The reviews are 100 true!! The fact that they ask friends and families to boost their reviews, doesn’t change why they still have a low rating. Customer service is terrible, they lose your info every time you update, and screw you over!! Obviously my paychecks bring in over the amount required, but their is a reason why people come in.. slow month at work means less take! This is the nature of the business. We have a bad month and need to borrow.. but because of income for that month, they drop your amount.. make less, borrow less?? What’s the help in that?!?? It’s understandable if you don’t bring in enough income at all.. but having a slow month is what brings people in. How about you go based off of the last 4 paychecks, or even 2!! It’s pretty much a win/win scam for them. Save yourself the trouble and headache..

Joan has to be the worst customer service representative Ive ever met. I was in there with my wife and son a few days ago, my wife was in tears and we werent having the best of days. Stressed as all get out Joan was just completely rude and unsympathetic. She was snooty about everything. Acting like shes the one loaning you her personal money. She got extra pissy when I asked for a blank piece of paper for my 4 year old to draw on and then snapped at my wife because Joan wasnt able to find her name on her bank statement (which was right there at the top). Rude rude rude. I will never go back to that location until I know that nasty lady is gone. I wonder how many times JOAN has to get a bad review for corporate to realize JOAN has lost them ALOT of business. Damn near Every review on google has a bad review about JOAN. Makes you wonder...

This has to be the worst ADVANCE AMERICA in the state of Colorado. Went to get a payday loan, was told by JOAN that they cant accept a copy of my Social Security award letter. I asked why I wasnt told this information on the phone. JOAN said they cant give out that kind of information via a phone call. She is extremely rude and obviously doesnt care about driving away potential customers. If anyone ever needed to be terminated from their job, then JOAN fits the bill.

The crew at the Advance America in Fairfield Commons were a great help when my family was in financial trouble. They were courteous, nice to my kids, and able to get me about double my tax return for half the price I paid last year elsewhere. Thanks, Maryanne!

No one likes having to get trapped in these type of arrangements, but when you have to, you have to. I wish they could set up the option of paying off the loan online. You have to drive to the store and pay any extra payments in person. It would have helped me save a LOT on interest to of been able to pay it online, as I had to work on these days and was not able to come by. The interest then charged me another $20-$30 because I did not have this option.

This advance america branch is the worst that I have ever been to. They need to get rid of the so called manager. They are now asking you to provide a social security card, the last seven transactions on your bank account REALLY? I dont think so. I went down the street to Money Tree and the transaction was great and so was the customer service. I cant stand those ladies in that place their attitude suck!

To be able to pay off your loan you have to go there and pay in cash. Well im disabled in a wheelchair with a car i get to use only on wednesday. CANT MAKE AN EXCEPTION!!!

WORST Payday loan... Bad customer service. Snoody older lady. Dont take debit card payments. Only owe 150$ on my balance which i was going to pay in ten days,payday. Now i am -360$ Thanks for nothing but stress!
