My personal experience here was horrible. I have learning disabilities. They were so unfair to me, I had to reach out to an advocatcy group for help. In the end, they were out and out disrespectful to me. The last time I was there. My therapist dismissed me from her office like l was a servant! Be prepared for them to milk your therapy for every dollar they can get. And be ready for them to use their therapeutic tools abusively as a reprisal for speaking out about their ethics. I actually had a staff member blow the whistle in my behalf. When she knew I was being treated unfairly. And they terminated her.

I do not recommend them at all for any sevice. My husband was a client of theirs and upon treatment a JUDGE granted him full contact with my son, his stepson and RSA Ashley Park, Sarah Marlow tried stating he could not see him even if the judge granted it. They refused to talk or respond back to his attorney,they tried to intimidate him to sign a new contract stating he would not have contact with stepson until they deem fit against judges orders, they refused to give him a copy to send to his attorney of new contract unless he signed it. They banned me, his wife from calling or emailing RSA even though i signed paperwork with him to join on the individual sessions and able to give or get info on treatment. After looking into their in-take contract, it does not abide the SOMB guidelines. He has now filed complaints with SOMB, DORA and BBB. never use them! They are unethical and bullies!! Read SOMB guidelines. You still have rights!! The only right RSA had was to end treatment, not to bully someone to sign a made up contract

It is time to share how it is to actually work at this place since the owner passed away 2 years ago. To keep it simple, they have zero knowledge on how to run a business or how to maintain staff. First of all, RSA Inc and RSA Polygraph are marketed as two seperate entities, but they run off the same payroll. They have no staff there that actually know how to run a business and this is why is has since almost all but collapsed in ethics and practice since the owner passed away. By collapsed- they have fired long standing, exemplary employees, and others have walked away (so if you are in any of this company, you are in great company), there are staff there that come and go as they please, see practically no clients but sure get paid like they do, and their work is less than. The morale within the place is shoddy, and they have a high school girl mentality. deb shawna sarah matt lauren tanya- if john could just see how his beloved agency has become, guess who would be fired now, relationships wouldnt even matter. Throughout the field, offenders and professionals alike, everyone knows what a shame this agency has become. To have seen the innerworkings of this place fall into shambles has been so sad.
