We used Open Box Returns for their Returns Service. We sent several products to their address and Martin failed to give us any information pertaining to the products that he received and declined in providing any sales data of these products. We requested our products to be sent back to our address and he failed to respond for several weeks. We will now be seeking compensation. Poor communication, service and a fraud. Beware!
