Wife picked up the vehicle the next day, it had masking tape all over the doors and roof rails. When she asked the porter, what gives? he said, I dont know, leave the tape on until tomorrow.No one in the service department could be bothered to call me to tell me the vehicle needed to be held overnight, and no one called the next day to say the repairs were done. Will drive 60 miles to another dealership for any future dealer services. Diamond Fords not up for it.
