I had the pleasure of working with Jared, AND Barry today. At the Lancaster Ohio location. Let me tell you these guys sure know how to juggle a lot. They were understaffed and still rocked it! They helped me get everything accomplished that I came in for! Thank you gentlemen I appreciate you both! 10 stars for EACH of you!

Very unhappy with copying services. He was unfriendly, rushing through copying and didn’t even notice pages were unaligned and cut off text boxes. Go to UPS. They were cheaper, friendly staff, and they did a test one and asked me if I liked it before rushing into all 150 copies.

We have visited Office Max in Lancaster, Ohio numerous times in the last month. Cara (unknown last name) in the print department is pleasant and helpful and we want to say again - Thank you very much.

Never again!!! I returned 2 items totaling almost $300 a month ago and they did not credit my card. EVRYTIME I call or email they say it will be 5to7 more business days.

Had a little bit of technical difficulties there in the beginning of my visit but Barry was very nice to help me get what I needed 😀

Went in today and received the BEST service from Lisa. She was so helpful and kind. She knew just what I needed. Lisa took her time with me and I left as a very happy customer. I will be referring everyone here if this is the service they give. Thank so much Lisa.

Came in to shop for a printer...left as a loyal customer. I was shopping for a printer in advance of my home printer dying....turns out it died later that day. Office Depots associate, Mike, was very helpful to explain differences among the many printers displayed. I am very happy with my selection and experience with the store.

I receive the best service every time I’m in Office Max in Lancaster. Anytime I’ve asked for help, they go ABOVE & BEYOND what is expected. In today’s society of poor customer service, Office Max does whatever it takes to help you. You’ve earned a lifelong customer!Plus they love teachers!

Order products on line, received partial items, was sent an e-mail from them that we refuse delivery. No where close to the truth, the delivery company they use never showed up or showed up when we are closed and did not deliver the items or Office depot never sent the products out. Office depot e-mailed me and asked for a review of the order, I gave them a low review, nothing bad only the truth, submitted it, they rejected my review and did not post it. Helpful and friendly. The cashier was very nice and professional. She greeted each person coming in.

They just about have everything you would need. If they dont have they will find it. They are respectful and caring.

Great store for office supplies but the pricing doesnt feel competitive for electronics and furniture

I had picked out (2) chairs that were $380.00 each. They only had one in stock and a floor model. I told them I would purchase the floor model with the one in stock. Sales person tells me he cannot sell the floor model and proceeds to sell me a chair I dont like. Then tells me he can order me the chair that I want. It would be a week out. Dont get me wrong they nice to me and I will go back to purchase my office supplies but I cant understand not selling the floor model. So I left and purchase (2) chairs elsewhere. Warning to anyone that plans on purchasing anything at this store. Make sure you check there stock first.

I just walked in, no employee greeted me and I stood by the service desk for almost 10 minutes. Not one employee came over, no one was even working behind the service desk and never received the help I needed. Saw one cashier she didnt say one word to me and also saw me standing in the service department. Very poor service, unprofessional, and would not recommend.
