If we could give 6 stars we would. We waited an hour and a half on Auto Rescue who never called and never showed up. As soon as Paul from Lockbox Towing and Recovery got the call he called us and showed up within 20 min and had us back on the road within 20-30 min of arriving. Great service, very professional! It was extremely cold and I know many people had trouble starting cars. Our roadside assistance sent Lockbox. We said it was urgent because we needed to get the car jumped in time to get to our Covid vaccine appointment. We were so happy that Pauly came in plenty of time to get to our appointment. Pauly was great - very friendly, professional and patiently answered questions. We loved that he showed up in a tiny Smart Car (other times when weve had to get a car jumped, other places have come in a big tow truck - wasting gas, polluting the air, just to bring a small battery charger.) I recommend Lockbox highly.

Stuck on the highway, 11 pm 5 degrees and 20 miles from home. Lockbox showed up in 30 mins, got the car going just enough to drive, followed me the whole way directing me to keep safe as I drive less than 20 mph hour to my destination. I had a flat tire, and the operator patched my tire on the spot and in a timely manor to get me home safely. Took nearly 30 minutes total. Was super professional and respectful. Wore a mask and all. Strongly recommend you give this man a raise for how he handled this situation.

Pauly, as he calls him self, is absolutely the angel of the highway. I found my self in one of the worst predicaments of my life with my car stalled out on the highway. I was on the phone, running around the area looking for help. I was gifted a quart of oil by a mechanic shop about 200 ft up the road which already... how lucky am I at this point? Without explaining to much I had reason to believe oil would fix my problem. And this is when Pauly appeared. Pulled up in a little smart car around the front of mine and jumped out asking immediately what he could do. I asked him if he could help me get oil in the car but it did us no luck. He said if he had any tow trucks available he’d give me an curtesy tow right then since I just need to get to the mechanics shop up the road. But he could help keep traffic away from my car till police could get there and help tow me instead. We waited for an hour and the police never showed. I told him it meant the world to me that he had stayed with me as long as he had. He said if I could find some rope or chain he would tow me up to the mechanic shop who had previously said I could leave my car there if I could get it into their lot. Dehydrated and desperate I ran to a few different places asking if they had anything I could use. I found some rope “thank god” and Pauly towed my little car with his smaller smart car up the road to safety. I don’t know yet but chances are I’m gonna need to buy a new car. But today Pauly saved me from perishing on the highway. We spoke briefly after and he said that driving around the highway looking for people in need is his passion. That he somehow was meant to find me that day and find everyone else he’s helped. All he asked was that I leave him a review. This review has become more of a story at this point but I can’t be grateful enough to Pauly and what he’s done for me. I got to go home safe because this man made it his life’s work to help people on the road when they more often than not are having one of the worst days of their life. Thank you Pauly. I’ll recommend you to anyone I know who could need you. Your love and dedication to your work is inspiring.

In the freezing cold these guys not only helped me with my dead battery, they filled up my low tire with air too! Highly recommend!

I was out on the side of the road and I mean the shoulder with a flat. I had bought the car only a few weeks ago I had been working on it. Anyway I was sitting on the side of the I 25 in Colorado I called for roadside assistance told them I had no jack or tools to get it done with Pauley could see the people that was up at dispatch of my insurance carrier werent seeing the picture they called him few times I guess his shop was over a 125 miles away. I had one guy come out that was close didnt have the tools to let the spare down. He told me to get it off the interstate and he would be back which was the last time I saw him and I sat there for another 3 hours here comes Pauley in a little car to help me get the tire off and go home it started about 1 and about 915 I was going home Thank you Pauley for keeping on coming after they had cancelled so many times. I appreciate you being able to see what was going on and not just leaving me on the side of the road not many other people would have done that Im so thankful for his insight and sence of right and wrong. You my friend were a God send. Ill not forget you for sometime your a good man and will tell of you and your company in Denver. I hope your company was cool about it and you for donating your time just so I could go home. Lockbox you got a really good man there you shouldnt let him get away from your company if all your employees are like him youll be around in another 100 years and survive the pandemic.
