This group roofed our house Jan of 2021 at 8300 ft in Colorado. It was cold and we experience high winds - They persevered and got it done inside of a couple of weeks which is quite an accomplishment up here. I really enjoyed working with Ty and the team at Blue Spruce. Our neighbors back in October had their roof repaired by Blue Spruce and that is how we got to know them and am pretty dang glad we did.Project: I originally hired another company to do our gutters, but they were not carpenters and could not fix the fascia and soffit that needed to be repaired so I had to quickly scramble to find someone that could fix these before the new gutters went on. Long story short, Ty and his team got the job done and I am forever rest assured there will be no more rotting on the corners of my fascia and soffits.I did have the other company do the gutters as I do not like to go back on my word, but in hindsight, if you can have one company do everything, which Blue Spruce can, do it because it will save you time and stress from scrambling to fix a problem and a bit of back and forth. Blue Spruce did an excellent job for me on my patio roof and the communication is great.

I am a board member on an HOA and Blue Spruce has done five of our buildings so far and will be doing more this year and in the future. They are quick to come out and do any repair work on buildings that haven’t gotten new roofs yet but where weather has blown shingles off. If an owner is having a leak on one of our older roofs, they are quick to come out and take care of it.

We had to have our roof replaced and this company is all inclusive. They took care of painting our house, replacing screens, power washing our fence, and all else that was damaged by a hail storm. They went above our expectations in every way. Sean and Ty were personable and listened to our needs. Calvin was always easy to reach and addressed our concerns. Top rate service!

The men who did the work did an excellent job. Very impressed with their quality work. There was some confusion about the written contract before the work started. But Calvin was easy to work with to get them resolved.

Good value for the project. Had some issues with Spanish speaking only staff being on site. Lots of nails were left on the property and my neighbor caught workers using a nearby tree for a urinal. The advance/sales team did a good job of working with the Insurance Company (who were not cooperating). In the end they were the best value around and got the job done nicely.
