No one ever answers the phone or gets back to anyone. Ive been calling for days and it always goes straight to voicemail even when calling within their phone hours. Their voicemail pushes to use their website but Ive tried numerous times to pay on their website but it wont go through and the message says to contact the office directly... the office that no one ever answers the phone... what a waste of time. Tried going down to the office in person within office hours and no one was there. Yes covid has made things harder but that doesnt mean you can just not do your job. So irritating.

This place is great if you like to pay for goods and services that you dont receive. When you sign up to do treatment with NIC they make you sign a contract where you still have to pay for groups you miss. They are unwilling to forgive those fees for any reason. They care more about the money than actually helping people. Terrible company that takes advantage of people already going through a hard time.

Do not go with NIC Lakewood avoid at all cost even if you are court ordered to do classes they usually suggest NIC but you have the option to choose elsewhere for treatment. Unprofessional young adults that are new into their field. If you want to get fair treatment go elsewhere. If you do go with them shut up and agree with everything they tell you. Don’t go into it expecting change through treatment

Go to Song Goodwin counseling over these guys started off good but classes got switched to an unprofessional advisor. Save yourself the time do treatment with Song Goodwin

I dont give many 5s know that a 4 is very high for me. I had a wonderful time working with Andrew Hannig, M.S.W., L.C.S.W., L.A.C., he was very good at what he does. I felt a genuine concern for my future and in him an ability to interact with people that creates a positive culture to establish real change in our lives. This means a lot to me because Im sure it gives him the opportunity to help many more than simply myself. If I have the opportunity I would like to work with him again! Thanks from the bottom of my heart.

If you are seeking help, do not come here. Especially stay away from the young chick doing intake evaluations.

This place is an amazing place to get your recovery for addiction to drugs and alcohol. The therapist are well trained in the field recovery. N I C offers some quality counselors compared to other places that offer help. Other places are there for the money and dont really show any professional care or concern to give genuine help and treatment to the person receiving these services. If you want a great place to get help and are sincere to get help with drugs and alcohol. Thankyou for this opportunity to give my opinion. Juan Bastardo

My son was court ordered to attend a class. Was not told he had to be an hr early to fill out paperwork so they did not let him participate. So they wanted $50. To reschedule. He paid it they set the appt time and day. When he went in again apparently the voucher expired. Now they want $200. on top of the $50. Because even though they wouldnt let him take the class they have no problem keeping money they havent earned. This place is a rip off.

A great facility with several well trained doctors and therapists.

They never answer the phone, or return voice mails been trying to set up classes for over a week now and every voice mail I’ve left with my phone number and a detailed reason to call me back and never once have got a call back in over a week

I hated having to go through all the classes but they are teaching some really useful things
