Wanted to leave a review and thank Jackson Hewitt for there services that was provided. Christine help me file my taxes and I am very pleased with her customer service. She is very fast at what she does got me in an out before I even knew it. Would highly recommend going to her for your taxes thank you Christine.

David was very helpful I had been in to this location several times and everytime this man was by himself but he was attentive and very patient. Really made you feel like even though there were several people being helped at once that he was still giving your situation the correct attention.

I had a GREAT experience!Karen was the person who did my taxes and she was so helpful and answered all my questions. She was wonderful! She was the one who did my taxes last year and it was a great experience as well.

Karen, the agent who worked on my taxes was awesome! Really easy going and pleasant. She was very thorough which made me feel confident in her work. The only thing I was not thrilled about were the fees! Outrageous! Really not sure if I should go back next year.

Great service was in and out faster then i thought it would take. Been coming here for years.

They did my state taxes wrong, said I owed $200 when I actually should have gotten $130 back. Despite their money back guarantee they did not refund me the $100 I paid them to do my taxes. Zero apology from the woman who actually did them. Corporate is giving me the run around as well. Worst customer service experience I have ever had. Will never use JH again.

Worst tax experience. We waited 1 hour and then the lady sat us at her desk while she called someone about Staples and then proceeded to dance around the office and sing about Staples while filling every empty stapler in the room... We had our 5 month old who was already getting tired of being there. This is something she could have done after we left. Then she took a personal call in the middle of doing our taxes... We also didnt find out the pricing until she was done. Worst experience we have ever had.

Karen was so wonderful she helped us out of a scary situation. Made our day!

Worst tax service. The lady named Elizabeth, placed our return on hold for 2 months and not a single call from her. It wasnt till I called them that I realised it was on hold. Had to go back in the day before April 18 only to wait another couple hours. Never doing my tax return with them again. I recommend going somewhere else.

Never letting these people do my taxes again. Customer service is not great here.
