Golden Care is a great company to work for as a BCBA looking for only a few hours a week, or a BCBA who works full time with another company, who wants additional ABA work on the side. Billable hours include treatment planning that can sometimes be done from home, and the compensation is on the higher end. It seems that they hire pretty competent ABA therapists as well. The clinical director is super helpful and all of the HR staff are really friendly. I recommend BCBAs to work here.

The people who run Golden Care Therapy have been nothing short of nice and professional. They are extremely easy to talk to and have changed things for us tremendously.

Golden Care has been the best therapy we have ever used and weve bounced around a lot in the past 4 years! I was skeptical at first getting in with somewhere I just saw an ad for on Facebook. Furthermore, ABA services in general scare me off because I dont favor traditional ABA protocols. I stressed the need to have a more play-based treatment working around my son and the way he learns and progresses best. It took a while but once we finally decided to move forward GC was very good about matching us up with a therapist who was not only very qualified but was perfectly inline with the type of approach we desired. Our therapist Donna has become a part of our family and dear friend. She is so caring, generous, diligent, truly cares about the progress and well-being of our son. I organize a Special Needs Support groups and this year we had our 1st Annual Easter Egg hunt exclusively for the children who cannot typically participate with the usual crowd. When we were short on people, she offered her time towards my off-the-clock event out of the goodness of her heart because she knew it would benefit the special needs community. Both she and our BCBA Gina has gone above and beyond, adjusting our goals as needed to ensure that our son is not only doing the by the book goals but to make sure he is also meeting safety and social goals that we all feel together are necessary for his personal development. Their team is fully dedicated to our son, not just to doing their job, we know they care because it shows in their hardwork and our sons progress. I would recommend GC to anyone looking for home-based therapy services who are custom and cater to your childs individual needs. We couldnt be happier!!!
