Yesterday, Molly Maids came to clean a rental property that was vacant. Oh. My. Goodness! It was completely revived after they left! It sparkled and smelled so clean and fresh! The ladies who came (Patricia and Gina, Team #16) were quick, attentive, and detailed in their work. I was there while they worked and they were all business. I used Molly Maid in a pinch after being stood up by another service. They were able to schedule a cleaning the very next morning and were very thorough. The job was done right in time for my guests arrival- lifesavers!

I have MS, 2 young children and work part time. I actually enjoy cleaning, but my fatigue levels often do not let me keep the house as clean as Id like it. Ive been with Molly Maid for at least 12 years or more. I needed help since my wife passed away. Initially, 2 girls cleaned every 2 weeks. Different girls came almost every time and the cleaning results were also somewhat different each time. It was generally a good job but I later opted for asking for the same 2 girls every 2 weeks, Vanessa and Carmen. They do a great job and it ends up just what I liked and wanted. I think the biggest part of the job is dusting my many venetian blinds and vacuuming my carpeted home. Ron Kirlin

TEAM 16 was amazing! I recently had major surgery and was basically unable to deep clean my house for 8 weeks. 2 lovely ladies showed up and made my home sparkle for my out of town guests. I will be calling them again! TEAM 16!!!

My father used their service and ended up the ICU 18 days later he’s still there and not leaving any time soon. I tried texting the maid in his phone who said I can’t cancel with her so I called and left a message. They showed up and since I was in the hospital with my dad, no one was here. They said they are charging him $50. I called back again during normal business hours and no one answered the phone so I left a voice voicemail asking them to not charge him as he had no way of contacting them himself and they made it too hard for anyone else. Then a supervisor leaves me a voicemail on his phone stating to call them back. I should have to but I did. I told her I hope he doesn’t get charged and he will have to restart service when he’s out and she said she would cancel his future appointments. I checked his account yesterday and they did charge him, so once again I called and had to request a refund and she asked me if I wanted to cancel future services with them, yes, that’s why I called before. Worst company to get a hold of and to expect them to do the right thing or even the things they said they would do.

Horrible, horrible, horrible! I hired them to do a deep clean of a house I sold. They charged me over $400 for 4 hours of work and then claimed they needed to go back the next day for 2 more hours. I agreed. I went by the day after to check on the job and it was clear nothing had been done. The house was filthy. I called to complain and they said they would go back out and do it right. They didnt do it the second time. I was charged over $550 for NOTHING. I am disputing the charges. These photos are proof NOTHING was done! DO NOT HIRE THESE LAZY CROOKS!!!!!!*** UPDATE: They did apologize and refunded most of my money.***
