Ceramic Pros coated our brand new Tesla Model Y. We purchased their Gold package with the lifetime warranty. My wife and I picked up the car today. Although the car is less than two weeks old, it looks so much better than the day we drove it off the lot. The coating and paint looks spectacular. The staff at Ceramic Pros does an absolutely an amazing job. They coated the plastic, wheels, calipers, and windows as well as the paint. Trent and his team are extremely professional, know the coating and care of the coating inside and out, and always answered any questions we had. I can not recommend them enough or give them enough praise. Ceramic coating your vehicle is worth every penny. Going back in two weeks to get the all the windows tinted.

I took one of our construction pickup trucks there after an employee left our company and it was apparent he failed to follow the policy of maintaining the cleanliness of company vehicles. Carpets and seats dirty and soiled and interior covered in a year of construction dust and dirt. I was greeted and we reviewed the scope of work in a pleasant and professional manner. Price quote was lower than I expected. Work was completed on time and interior looked like a different truck then I dropped off!!! Other than the normal wear, it was nearly back to the condition of a new truck. Would definitely recommend them and will certainly utilize their services on future detailing needs.

Someone told me over the phone I will have an appointment on a certain day and time. Went in to be told I was never scheduled. Then was told I’ll be getting a free layer of tint that reflex’s rain and etc. go in the next appointment, got my tint done, come home and realize on the paper that it was never the tint percentage I asked for. Plus I never got the “free” layer of whatever the film was that reflex’s rain or water away. Also have a huge bubble in my passenger side window directly after getting work done. Great place

So I got my vehicle coated from here in October of 2020. The product works great! The glass like shine that this coating provides is second to NONE. Not to mention how EASY it is to keep clean now. I would definitely recommend this service to everyone!

Ive attempted to receive a quote on ceramic coating for two of my vehicles on two separate occasions. Each time I’ve completed the website’s form only to receive no response. Apparently, they dont need the business because they cant seem to complete a quote in the manner they suggest on their website. I wont be trying to give them my money a third time.

I had my Lexus tinted here and when I picked it up after hours I noticed huge scratches (3-4 inches long) in the tint on the driver side window. These were noticeable in the dark, so I was surprised that they did not notice them. There were also scratches on the passenger side window, and on the rear windows as well. The windows were also left covered with finger prints, smudges, etc. They did redo the windows with the scratches on them, but if you want the job done right the first time I would not go here. There was no discount given, just a lot of excuses.

VERY HAPPY, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!!Full front, doors, A pillar, and splash guards KAVACA wrap and window tint. I am a perfectionist, sometimes too much, and I was impressed. I can’t even see the wrap edges. They take door handles off, and take their time to do it right. I will definitely be back for more. This place is amazing. I guess they are new here and I stumbled upon them looking to get my windows tinted. I walked in, and I felt like I was in a chic new club more than a car shop. All the furniture is new and nice, stylish, with good music playing in the background and even a coffee bar. I talked with Mike and quoted me a great price for my windows. I decided to wait for it in their lounge and they poured me a beer! Later on they gave me some free food they had in their Coffee Bar area and topped off my beer again. Of course, the tinting takes like 2 hours, so they only gave it to me because it would be out of my system by then. Everyone is super friendly, coming up to me and just starting conversations. I wish every business was like this! I bet this is one of those places employees love to work at as well. Im going get my car partly wrapped here as well soon, so definitely returning business.

Stopped at Ceramic Pro to see if they could remove the tint from the windows of my Mazda. The tint was peeling off to the point it was difficult to see. First day there I got to chew the fat with the owner, within 30 seconds he had me on a tour of the operation to see what works they have in progress as well as a few of his personal cars that he uses to demo their products.

