They may be ok to use to fill out general paperwork but if your issue is serious, i would take it to an ACTUAL attorney. My recent experience has not been pleasant.

Im extremely disappointed. I used your services 20 odd years ago for my divorce and I was treated with dignity and respect. TODAY I was over talked and talked down to by someone who claimed to be a professional! I only asked if I could be assisted with a professional legalistic letter. When I say rude... wow Im actually shocked. Ive never in my life written a review but this certainly warranted one. I will never recommend your services again. I only wish zero stars was an option. Im glad I didnt need serious help!

I came here to inquire about a legal document being made for me. The lady at the front desk was very nice and took me right into a meeting room to have someone come talk to me. The older lady that I talked to me was very abrupt and abrasive and I did not want to sit in the Room with her for one more minute let alone go over a large stack of papers with her. She also told me that there was information that I need to draft the documents that we could have looked up online right then and there. If you want to charge $250 to draft a document for me why would you tell me to go other places to find information that we could have found right there or you could provide for me? Will not return would not recommend.

Wonderful experience. Everyone there helpful and friendly as well as knowledgeable. All were willing to explain and answer questions from my 90-yr old mother.Would highly recommend them if you need any legal document work.

Made an appointment to be seen, I asked the the employee over the phone if I could stop by and gather the paperwork prior to my meeting. He said of course, it would be helpful. Drove from graham to get it and was told I couldnt have it by a different person. I tried to let this go. I went to my scheduled appointment and the man who was helping me seemed annoyed I didnt have the paperwork. He seemed like he knew what he was doing and sent me out the door with a blank worksheet to fill out after I paid what was due in full. I got all the way home and he forgot to give me the second workbook that I needed, honest mistake. Called the office back and told them that I had someone who is picking up gave their name and was told not a problem we will take down a note. Once the person who was picking up the worksheet (that has no personal information on it whatsoever) called to let them know he was on his way he was given attitude and was told he was not allowed to by a lady because he wasnt their client and he was a nobody to them. Instead of looking for any notes or calling me. All in all, I am not sure I will go back to them they dont seem to have a good communication system.Long story short, I gave them a shot. I went in for my follow up appointment and the situation didnt get better. The person helping me was miserable and had a bad attitude. His body language was far from professional. He didnt want to do what was best for my family or even listen to me period. He just wanted to copy and paste past parenting plans into my plan. His excuse was he was just trying to help me... When I asked for a refund or a different employee I was told they couldnt because they would be short for the day and that I will have to wait for the owner to get back from vacation to get a refund check. I never write reviews but I am so embarrassed for the owners. Hopefully I dont have to file a credit card dispute with my bank to get my money back. If I could give zero stars I would.

Today I went to sign my divorce papers. I asked for a copy of what I was signing and the lady began calling me disrespectful and almost voided the service. She had the notary finish this process without me there. I asked why and where was the notary just find out she is the notary. I didn’t trust this and of course all 3 printers broke at the same time. I was shocked and told her I thought she would be more sensitive knowing in her expertise that it’s delicate and my life is forever changed. I did not need her nurturing just her professionalism. I have never wrote a bad review but I had to share this one.

The service and information was fantastic. The staff was very efficient and knowledgeable. We did not know that coming from out of state we needed to update our Living Trust to coincide with Washingtons laws. Thank goodness we came here.

The parking here is tight, sometimes it might have been best to park nearby then walk to their office. But everything else is so good, I felt I needed to provide a 5 star rating. Their prices are very reasonable, staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. Our family has twice used this office for end of life planning. They have made a difficult issue quite straight forward and quite stress less during both cases. They wasted no time, yet take their time to explain the situation, and answer any question one may have. We will use them again.

NOT FOR DIVORCE!!!DO NOT, under ANY circumstances, utilize this outfit to handle your divorce without at least having a REAL attorney present who represents YOU at the signing of final papers!My wife and I had an uncontested divorce, with equal shared custody of our daughter. This is all spelled out clearly in our paperwork.However, due to their negligence, or perhaps collusion with my ex, combined with my own foolish trust in both of them, I am paying child support as though she has full custody.Bottom line: GET A REAL LAWYER!

A friend referred us because WTP was kowledgible and reasonable. Transferring their estate went as planned and expected. We referred my parents.for that reason. They were happy with the service. When they died in 2007 and 2009, all went as expected. We set up our trusts, POAs and instructions with them and are confident all is well. Im not sure if Alice is still there. She is a gem. The entire staff is friendly, professional and always responsive. We couldnt be more pleased.

They never remember you have a appointment. Each one tell you something different and that Lawyer is VERY VERY RUDE! He is very impatient and after he gets your money he does not feel he needs to speak to you. He is condescending as hell! And the prices change!

This is the worst place to do business! They have no clue what they are doing!!!!! Trying to figure out a way to take my business elsewhere, because theyve proven themselves to be incompetent. Writing this anonymously because I dont want any repercussions. I may need to report them to the BBB and to the state for providing questionable legal services and being an all around ripoff. Its one this thing when car repair shops try to do this to you, however when it comes to legal services it becomes illegal. Would not recommend to anyone even an enemy!
