When Dave showed up for the estimate he explained everything including why he was making the recommendations. We were able to get our service scheduled in a 1 business day turn around.Day of install Brad was prompt, friendly, and very professional. We had 3 toilet removals and installs. I have been using Neffsville for my heat pump and plumbing needs for years now and they never disappoint. The job is always done right the first time and explained to me in great detail. Yesterday I have 2 very nice young gentleman, Brendan and Aden, come to install a heat pump for me. I had been without hot water for a few days and called first thing Monday morning. Neffsville Plumbing and Heating Services is amazing! We used them for the first time today as our AC went down. They diagnosed and solved the problem quickly and efficiently! Our tech, Jared, was friendly, personable and helpful. He thoroughly explained the problems with the unit and broke down each fee as the problems were diagnosed. I was very, very, please with the service! The young man Andrew, was very respectful, kind and professional! He knew the business, knew what he was doing and he moved quickly to get the job done!We contact the company at 4:45pm, they didnt think they could render there services, until Friday morning. Butt once I explain my problem and they realize that it was a sewage problem they made room to fit our home into their schedule! I Thank God for that! I had a 1.5 branch drain in my basement that was blocked. Neffsville said it is not possible to snake that drain for a variety of reasons. The only option was to break up the concrete and replace it. And since they would work on it they had to bring other drains up to code. They quoted $8,400. I understand everything in my house isnt to code. It was built in 1963 and codes have changed. I called a drain opening company. 20 minutes and $140 later the job was done and everything is draining perfectly. It really felt like they were trying to pull a fast one esp since they wouldnt even try to snake it.

Eric and his partner Gabe installed a water softener along with several other repairs to other areas of my home. They did a phenomenal job. They were thorough, detailed, but most importantly respectful of my property. They explained everything in great detail and answered all of my questions. They were absolute professionals. We’ve had such great experiences with Neffsville Plumbing and heating. In the past, they have fixed an issue with a sewage pipe outside of our home. This time we had our cooling equipment serviced and an air scrubber added. The technician Nathan was so wonderful and did a wonderful job. Neffsville Plumbing was called to replace a water pressure regulator, rework some piping and redo the piping from our sump pump out to our side yard. We lost cool air in the middle of a heat wave with a 4 month old and 2 year old home. After calling over 4 different contractors (all who said they wouldnt be able to see us until the following week), Neffsville answered the phone and put me at ease right away that they would come out same day. The customer service was great and our technician, Brian, was prompt to get here within hours, honest, and thorough explaining to us what was going on. No one enjoys the woes of homeownership but Neffsville earned a repeat customer with us! If they treated a new customer this well in our emergency, I will be back for all maintenance in the future!

Quality replacement toilet flushing much better than old one. Outside faucet replaced a leaky one not used for 2 years. Tub knob turns effortlessly after replacement part was installed. Water softener replaced failing unit and should really help with our hard water. Neffsville Plumbing was very professional and courteous. I was very pleased with their skill and friendliness. They arrived early. I provided a summary of the problem and gave a tour of the property. They took considerable time evaluating the situation and determining the source(s) of the problem. Then Chris presented me with 4 options for correction, explaining each in detail. I chose the one i felt comfortable with and they started work. During the course of work other problems were discovered. I was given options for there correction and gave them direction for proceeding. The stayed with the job all day, took minimal breaks and got it all done. Then Chris showed me the results and provided instruction in its use. They were friendly, respectful and incredibly knowledgeable in the work. I have used Neffsville Heating and Cooling in the past. I have always been impressed with their work, expertise and customer service. They are the only plumbing service company i use and will continue to use. Todays job was difficult to figure and labor intensive to correct. They did it all with efficiency and excellent customer service. These guys know what they’re doing!

Bruce was very professional & did a thorough inspection of our problem area, the clogged bathroom sink & non-working kitchen garbage disposal, plus additional inspection of hot water heater & plumbing, & main water shut-off plumbing. He gave us estimates on each repair needed, offering a range of estimates. We decided to just get the bathroom sink clog repaired which required a new trap/pipe assembly. He also repaired the non-working drain plug assembly in the bathroom sink. He also told us the humidity in the basement was very high, he found sweating on the water meter, so I went downstairs and plugged in the dehumidifer, which showed humidity was at 85%. He was also conscientious of our several indoor pets, making sure none escaped while bringing tools in and back out-I greatly appreciated, along with wearing shoe covers.

