The power switch broke on my laptop and needed replacement. It wouldnt power up. Mountain Peak Computers was absolutely fantastic. Free pick up and delivery and one day turn-around! It was fixed the same day they picked it up and was delivered back to me the very next day. My laptop was back up and running, good as new. The cost of repair was also quite reasonable. Friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I definitely give Mountain Peak a five star rating.

Tom with Mountain Peak was a lifesaver for our business. Our work computer laptop crashed and we were given the blue screen of death over and over. I called him on Friday afternoon, he picked it up the same day, replaced the hard drive and recovered our data. We had it back again Saturday afternoon for the weekend. Very reasonably priced, Im glad when I Googled PC repair he came up! Will use again if needed!

I had called Mountain Peak Computers after one of my hard drives stopped working and my computer would no longer start. Before the drive failed, my CPU was also running too hot. Tom answered the phone and after a brief back and forth determined that he would be able to travel to my house the next day and do the work here.He arrived promptly on time and replaced my hard drive, reinstalled Windows, recovered all(!) my data from the ruined drive, and re-seated my heat sink to help with my over heating problems. He was able to get the work done quickly and correctly, even with my curious cat supervising. He let me know to call him if any problems arose, but everything worked great after that. Tom was very professional and pleasant to talk to. I will use Mountain Peak Computers if I ever need computer assistance again and the fact that they do remote repair for some issues is a MASSIVE bonus.

I had lots of work done on my computer from him. He replaced my driver, cleaned out the computer, helped me with a key code problem. My only issue is with the charger, I asked him to replace the port because it came loose and when I got home to try it out after all the work it still isnt working. I dont think its his fault as hes helped me lots with the issues Ive faced. Might call back in and see if hell do it. Kinda a bummer especially since I paid for the port repair.
