Had a laptop LCD issue which was repaired. And best of all.... got to talk to a real live human being who actually knew the answer and was honest, and set expectations for the work. I think renaming the office to Above Average Joe Services would not be off target. Go use these guys. Theyre good.

Matthew is great at what he does! I called him and talked to him over the phone on what issues I was having with my computer and he helped narrow down what the problems might be. He was extremely patient in explaining the process and what my options were. I was able to drop off my laptop and pick it up on the same day! Now keep in mind I did not have any severe issues, just needed to upgrade some parts. My laptop is running better then it was when I bought it two years ago! 1000x better than Geek Squad!

Matthew was incredibly helpful and overall fantastic. My cat had damaged my laptop, and he did an excellent job with the repair. Additionally, I had been meaning to get a new laptop and desktop as mine were outdated and running slowly. Matthew suggested just upgrading the ones I had for a fraction of the cost. Quite frankly as good or better of an experience you can hope for with computer repair. My hard drive went down on me, and Matt was able to retrieve my documents from it, upgrade/replace the hard drive, and upgrade the RAM all within less than 24 hours and all at an extremely reasonable price. Now my computer works better than it was when new. Plus Matt was just always friendly to talk to, pleasant to do business with, and clearly loves his job. Will recommend or be back when necessary.

This is the best repair shop I have every been to and by far the best in Colorado. I tried to replace the motherboard on my computer and after everything was reassembled it wouldnt boot. Zero signs of life. I brought it to Matthew and within two days he had diagnosed a dead power supply and motherboard (due to errors when I tried my hand at installation). After diagnosis, he got it back up and running, only needing the original board I tried to replace. After coming in to plug back in my SSDs it turns out they were fried too (at least to boot to). He got into the drives and showed that all the data was accessible. Next, he showed me exactly how to get back into them from a stable computer, and how to get the data from them. He formatted one of the drives that I had no important data on, and showed me exactly how to get Windows 10 on to it and how to copy that data back on to it. I will go to no other place for computer repairs in the future. Matthew has my business for life.

I was running into CPU / GPU temperature issues on my brand new HP omen due to a bad paste job from HP. I bought a new computer from them. It came with Windows 7, Office 2013, and Microsoft Security included. Cant beat the price anywhere. It was completely set-up, so I didnt have to spend time downloading software. Just plugged it in and everything worked. Matthew is very helpful and knowledgeable. I have also used them to restore hard drives and deal with virus issues. I highly recommend them.

I was cleaning dust out of my computer. When I hooked it back up it was running very slow. I knew there was no way this could have caused any problems. I took it to Matt at Average Joe Computer Services at 9:30am. After explaining what happened, I learned it wasnt the dust. My hard drive was failing. By the time we left, it was around 10:00am. At 12:00, i got a call that its just about ready, and we picked it up at 1:00pm. When you hear same day repair you think by the end of the day. I wasnt expecting nearly this fast of service. Hes very polite and knows his stuff. If anyone in my family has an issue with their PC, I know who to call.

Absolutely superb service. My laptop screen went out. I took it in and Matthew had it fixed after an hour. Not only did he fix the screen, but he fixed several other problems as well. The computer runs better than when I bought it. He only charged me for an hour of labor as well. The repair was must cheaper than expected and surpassed expectations.

Average Joe Computer Services has the best customer service of any business Ive ever frequented. I called Matthew to ask whether he could just look at my gaming laptop, because the cooling fans suddenly stopped working. Instead, after doing some digging about what went wrong, he assessed the problem and helped me reset the controller on the motherboard (I think thats what we did) over the phone, and now, the fan works like brand new.Matt took 20 minutes out of his day to help me, someone whom hed never met or done business with, fix a computer I needed for work. If you need a computer or laptop repaired, you need to go here. Matthew will do whatever he can to fix it, and hes obviously outstanding at diagnosing problems.I know that when I need my computer fixed or when Im in the market for a refurbished one, this is where Ill go from now on, and you should, too. I cannot praise this place enough.

Joe is the best. I dropped my computer off for service and before I got home he had already cracked it open and diagnosed it. He gave me a honest and clear description of the problem. I am not a novice when it comes to computers an I could tell this guy knows his stuff. He told me fixing my lap top would more than it was worth and did not charge me for his time.

Thought I just needed an OS reinstallation because I had [I thought] backup on an external drive. Turns out all that work and nothing was backed up. Good thing I couldnt find reinstallation disks or Id lost all data. Great service and great prices.
