This is truly an honest business. I came here for a catalytic converter and muffler change. My truck was struggling up hill and losing power when trying to speed up. After dropping off my truck they called me and said all I needed was a Catalytic converter and I can save some money on the job. They could have just done the job and taken my money but they didnt. That is something that is rare. Plus they are very fairly priced. P.S. the Catalytic converter change was the problem. I felt and heard the difference in power immediately. I will be back for the muffler! ( 97 Chevy C1500 )

Being blown away is an understatement! My new true dual exhaust sounds and looks amazing! It’s literally exactly what I wanted! They told me, “just drop it off in the morning and pick it up in the afternoon” I laughed, every time I take a vehicle to the garage it takes longer then I’m told. Went there for a cat back exhaust and the owner showed me everything Im getting for over $500, highflow cat ect.., said ok I agreed, then not even a month later I had issues and I went back the owner wasnt there but there employee came and took my car to the back and I had him take a pic of my exhaust and wat I saw that the owner installed was cheap catalytic ect,, was supposed to have high flow that he showed me.. but was not there and owner never came to meet with me after I complained about it.. very unprofessional!! I waited there for the owner for over an HR and 30 min and nithing they basically stole from me! Never again.. super disappointed! Heard good things from there but I only heard this from close friends of theres.. be aware!

Amazing shop! The most convenient interaction Ive ever had with an auto shop for repairs. I had three exhaust leaks and they had me leave my car overnight. They had it ready for me the next morning and even replaced an H pipe with an X. My car start up sounds so much smoother, AND I got everything fixed. Price was far cheaper than I expected too. Wonderful people as well; great customer service.

Scheduling an appointment was tough because they were so busy after COVID, and they were even running a little behind when I got there, but they had two guys work on my car and were done in a little over an hour. Price is unbeatable and they do excellent work! They dont BS you and theres absolutely no upselling; I highly recommend taking your car here if you need work done!

Ive taken over 10 vehicles to Miguel at Red Rose for aftermarket exhaust systems. Everything from just replacing stock mufflers with more aggressive to full catback builds. The work is always great and reasonably priced. Would never go anywhere else for Exhaust work.

My 17yr old Buick failed inspection recently as the original muffler rusted out and need to be replaced. I fortunately had my inspection done about 2 months early and as the shop where I was wanted $260 for a new muffler, I has to look around and find another option as I knew that was really excessive.My google searches lead me to Red Rose City Exhaust and after reading all the other great reviews here I was given an estimate of $120 which I found reasonable and they were able to fit me in the next day.They said I could just wait as it would likely take an hour, but to my surprise they had me in and out in 30 minutes and it was a fantastic experience. The waiting area was comfortable and everyone I dealt with was very nice.These guys are so good Id recommend them to my mother!

Had a performance muffler welded in place of the stock muffler and these guys know what they are doing. I was quoted a price, which was spot on, and that it would take about an hour. It took exactly an hour just like they said. They took me back and showed me their work and it was great. Very happy with my first experience here. Awesome job!!

Wow. I have never had exceptional customer service at a garage. This place is by far the best exhaust place in Lancaster city. Miguel, I believe his name was, was very consistent with treating customers kindly and the prices are very reasonable. I would recommend him to anyone.

I recently had a custom borla exhaust put onto a 2011 BMW 535. Red Rose did a fantastic job. I got the car in first thing in the morning and by noon it was ready to go. All welded, sounds sick, and looks amazing with quad pipes. The price was very competitive and they did a fantastic job. I would recommend them for custom exhaust to anyone. Best place to get exhaust work done because it’s an exhaust shop it’s that simple. A stainless steel muffler on a Nissan Murano everyone else said needs a new muffler $500 just for the part. Red Rose cut the pipe and flange off which was part of the muffler and re welded for a permanent fix and charged $30 total.

Good afternoon. I had the personal pleasure of meeting the owner and operator of this facility. His name is Miguel, and he was very kind, and extremely professional. This was my very first time here today, after other shops attempted to rip me off and take advantage of me. I only needed a 10 inch long, two in round exhaust pipe welded in from running over a deceased deer. Quite sad, poor dear. Im an animal lover. The dear is now in heaven. To complete my story, I live just outside of Lancaster, in Chester County. I called several shops, even a couple I knew of, and there prices were quite ridiculous. So I decided to look around some. I often travel to Lancaster with my mother, as shes loves shopping, thats unusual, ha ha... lol. Finally, I found Miguel, and his shop. That was my last call. Great shop with great people in it. They fixed my car with in a hour and i was back on the road. My car never sounded better it is quiet now thanks to them.

They were very quick and were even able to get out some rusty bolts from my stock exhaust. Price was very reasonable, I plan to return again to get some HFCs installed in the future if they can do that for me. Great experience overall.

Been there as a customer since day one and they have never done me wrong. Friendly and knowledgeable staff will make your Red Rose City Exhaust experience more than pleasant. Prices are fair for the amount of attention to detail that is put into the work. Shop is clean inside and out, parts organized and trash is kept in their containers out of the way of the customers vehicles. I come here three to five times a year, this year alone ive been there three and the summer hasnt even officially started. Check them out on Facebook, look at their work. Stop in, they give free estimates!!! Ill definitely be back before the summer ends, if not before that :)

They are a good shop when it comes to getting ur exhuast done. Quick customer service responses via email and helpful to meet ur needs. I had a confrontation with my exhaust and was angry, but they helped to resolve my issues quickly. They have quality piping for your exhaust sytem.
