screen repair. They had a replacement screen in stock and were able to fix my phone in an hour! The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. Im glad I decided to try fixing my screen because they said the damage to the screen would have only gotten worse and left my phone susceptible to water damage if I hadnt replaced it. I cant speak to how their prices compare to other stores, but it seemed reasonable to me. Would definitely go back to them if I ever have any other electronic repair issues.

I made my appointment the day before for my lunch break. I went in there at my scheduled time, the employees are super nice and very informative. I was told it would be ready by 3 and I headed back to work. Shortly after getting back to work, I received a call from an employee saying my phone was all done. IT WAS DONE IN A HOUR!!! They really did deliver that 1 hour time promise, and my phone was pretty badly cracked on the front and back! I will definitely be returning here for all my future phone issues!

Went in for a battery replacement for my iPhone. Got it done in under 30 minutes. Im sure the short turn around time was helped by me being one of 2 people in the store. All the young men in the store very helpful and polite when answering my questions re:battery replacements, etc. I would highly recommend this business.

I’ve driven past this place multiple times and the store front definitely catches the eye. So when my son shattered the front of his tablet I went in to get it repaired since I’ve seen it so many times. Well turns out replacement would cost as much as a used tablet to replace it. Totally fine by me so I got to walk out with another tablet for my son as a happy shopper. Would return again for all my electronic needs (they also have some fun gaming accessories and PC builds that I would like to check out in the future).

My Samsung s21 plus randomly started not showing any picture. I came to this store an hr after they closed but the owner Tu-Sean was very helpful, quickly diagnosised my issue and stayed late to repair my phone and gave me good advice on how to take preventive measures. Other than having a hard time finding this business (As I drove by, I thought it was an Urgent Care), I had a GREAT experience here. These guys here are the truth!! I bought a used phone online and every since it’s been giving me issues. I came here because now it wouldn’t turn on. When they opened it they could tell it was worked on before and slapped together and sold on a site I trusted too! The battery was worn and never taped down. Next phone I buy it’s from these guys. I’m just happy they could fix my phone I didn’t want to go buy another one after just buying this one.

Today the three young men that helped us were awesome. They were very informative and efficient. I brought in an iPhone XR to have the speakerfixed and a screen repair. After they looked at it the speaker just needed a real good cleaning which took about 5 minutes and the screen repair took less then an hr. This wasn’t my first time here and it won’t be my last. Verizon recommended me to them and they instantly knew the problem. This model and the other s8 have what he told me was a Power management chip issue. Fast and did it an Hr after they. Closed. Came in for a cracked screen and it was repaired the same day. Everyone there was very helpful and knowledgeable. In replacing the screen they found that my battery was in bad condition and they replaced that as well for nothing extra. Highly recommend and will go back when I get a new phone for cases and screen protection

I brought my galaxy s9+ here because it would not turn on. they told me that in order to see what the problem was with the phone they would have to take the screen off and inspect the insides and that for them to do this it would cost $35. I agreed to this because $35 seemed like a fair price. about one week later they called me and said that they were done with the phone and that I could come pick it up. I was so exited! the lady working there handed me the phone and said “that’ll be $375”. I was so mad :(. $375??? I said, I thought you said $35. I then asked to see a rundown of the services provided to see why my bill had gone up $280. she showed me the transcript and this is what it said. screen removal fee $110, new screen $225, and new battery $45. I asked why they charged me for a new screen when the screen was perfectly fine when I brought it in. she didn’t know what to say about this so she went into the back and brought out the guy in charge. he told me that while removing the screen they had broken it and had to replace it in order to put the phone back together. I was enraged!! I told him that if they broke it they should replace it for free. But then he showed me the disclaimer I signed when dropping my phone off. It said that I would have to pay for any damages incurred by the mechanics working on the phone. This caused me to be even more angry. I called him a sneaky scumbag and told him I would not be paying for a screen I didn’t break. I told them they could keep the phone but they would be losing a customer. I will not be returning.

This place is awesome. I went in about 45 minutes before close on a Friday, and not only were they attentive and courteous, but they made sure to get my phone screen fixed before close. When I came back 5 minutes before close, they had my phone ready and even offered to keep it on the charger until it powered on so I could check the work. My first time using them was definitely a success. Would absolutely recommend them and will be returning in the future.

This is my go to place whenever I am having electronic issues. Most places I go to I feel they don’t have patience or good help but they are always kind and help me not only solve the problem but how to prevent it and to write the passwords down. Now I have everything saved for whenever it ask for passwords or log-ins.

Phone screen broke, was recommended to stop in. They took a look and noticed I would be out a cellphone for the weekend. With closing time approaching these guys rushed to fix the issue before sending me home with a broken cell phone for the weekend. Great service, accommodating and appreciative of the business that walks through their door. I will definitely bypass the mall for cellphone services to come here anytime.

The CPR guys were very helpful at explaining my options for repair vs replacement, they were respectful and courteous, and they had my phone back in my hands in less than 2 hours!I shopped around and the charge for the repair; CPR was very competitive and honest and up front with cost.

I received a new phone from Verizon however they do not transfer information anymore. They did recommend me to her where these fine gentlemen we able to help me. Made me feel comfortable and very happy. You wont be disappointed.

My Samsung s7 randomly gave out the other day and I lost thousands of photos. After going to a few of the other shops around here I was referred to CPR Lancaster and I am very impressed by how they handled so many customers on a Sunday including my complicated problem. Not only did they recover 3,000 photos they saved other information I didnt realize I lost. Tu-Sean was very educated, made us feel comfortable and was confident in helping us out. I had to purchase a new phone from Verizon on Fruitville pike because my old one just randomly stopped working. I was not able to get any of my information because I’m logged into the wrong Apple ID.Verizon had sent me over here and they were not only able to recover any of my information but these folks were able to reset my Apple ID information and get everything corrected so I didn’t share the same account with my wife. Honestly I loved it here. I came to get my phone screen fixed because after I went to the mall my screen was all messed up. My screen recently gave out today and I brought it to cell phone repair and they’re able to identify that it was a cheaper quality screen from it being previously repaired at the mall they were able to fix it and recover all my data. I would recommend these gentlemen.
