We contacted American Rolling Shutters and an appointment was made within a week. They arrived on time and knew immediately how to remedy the problem of our Rolling Shutter on our patio doors. The shutter raises & lowers without any grinding noise.They explained the issue (longtime wear) of our 20 yr. shutter - their product.Extremely reasonable fee for their time & expertise. We highly recommend their company and their service.

We used them a few years back to repair one of our rolling shutters that came with the house we purchased in Boulder, and they were fine and reasonable. This week I contacted them about helping us uninstall and reinstall the shutters because we are having the exterior or our house remodeled. We have a total of seven shutters. The person who I spoke to, Wayne, told me it would be $5000 to do this work. $5000! When I asked him why it would be so much, he hemmed and hawed and even said and we would have to put them in storage, in your garage, like that was part of the reason it was so expensive. I found him very arrogant and rude. We ended up finding someone else who gave us an estimate of under $1000. I wouldnt use AARS again if they were the last company around.

We were very impressed with the guys at All American Rolling Shutters. They did a fantastic job repairing our largest rolling shutter. It is a motorized rolling shutter for our large living room window. It was installed by Innovative Openings many years ago. But the motor finally went out on it and we wanted to simply replace the motor since the shutters were in great shape and they worked perfectly for our window.Innovative Openings said they can’t fix it and would have to replace the whole shutter. We didn’t feel that made any sense because the shutters were in perfect shape and worked great for us. And of course a replacement would have cost much more than a repair. So I called a couple shutter companies and All American Rolling Shutters promptly returned my call, said they can repair it, gave a good estimate over the phone.They came out and measured the shutters, took apart the rollers and pulled out the old motor. Then they ordered the new motor and came back in a few days and put the motor in and got our shutters back to normal. We definitely plan to use these guys for other shutter work we need done. I wish we had discovered this company sooner!

I have had my shutters for at least 15 years and they have worked perfectly until a few days ago. I called the company and Wayne and Steve were here the next day. They took care of the issue at a very reasonable cost. These shutters help cool the house during the summer and keep the heat inside during the winter. A great company with an amazing product!

I’ve had my European shutters for 3 years and absolutely love them! I have them on an entire south wall of floor to ceiling windows and they are without a doubt the best security I could ask for, not to mention for heating and cooling efficiency. I love the look inside and out, they’re very quiet and easily run by remote control. Additionally, the service, response time and honesty of AARS is exceptional. I would highly recommend the product and company and would do business with them again in the future. If could, I would have the shutters on every window of my home.

We have done business with Americans Rolling Shutters for years. We first got shutters at our previous home more than 15years ago, we liked them so much that when we moved we had shutters installed on our new home. Wayne and Steve are good, old-fashioned small businessmen who are responsive and helpful-with customer service which isn’t as common as it used to be. They know their product and how to install and keep the shutters in great repair. Whenever we have needed service it’s been a matter of a few days and they arrive to fix the problem. They are reasonably priced and easy to work with. If you’re considering shutters I HIGHLY recommend American Rolling Shutters!

We had shutters installed by All American Shutters a number of years ago due to very high winds (we are built on a hill). The shutters always worked fine and we always had good service from All American. A few years ago we replaced the shutters due to hail damage and went with another Denver based company after receiving 3 bids for the work. That was our mistake. The other company (Enviro shutters) made fundamental installation mistakes that led to countless problems and their service (or lack of it) was unacceptable. I recently called Wayne at All American, explained the situation and he came around promptly and without charge and took a look at our shutters. I feel more comfortable with All American Shutters and will stick with them in the future. Once bitten, twice shy.

One of our rolling shutters was clicking intermittently when opening and closing. I was concerned the shutter might be wearing excessively. I called for an appointment and they worked us in to their schedule the next day. Arrived on time, looked at the shutter, and told us not to worry, that it was normal wear and tear. The worst company I have ever dealt with. Money hungry, dont even give one time to pay their bill, leave multiple calls. Staff is unfriendly and incompetent. Dont not trust this company. Office manager extremely rude.
