Great experince, Fran is awesome!!

American Shredder employees are great people. They care about their customers and are willing to go that extra yard to help out. They actually went far and beyond to help us out when we had an explosion in our basement and all our files needed to get shredded for they were somewhat destroyed from all the water. They worked around us, and u=you dont get to many companies that are willing to do this. Fran is the sweetest person. I still use them even though other companies have come in a little cheaper. I wont give up dedication and reliable.

Had a few file cabinets full of documents to be shredded that were stored in my basement for years. I had no idea that there was such a service where they come to you, as a friend suggested this company. This was a completely professional operation from start to finish. The person who came out was a great help and removed all the documents for me. Fran in the office was excellent and responsive in setting up the appointment. I normally dont do reviews, but as a business owner myself I was really impressed with how easy and convenient this was.

When searching for a shredding company in this area, American Shredding was my second phone call. First call was spent speaking with a rude person whos quote was ridiculously high. Then I called American Shredding and spoke with Fran. What a pleasure it was to speak with a business woman who understands customer service is the most important part of business. Price was excellent, & shredders who came to my home twice were friendly and professional. I highly recommend American Shredding and will certainly being using them again! I have dropped off boxes of files from my step dads business multiple times. Fran and her team are always extremely helpful and friendly. One of the best service companies I have ever worked with.
