Generally, quite professional, sympathetic company conduct. Some small glitches, miscommunication. Did a cremation & memorial at their chapel.

We had bought a cremation policy for my mother, perhaps 10 years ago. Upon her recent passing at the beginning of March, I found that her arrangements were made in a considerate, professional manner. I was satisfied that if I receive th ef same care and consideration, then these were the right people for me. FYI, the cost was considerably less expensive than I remembered.With no other way to test the product before hand, I feel very good about my purchase.

My sister, Patricia Anne Newell, was taken to Advantage when she passed. I was not doing well and I did not want to see her in a casket. When I called for directions, Sherry answered the phone, she was so friendly and helpful. When I saw my sister, she looked like she fixed herself up! Everything was so lovely, so many people were there. I asked the woman who was in the office if she was ready to go home, her response was Oh no, the family needs time., it is okay! Then later she came out and sat by me, talking and making sure I was okay. This takes a very caring person to do this! At the service, they helped with everything. Hats off to these great people! I really appreciate all the support you gave Cecil, their children and loved ones. And I know my sister Patty was happy with you!! Thank you again and again!

I cant say enough about all the great people who take care of our loved ones.Brad Dunn was amazing in helping with the arrangements for my Mom. We had a mass for her at the church and I not being in the right frame of mind forgot about a flower arrangement to set behind the urn.I called Brad only an hour or so prior to the mass and when we showed up the floral arrangement was already there and was beautiful. As far as Im concerned the staff and Brad went above and beyond what I expected. It will be almost 3 years since we had interacted but not a day goes by that I am so thankful for all that was done. Respectful, compassionate, caring and professional all the way.

DAN WAS A PLEASANT PERSON BUT I BELIEVE HE TRIED THE BAIT AND SWITCH GAME. PRE- MEETING WE KNEW WE WERE GOING WITH THE RUNYAN-STEVENSONPLAN. AT THE MEETING HE SWITCHED TO CROWNHILL POLICY??? I HAD TO SAY wait a minute, what happened to the $1200 plan???? We ended up there only $165 dollars more than the quote. HE ALSO INITIALLY STATED no extra charge for body pick up in for Colorado. It ended up no charge for 30 miles. I believe the VASES that he promised WILL be provided.

My family was devastated by the death of a family member by suicide and we were met with kindnessAnd loving compassion .It was complicated and I had never dealt with so much detail and they helped me thru each pieceI am truly grateful.

We had services for my Mother last week, needless to say it was a difficult time for all. TK and the staff were so very kind and helpful throughout the process. I was not sure I wanted to see my Mother but decided to do so, they made her look so peaceful and that was very comforting to my sisters and I. The only downside was the technology to allow streaming slideshow was not up to date and there was no wifi. Other than that I have no complaints. I would recommend them to others.
