I took my laptop in with kind of an ASAP repair situation. They prioritized my issue and had a response for me the same morning I had brought my device in.But heres the kicker - they recognized my laptop as still under warranty so instead of quoting me a repair, they helped me with warranty information so I can get my device repaired for free.