Ryan and the team are top notch, truly care about producing an amazing finish and treat you like you are their number one priority. The factory single stage Guards Red paint on my 993 was faded and showing 20+ years of wear yet I knew it could be brought back to beautiful by the right team, and I searched as far south as the DC high end shops all the way to Philly and found no one that better understood what I wanted to achieve with my car. A single stage factory paint job presents a significant challenge, as there is no clear coat and if you see primer the only fix is a total repaint. Despite not knowing the history of my car - which was years of Porsche dealer maintenance (a super plus) and years of Porsche dealer detailing (a super minus), the Ceramic Pro team understood where they could polish out deep scratches and where to steer clear on thin areas like panel edges. The care and job produced by the Ceramic Pro team is exceptional. Not only did they fully correct the paint and make it beautiful again, Ryan and the team protected it forever with a ceramic coating that will prevent future oxidation, makes the car hyper easy to clean and keeps it looking wet and shiny. Ive yet to have the wheels done, which were part of the package I purchased, as I recently had them professionally refinished and the paint was too fresh to ceramic coat. I cant wait to have them coated as well because we all know how frustrating brake dust can be to deal with. I have full confidence the Ceramic Pro team will come through on these as well and will happily bring future work to their very cool shop. Since building their brand and making a name by installers pushing their product they decide to let the local PA rep/supplier Matthew Kelly open this business Ceramic Pro Auto Spa right in the middle of his territory. Now what they created is a monopoly by allowing Matt to open a licensed Ceramic Pro installation shop. Hes now trying to have a lucrative business off the backs of the installers who initially made it a success. This company took advantage of every local installer and will get what they deserve. If you do business with this shop you are supporting a crime.

I was looking to have my windows tinted on my SUV and came across Ceramic Auto Spa. I called to get some information and the person who answered was extremely helpful. I decided to give them a shot so I made an appointment. I went for my appointment today and I was impressed. Inside they have a snack and coffee bar, as well as a larger room where you can wait for your vehicle, if you choose to do so. I met with Ed who came out to my SUV with me so I could ask him a few questions about the tint and he was extremely helpful in clarifying everything for me. He said it would take about two hours, so I waited inside. They pull your vehicle into an area next to the waiting room with large windows so you can watch the whole process. After awhile, another staff member asked if I wanted a tour. She showed me around and let me see everything they have going on. Very impressive setup. She told me about all the services they perform and I asked for a quote for removal of a few scratches. They gave me the quote and did it as soon as my tint was done. By the way, Ed did an awesome job on the tint and didn’t even need the full two hours. A couple minutes later they removed the scratches and even polished the entire hood where the scratches were originally. Overall, the service was excellent. Staff are friendly and you can tell they take pride in their work and won’t let you leave disappointed. If you are looking to have your windows tinted, detailed or given the spa treatment, look no further. Give Ceramic Auto a shot and you won’t regret it.

First off, welcome to Lancaster, Ceramic Pro Auto Spa!I recently stopped by during the open house event to check out the place and was impressed by the large crowd of people there. Despite the large crowds, I was immediately greeted as soon as I walked in the door. I was impressed by what I saw and scheduled an appointment to get my windows tinted that week.The following weekend, I brought my 2018 Ford Fusion Sport in to get 25% carbon tint. I had the chance to meet most of the staff that was there and they were all very warm and ethusiastic. After bringing my car inside to warm up a bit first (it was about 19-20° out that day lol), they got to work on it and I was very pleased with the end result. I will add some photos once I the weather improves and I can wash the car.The prices were on par with what a reputable business should charge, the facility is top notch and they are still making more improvements as they go. There is a nice open showroom with a coffee shop offering refreshments while you wait. But most importantly (to me) was the customer interaction and service with a smile. I have already recommended Ceramic Pro Auto Spa to a few friends and I know they will enjoy the same experience I did. Best of luck!

I had the ceramic pro product on my car; Matt Kelly Didn’t Back his product he sells to installers. This is why I go to Prestige auto spa in York now where they are an IGL ceramic installer. Better pricing and better product in my personal opinion. Definitely check out competitor ceramic coatings companies before you make the decision to have ceramic pro installed. Frankly whatever Matt’s reply to this comment is, is his desperate attempt to clear the ceramic pro name, they don’t back their product. I am confirming this for you publicly.In response to Owner’s comment to clear the air. I have no ownership rights or stakes into any other auto spas . Matt just doesn’t BACK his product which is ceramic pro. These are not slanderous comments, this is me voicing my opinion’s that are factual based on Matt telling me my ceramic pro coating failed !!!—— and he did not want to do anything about it after I paid thousands of dollars to coat the car.

