I got my quote with Priscilla (sorry if i misspelled it) and decided to go with Amax. She is really great at her job. Every time I speak to her on the phone, she always seems to have such a good attitude. Thank you Priscilla for the great customer service :)

I am disappointed in the service I received the other day. I called and was put on hold for over 30 minutes. No one ever came back to the phone. What made it worse is while I was holding, I actually drove there and sat in the lobby to watch what they were doing. They acknowledged the people in the room and never came back to acknowledge the people they put on hold. I told this to the person helping me and offered suggestions on how to handle it next time, he looked at me and said well I had people here...🤦🏽‍♀️ To top it off, instead of him leading with the company I was insured by had filed for bankruptcy and were closing, he waited to tell me after I had added something to my policy and paid for it. I said when do I need to find another company? Pretty much in 7 days! So why the heck did you just let me add something to my policy? He looks at me with a blank face. I used to love this place but the service has become shameful! Will be looking elsewhere for coverage.

Lies lies and more lies they quote you online or over the phone then when you get there the price changes there is NO SUCH THING AS $39 INSURANCE. AND THEY ARE FALSE ADVERTISERS. I DROVE ALL THE WAY ACROSS TOWN TO THIS LOCATION FOR A $90 QOUTE WHEN I GOT THERE IT WAS $175. THEY GAVE MY EX A BETTER DEAL AND HE JUST HAS A MATRICULA!! I HAVE A DRIVERS LICENSE, ITS RIDICULOUS!!!!

Paid a 165 deposit 97 went to the rest went to Amax none was refundable. Spend with them at your own risk

This place usually always delivers awesome customer service. I called to request a .pdf copy of my insurance card and it was busy at the office. Carla took my # and said I would be called back. Jose called me back and offered to help but by that time Id found my card through my insurance carriers website. I was amazed that I was even called back! Thanks Carla and Jose!

I met this dude named Louie Quintero, and man say. He looked out for me big time. Gave me an affordable price to stop me from riding without insurance. Amax is real profressional and do offer affordable prices just how Louie did for me. I appreciate the entire office. Nice hard workers.

I was provided poor customer service from Maricella was not able to speak to the manager Alexis the CM while Maricella was talking to her about the issue Maricella ranned my card for $380 for insurance but after the card was ranned i was told i had to wait 2 days for insurance and that i only could get liability on my 2015 Mercedes so i requested a refund and her coworker Angela saod it will go back immediately since nothing was issued and that was yesterday and money is still not back on card Maricella was very rude had a dont care attitude didnt apolgize and was not knowledgeable about her job at all i had to call corporate and spoke with Maricella just now and ahe still had a dont care attitude so if you go to this place please dont do business with Maricella very unprofessional

Omg all I can say is THANK YOU JOSE!!! I had Elephant Insurance paying at least $250 a month! Jose hooked me up, I paid $300 down and now will be paying $183 a month!! THANK YOU JOSE!!

I got coverage here had it for a few months. But then I had to renew my cars sticker and come to find out my car was not insured. Hadnt been insured the whole time. Apparently the lady put down the wrong vin no. And since a few months had passed there was nothing they could do but charge me to add my car again. But I did appreciate their apologetic call and to sort out the whole issue with the insurance company that I had.
