Went in for a field learning day at this location for Mortuary school. They were extremely welcoming and truly inspiring. Thank you for being very transparent to students in the field and opening your door to us.

Impressed - thoughtful, caring and understanding. I would encourage anyone dealing with the difficult planning for a loved one to reach out. The entire staff is amazing. My biggest concern was would my dad be cremated by himself. Jim explained that Stork-Bullock owns their own crematory, that gave me an instant peace of mind. This was most important to me. I reached out to Stork-Bullock when my father suddenly passed away. Leonard answered my call on a Sunday morning when another well known mortuary didnt bother to call me back. Leonard talked with me and explained exactly what would happen. He even made it a point to call me when he had picked up my dad. It was very meaningful. I made my appointment to set up arrangements and worked with Jim, he was completely understanding as I asked a lot of questions about the process, I was at ease with my decision. The care continued as I picked up my father remains, the woman who assisted me was thoughtful. I was happy with the urn I choose and the plaque was so pretty. Stork-Bullock Lakewood is highly recommended. Thank you to all for making the process calming, I knew my dad was in good hands which took a tremendous amount of stress off of me.

This mortuary, especially Leonard, took such amazing care of us and my son. He gave us extra time to pray over the body when they got him from the morgue and the did a fantastic job with him. He looked so peaceful. I highly recommend them.

The family of Peyton Ingalls has tremendous gratitude and wishes to thank Stork Bullock Family Mortuary for the miracle that they performed to get our loved-one’s death certificate, burn permit, and cremation completed in less than 4 days; when everyone else in Denver (we called 11 places) was saying that it would not be possible. We needed Peyton back in Florida to celebrate his life on his 25th birthday and Stork Bullock made it their mission to help us make it happen. The connections they have established and nurtured over the years with the law enforcement community and coroner offices really helped them navigate things for us that we just were incapable of doing at the time. Beyond their professional capabilities and even more important, Stork Bullock put our needs FIRST, not their need to get the most money from us or fit us into their schedule. Julie was amazing, efficient and “on top of things”, kind, understanding, compassionate, and very patient, as my brain was jello during this time of enormous shock and grief. She and the company went above and beyond our wishes and never tried to push things on us we didnt need. Thank you, Julie, for making it possible for our entire family in Florida to have Peyton with us to celebrate his life on his 25th birthday. I ca not say enough about the compassion and personal attention that we received. The director Jim explained the process and made sure that the family understood all of the options. He was never pushy in regards to any of the options, which some funeral homes tend to be. Jim took it upon himself to ensure that the family had the best experience possible under the toughest situation ever. He truly cares!! Prices are very reasonable.

My dad passed recently and with very little money for services they welcomed us. They were friendly and hospitable. They made us feel great and didnt pressure us to buy things we didnt need. Their prices are so much better than those big name funeral homes. The day of my dads viewing we ran a bit over and they werent pushing us out of there. They made my dad look like himself.
