After paying $12.00 for the soft touch premium wash the machine stopped operating a minute into the wash. Now I had to pay more to wash my car by hand. If I wanted to hand wash my car I would of done that at home.

I got charged 2 times. The soft touch was okay. I still have some dirt on my car. Im just glad I didnt have to wash it myself!I did call to see about a refund. Waiting to hear back.Update: refund will be issued tomorrow. Reed called me back on a Sunday! Thqnk you for your prompt reply!

Been a member of this car wash for years, living in Pennsylvania with how much we salt and put chemicals on the roads I highly recommend going to this place as you can go over the under carriage sprayer slowly to get all of those chemicals off to reduce the risk of rust. Not much of a complaint here but sometimes they only have one of the washes open at night, I assume its for maintenence as this place is popular.Also if the owner is reading this, I hope you gain another location on the East side of Lancaster and it would be awesome if the current membership allowed for multiple locations when you do

Pulled in when told to system glitched called the number in the bay no one ever called me back or came to help lost 12$ would not recommend will go else where next time. I’m confused as to why there is a number to call if no one will answer anyway…

Card reader doesnt work in the self service wash bay what waste of time! Why isnt anyone working there to help if there is an issue?

Thought I’d give the touchless bay a try after the soft touch missed a lot of spots. It didn’t even touch the tailgate, barely washed the rest of it, and left aWaste of time and waste of the $12 for the “premium wash”.

This car wash is awsome ! This was my first time. I picked the touch less car wash and got the 12.00 wash. It cleaned my suv spotless. High power water and lasted 8 min. I will definitely be back!

Getting charged twice for a wash/ paying for a wash then the garage door doesn’t open and there’s no attendant on site/ vacuum machines simply eat quarters and don’t turn on.

Second time there but this time after purchasing the top touchless was it didnt do the job as the first time. I always use the self serve first to get anything heavy first then run it through. It just didnt seem to do the job as before. But still like this one then any other in the area .

Great place to wash you car. Easy to use. When paying at the automatic stall, you are walked through the steps. Does a super job cleaning the car and actually getting the film off the car.

Had to pay 2x because the system didnt save my first attempt. Got deducted the $ twice from my account. Contacted the owner he gave me a code to redeem when I went to use it asked for payment again. Ended up paying again since the code was invalid . However, the owner did get back to me apologizing which I appreciated. Also, did all he could to improve my experience.

Its nice. Opens 24 hrs so I could go anytime. The wash is pretty clean. Better than others. Totally recommend this place. Option to wash and clean mechanical or by yourself. Pretty cool.

Have a membership and its well worth it. This place is always clean and theres usually staff on site. I wish there was a vacuum option to add to the membership, but I still love love love this place. Best car wash around here!

This is probably one of the few places in Lancaster you can actually get your car washed for a decent price. The foam brushes actually work, the water pressure is great and you end up walking out with a clean car between 5-10$ on a manual wash. The no touch automatic wash is also not a bad deal. The one thing I immediately notice when I go through the no touch is that my breaks tend to work much better. The premises is clean when ever Im around and while it may be controversial for some it is also card accessable even for the manual wash (which you can take your time and still get a good deal)

This has got to be the nicest automatic car wash in the entire area! Very reasonable prices and does an excellent job at cleaning my big van. The place looks bright, shiny, and very well maintained.

The soft touch wash was a lot better than I expected. You dont have to even put your mirrors in. I will be going back. Much better than any touch-less and dont have to worry about a timer in a self serve even though these options are available too.

Horrible, paid $12 to see how good it washed my car before I paid for the unlimited which they charge 3 months from the start and boy am I glad I didnt just buy the unlimited right away because there touchless was the worst Ive ever used. Didnt even remotely clean my damn car and when I called the owner I got a voicemail with not return call still. Never again, took the last review and figured Id give it a try but dont fall for it! Save your money and go somewhere else.Update** I got a credit for the soft touch which seemed to work better then the touch less at least, still not sure if I will return though.

Aqua Premier Auto Wash is as good if not better than a non Eco friendly car wash! Being an Eco friendly car wash I assumed it would be less effective at really cleaning a vehicle or that it would be expensive to limit water usage, but it really impressed me; with directions and tips for each option on the foam brush, high pressure rinse, etc dial and multiple types of car washes available (soft touch, touchless, and self/manual) The only complaint I have is the shampooer barely had soap coming out of it. It may have been low or just too cold and the line frozen, Im not sure. Overall I highly recommend you give this place a shot I mean it is equal to if not better than a regular car wash so why not choose an Eco friendly one. They also have cost effective memberships that merit frequently using the carwash.

Car wash 101: power wash spray nozzles should be vertical NOT horizontal. Spent twice the time washing my car with my arm sideways to compensate. Won’t return.

Im here at least 3 nights every week to use the self wash bays. Touchless wash is great in the winter if youre particular about your car and dont want the machine beating on it. Always up and running. Property is always clean. Highly recommend.

Best touch free wash in Lancaster

I operate a transportation service and this is the wash I use. Very clean, new and maintained regularly. I have had several times where the soap had been depleted after bad weather and the wash was heavily used but the management returned my calls or emails promptly and cheerfully resolved my complaint. It isnt cheap to keep my vehicles clean so I do not expect the automatic washes to get a really dirty vehicle spotless, but it does a really thorough job. I personally use the hand wash first for really bad dirt, road salt and bugs and then the automatic wash. I have a monthly membership that gives me a wash a day, about $30.00 and if I use the self wash it is about $5.00 or less. Their vacuums really suck, I mean to say they work well, but I wish they had smaller hoses. Best wash in the area, see you there.

Don’t use the coin operated vacuums. Pumped about $1 in coins to keep the vacuum running and it just ate them and didn’t return them.

This place double charged me and never gave me a receipt for either order!!! Touchless wash left my car with soap still on it dryer gave out before I could go through. Driving to another car wash cause this one screwed it up so bad. Stay away!!!!
