If I could give them 10 stars I would! 37 minutes, from the time I walked into the store and pulled away. I filled out a request online so I just needed to confirm my appointment, since they have my information when I arrived they got to work right away. I am literally driving on clouds! I love driving my car again. Before it was a very rough drive since the tires didn’t have even tread. The perk for buying tires at Katz compared the other company’s are great, price wise I was in a comfortable range, not way to expensive worth the price! As long as Katz is in Lancaster I will go there in the future and suggest them to friends and family.

Ive gone to Katz almost every time Im having issues with tires and every time theyve had me in and out real quick. The employees are always polite and in my opinion their prices on new and used tires are really good. Ill probably continue to go back for as long as I live in the area.

Had a nail in my tire and they were very prompt at getting me back on my way! They even went above and beyond, putting my spare tire back as I just had knee surgery and wouldnt be able to. Very satisfied with customer service AND price.

I found out about Katz Tires from a good friend the morning of the flat tire. Customer service was excellent over the phone; I was able to order the tire upon the shop opening at 8am, have the tire delivered in less than one hour and a half, and installation in 10 min. Lightening fast service from a locally operated shop and kudos to this place for the convenience of only missing half a day of work instead of a full day!10/10 will be back, make sure to give them a call and schedule your next tire fix!

Dont read a book by its cover. Always great deals. Always prompt service. Never waited more than an hour, even with the lot full. The price they tell you over the phone IS the price you pay. They mostly carry Kinda tires which are the best tire for your dollar. Got my third set yesterday. And they take care of you after the sale. If there are bad reviews, its because there is no satisfying those ppl and their life probably sucks.

Ive been there twice this year getting tires on both my vehicles. They have always been excellent, and no issues that Ive had at big box stores. Today the lady working there and pretty sure hes the owner kicked butt at getting my tires on quickly on my Blazer.

If there is anything wrong with your tire, slow leak, flat or just to be checked out they are there to assist and most of the time if it is minor they dont even charge, although I always try to give them something. Katz tire in Lancaster Ohio is somewhat of a cluster if you ask me. I got a good deal on tires for my truck and they got me in first thing in the morning. That being said, they did it all outside because there is no room inside and when I left my tire gage that says how much air is in my tires was reading crazy because one had like 32 pounds another 38, and the other two was off too. I just paid a fair amount of money and I expect my new tires to be aired up correctly. They most likely take more like 40-45 pounds, I guess I’m doing that today because they didn’t. Over all I got a good deal but they need a bigger shop so they can work inside not out in freezing temps where they are rushing because they are freezing... Last but not least the guys worked quickly, cool but need to take more time checking their work... and air pressure is very important.

I have not witnessed better customer care anywhere like I saw when I was at Katz Tires. I called in and got an online quote and the beat the other quote I had considerably. I asked if I needed an appointment and was directed to just go in. When I arrived they already knew what I wanted and what I was quoted online. They did not try to up sell me anything additional. As I waited inside they were going about business as usual, but theres nothing ordinary about these people. One lady needed air put in her tire and they did it almost immediately and did not charge her. I was impressed. Then another lady came in wanting new tires and he comes back to her and ask what was wrong that she needed new tires. He informed her that her tires were fine and didnt need replacing. Now Im in total amazement. When my car was finished I went to pay and it was still my quoted price and he tells me they replaced all my lug nuts at no charge. I cannot say enough about my experience at Katz Tire. They are hands down the best tire shop in our area. I give them six stars for review. They showed there is still good honest people doing business. If you ever need tire replacement it is worth the time to go to Katz Tires.

Was very satisfied with price of 4 tires plus mount/balancing. Changed all tires in a reasonable amount of time. Answered all questions my grandfather & I had. The only thing I wish they’d correct is how they torque lug nuts, I was always told to torque 5 lug nuts in a star pattern. But overall I’m VERY satisfied!

They closed at six I didn’t get there till after 530 but I did call, they were completely cool with it. They put you right up on jacks in the parking lot and they had my tires changed in a very short amount of time I went inside and paid and was out of there by six, pretty impressive they checked everything did a great job. Nothing fancy, no frills but great Tires took care of my BMW just fine. They were priced a good bit below everyone else I checked even customer ordered my tires for me. Very pleased I will always go back there. Highly recommend them I saved over $100 total compared to the discount tire place in Columbus

Service was great. They changed my tires in the rain! Bays are used for storage, which puts the employees at a disadvantage but overall I was very satisfied.

New wheels and tires put on my truck but didnt disclose there was no warranty til they were finished. At that price I could have went anywhere and left with warranty on my tires. They offered nothing. I must add that the staff was super nice and worked fast and hard to get me in and out. Was just disappointed about no warranty disclosed to me.

Very nice and helpful. Made you feel welcome and did the work quick and fast but with quality. What impressed me the most was the extra care that went into insuring safety with the hand torque to make sure lugs were set and tight correct.

Good, down to Earth staff. Went to have new tires mounted after a recent flat, but they saved me alot of money by informing me the tread on my tires were still great. They instead recommended a repair for my flat that simply had a screw lodged in it. Left with a bill just under $11. Hard to get that kind of honesty and insight from other shops. Theyre a bit unorthodox in approach, but they know their stuff.
