It this point in time, the only reason Im giving Express Employment three stars is only due to the fact that Im just starting to work with them. Ive done the phone interview and the online orientation and safety briefing plus delivered the completed background check forms to the office. I still have to complete the drug test and whatever else they need me to do before they send me out to my first job assignment. So once its all said and done and Ive completed my first two weeks on the job, Im sure Ill be giving Express Employment the five stars they deserve. Because if the people at the office are any indication, I bet whatever job assignment Ill be sent, it will be great. So by all means, keep a lookout for my next review in the next few weeks. In the meantime, you all be good and stay safe and healthy now, ya heah?

Express Pros!! #1 The Best!!! I’ve had the opportunity to work with Express Pros over the last 6/mo. The Team has been absolutely FABULOUS, especially Selena who has handled my weekly pay and never missed a single heart beat. Her timely emails and quick responses were SUPERB!!! I worked for express employment in 2011 for a manufacturing company where there was foul language used daily, bullying, employee drinking, HR related concerns and when I would bring up these concerns I was told that if I wanted to keep my job & get hired on to just ignore these things. It made me sick to my stomach!!They have no concern or care but only The All Mighty Dollar!! Do yourself a favor, don’t work for them! They also Lied to Unemployment Insurance and I had all my documentation to contest and they looked stupid!!! Including the owner!! I was awarded my benefits.

They reached out to me and the lady who called was extremely rude and hung up on me. She wasnt willing to accommodate with me at all. Most other locations are much better. I think her name was Mariana

If you are ready to work, then waste no more time! This office is very friendly and do their job with diligence. I was employed in less than two weeks, with a job that fit my criteria. Good pay, especially for temp work, along with some benefits. They have also made sure that my transition into a full time position (at the same company they placed me at) is going as smooth as possible. Highly recommend working with this office. Express has been awesome to work with. Our company was struggling to find good help during our busy period. Nicole happened to walk in on the right day and offered to help. Within days her office was sending us qualified applicants. I like that they handle everything for me. If someone becomes a problem, I just make one phone call and they take care of it. This place is a complete waste of time! Worked a couple of assignments, was not paid on time and had to jump through loops to get my money. When they drop the ball they do NOT take accountability which shows they do NOT value their employees.

Had an interview scheduled with Angela back in May. No warning that she would not be there and that I would be interviewed by some lady from Portland, OR. Selena, the receptionist, was the only competent person I talked to in all of my dealings with this office. Gave them resume and two IDs per their request, interview was successful, gave them a clean urine sample that was cleared by my interviewer, and went through the video training on their computer. I was told that a job was lined up for me and that they would be actively searching for other positions that I qualify for, as well. No word for a couple of weeks, so I decided to email Angela and ask how everything was going. She acted like she didnt know who I was and asked if I sent her a resume. Asked her what happened to the copy that I brought to the interview and she feigned ignorance. Sent her another copy and checked in for a couple weeks afterward only to be essentially ignored. Beware.
