Spoke with Lori Coy. Great customer service. She was able to get me insurance 100 dollars cheaper a month than what I was paying and i also snagged roadside assistance still altogether cheaper. She was very friendly, helpful and professional
Stephanie Gross and Tony Proper are the worse claims adjusters Ive ever dealt with. They lack ever form of empathy. It has been two weeks and I cant even get an update. And have the nerve to be narcissistic. No integrity or professionalism whatsoever. I am told EVERYTIME that they have the claim in front of them, and working on them now. However, I feel that a dead fish could have made more progress. Itd be such a shame if they found themselves in such a situation. Those two have truly made me regret partnering with this company. I await the day to switch, and currently influencing others to drop this worthless company.