We needed a new water heater, sump pump and main shut off valve. Brenden showed up within the time slot, gave us our estimate and completed the work in 2 1/2 hours. Can definitely recommend them and Brenden especially.

This is our 3rd excellent experience with Neffsville. The prices are fair and the products and service are outstanding. Bruce did a fabulous job and went above and beyond.

They gave my elderly parents an estimate that almost amounted to $11,000. I thought that was exorbitant so I insisted that they get a second estimate. The second company came and repaired the issue for a hair over $500. I don’t know about you, but I think that’s a pretty notable discrepancy. I honestly feel that either Neffsville Plumbing or the worker they sent out was trying to take advantage of older folks. My advice, buyer beware.

We paid a large amount of money for a pipe to be fixed and the first time they came out to do it, it wasnt done correctly. They had to come out again to do the correct job, and a year later we are needing work again because it was not fixed correctly. Horrible, I would never use them again.

Called in afternoon, came out and gave an estimate next morning. Appointment time was 8 a.m. and they were there by 7:50. Very respectful, wore masks, very professional. They had every option they showed me in stock and will have busted hot water heater replaced with tankless system within a couple hours. I am VERY impressed and happy. So glad a friend referred me. Technician was very professional, explained issue and proposed a cheaper option but said if the cheaper option would not work, would still both options for a fixed cost. The second option with better equipment cleared the debris in the pipe. Would recommend this technician for any future service calls.

Neffsville has been amazing in bringing our “new to us” home up to date. Since we moved in last summer they’ve replaced our boiler, installed a hot water heater, installed an entire central air system and just today they came out and replaced the water line and hookups around the water meter. Both replacements were because the old went bad. He was extremely helpful and resolved the issue quickly.Overall was a positive experience from initial visit for estimate (Josh) to final installs. I needed a second opinion on my 9-year-old water heater. Another vendor told me it needed replaced, period. David from Neffsville listened carefully and decided it was worth the effort to do a full inspection of the tank to truly determine if it needed replaced or just a few minor repairs. He found out that I only needed a few pieces replaced, not the whole tank. That saved me a TON of money! I really appreciate his honesty and the extra effort he put in. After a few difficulties with cracked new parts and a supplier issue, things were resolved and he installed 2 toilets in no time. All the way from the very nice lady that answered the phone, to the plumber that came, Brendan Flores. All friendly, and extremely helpful. Brendan was at my house for a few hours, and was considerate of the fact that I was on the job, working from home. He was very professional, and did a great job installing a kitchen faucet, removing my non-functioning garbage disposal, and replumbing the works under the sink. I am very happy with the work done, and will be using Neffsville Plumbing again in the future. I highly recommend them.

Buyer beware. Had them come out to quote replacing plumbing job in my basement. Needed to replace flexible fittings and get it properly hard piped for two sinks and to run a vent. Their quote for the job which keep in mind was for a day was 5200. I’ve had multiple other companies out to quote same exact work for less than 2k. After speaking with others they have reputation for ripping people off.Update: found a master plumber who finished job in two hours at fraction of what their outrageous price is. Needless to say they needed two plumbers for 8 hours.. He laughed when I told him about the quote Neffsville gives. I’m sure they do good work too but prey on the uneducated and people are stupid enough to give them their business

David from Neffsville arrived promptly and was quickly able to diagnose our leaking faucet and repair it. He was personable and efficient, and Neffsville plumbing was also flexible when I needed to switch my scheduled appointment time. Will definitely call them again when we need a plumber!

I had Neffsville Plumbing And Heating come check out my heat pump on Saturday when I was out of town but the and Tech came out on Saturday and he could not get it running and then Monday morning they had the best tech Tim Murphy come out and he got it running. 30 minutes late he called me and said it’s been running for 30 minutes I said wow how did you do that. Then he said I have been doing this for a long time thank you Tim Murphy