Took my care here for a window tint. Cost a little over $200 something dollars for the best quality tint money can buy and as wel as labor. They finished my car super quick but I wouldn’t care if they took longer because the vibe in their shop is so cool like none other! The lighting is dim and has aesthetically pleasing visuals like those Himalayan glowing rock things. The atmosphere is really relaxing and does have a similar feeling to a real spa! They also have a coffee shop as well which offers tea if you don’t drink coffee! The staff is your cool, friendly honest, fun to talk with and the owners are down to earth! For the services they’re offering and value they provide, they could easily charge more! Last but not least, they have some really nice automotive eye candy🤤🤤I’d reccomend to anyone!

I brought my new Lexus LC 500 to Ceramic Pro. they convinced me to go with the full clear bra. I was so glad I did - had the GTR with partial bra - the full is the way to go - I could not believe all the work they did for that every piece covered extremely well, even the mirrors. I went with the Silver package Ceramic Pro. I was blown away - I loved the color Nightfall Mica - which is a deep blue that looks almost black at certain angles and has a great looking blue in the light. After they brought my LC 500 out after the paint correction and Ceramic Pro applies - I found out it had a powerful sparkle of colors that you can now really notice. The only bad thing I can say is the car looks so good that I have some apprehension about taking it out. I don’t want anything to touch it, which of course is the benefit of the Ceramic Pro to begin with.

Overall it was a great experience. The timeframe well-depended on the package chosen. As of 10/29/19, Ive had Ceramic Pro Gold Package on my 2019 Lexus RX350LSUV for about 2 weeks.What I like:The car looks brand new and havent seen any scratches yet. It has a shine to it at night and just looks phenomenal. I drove on the turnpike and highway twice, and didnt any bugs on my front bumper, which is what I was expecting. However, not the same for my front windshield.What I didnt like:The prices contradicted in-store and was off by $50 based on what was in store and on the pamphlet handed over. Another thing that contradicted was, the price for the after-care car wash. It was $15 more for SUVs. The price difference is not something huge but I wish it was more clearly advertised instead of told verbally after I got there. Apart from that, the windshield has some bug stuck on it. I tried removing it with Rain-X windshield washer but no luck. I do expect that when I am buying the Gold Package, and as marketed, the windshield shouldn’t stick any bugs. I understand, it cant be perfect but for the price I would expect that I dont see bugs sticking on my windshield.About the product, it is pricey for sure but 2 weeks in, the only thing (the reason of the 3 stars) I am unhappy about is the windshields.Update as of 1/17/20Another thing I noticed, the dust would stick on the exterior until actually wiped. Tried using manual and automatic car washes but no luck until I took a piece of cloth and wiped it. And haven’t heard from the franchisee nor Ceramic Pro.

Brought my Black 2010 Mercedes C300 4matic Sport in to see what could be done about the horrible condition my paint was in. Staff is very friendly and EXTREMELY knowledgeable in all areas of car care and protection. They told me what I would need, and explained to me why I needed the services I did. Ended up having paint correction and full ceramic coating done on both exterior AND interior, along with getting my windows tinted. My car didn’t look this good the day it was brand new. There is metal flake in my paint that I didn’t even know was there! They are top notch and the best of the best. They are the only place i will trust to touch my vehicle. If you decide to take your car somewhere else, I suggest bringing it here later when it needs fixed...bc it will need fixed....or you can just bring it here first and go ahead and save yourself the money and time.

Took my BMW I just bought because it was serious need of paint correction. Talked with Myke and brought it in to be looked at for a quote, they were great talk to, very laid back. They were upfront that they are not miracle workers but they were able to get the car better then I had expected. Also got the it ceramic coated which gave the black great depth.I would recommend, great customer service from both Myke and Michele, also fantastic detail work (feel bad I forgot his name) and good customer environment.

Ceramic Pro!My wife took her ‘15 Z06 in to Ceramic Pro on Manheim Pike to see if they could buff out the swirl marks I was putting on it due to washing and waxing. Holy Cow!!! They got rid of the swirl mark, stone chips, and other nasty stuff. We now have a life time warranty on the finish. Never need to wax again. And I got a new toy in a pressure washer and foam cannon. You never use a sponge again and you blow dry it with a leaf blower. Water moves off the surface. Maintenance will be cut down to 1/4 the time...(more time to go fishing) would I recommend them...heck yes!
