I went to the store 2 weeks ago and they were helpful. However, I was unable to get my double sided business cards printed at that time so I was a bit disappointed.Luckily, I came back to the store today and Sunday is the only day that Krissy works there. She was unbelievably helpful and talented at her job. Also very friendly. She was able to get my double sided business cards edited and printed right there because she is the only one who knows how to print double sided there. Previously I thought that it would be a 2 week wait.Everyone else there was also great today. They are not allowed to accept tips, so a review is all I can do to show my appreciation.

Great place... I come here to get ink for my printer, paper, pens and office supplies. Bought a few printers here. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Been going here for over a year now. Parking in front of the store... In and out in no time.

The worst Office Depot store. This is not the first time I have bad experience here with this store. Doesn’t work with Officedepot.com. The staff was rude. My printing order pick up was supported to be 1hour pick up; I came in, get in line and asked if my ordered was ready, the answer was NO, he doesn’t have time to help me but the other people after me. My order would be ready by the end of the day. Are you Kidding me?? I didn’t cut the line.Today they canceled my pick-up order because someone called and wanted to buy my items. They don’t mark the item out on their store until I paid for it so they can hold my money, they offered no help to call different store so I can go for pick up.If this store doesn’t work with the online store they should not list them on the website. Will not return to this store

The printing services are sub par at best. Both times I have had something printed there there has been a mess up with my order and then I’m left having to wait while they print new ones. It’s ridiculous especially since I order online. I would not recommend this location if you’re looking for printing service. I will not be returning.

At 10am on a Monday morning I couldn’t find a soul to help me. Finally decided to wait in line to talk to a cashier just to ask if they had any notary journals, which he said they didn’t. What office supply store doesn’t carry notary journals? Went around the corner to Staples, walked in and was immediately greeted by a cheerful cashier who asked if I needed help finding anything, and proceeded to direct me to the exact aisle and location of their notary journals. I wasted 15 minutes walking around Office Depot trying to find my item and/or an employee to end my misery. At Staples I was in and out in 4 minutes and their store is much more pleasant, with a better selection. Office Depot: you have clearly given up on your store fronts. Close them now and go e-commerce to save your brand.

I’ve had nothing but positive experience’s at this Office Depot . I get my daily sheets printed for years and they have always been friendly and even got deals on their printing services.I will continue to do business with this Office Depot.

I have gone in this store for the same thing 5 times, a Floor mat. The rack of floor mats needs to be gone through and sorted. I even spoke to one of the mangers and she said that they would have it fixed and ordered in. the last one of the clear plastic floor mats for wood floors was last ordered in June of 18 she stated. (well maybe if they had them in stock they may sell more). This is not the first issue I have with this store. I will drive 20 min south to a different Office depot/Max out of my way or go to staples for this product.

Excellent experience, Jason was polite, productive and professional. He has excellent customer service and was incredibly helpful with our problem. He handled multiple customers and phone calls with organization and kindness. Made everything much easier 👍🏻

The store was very poorly stocked and organized. When I asked for help finding the product that I was trying to find (that the website specified I should be able to readily fond in store) the employee took me to a literal pile of product on a shelf that clearly was intended for sorting product in an organized fashion and told me to just look through all of them till I found what I was looking for, and that some of the products in the pile were as cheap as $4.99 but some were as much as $19.99. Unbelievably frustrating experience, ended up paying 3 times as much for a different brand because this store cant be bothered to properly stock their shelves.

Just went in today to make some copies. The store was neat and clean. The staff were pleasant and attentive. The young lady at the counter offered to make the copies for me which was a nice gesture.

First time I had placed an online order, was in the area and decided to call to see if there was a chance it was finished. After 15 minutes on hold, and almost to the parking lot, I was told the print services area was super busy. I went in to find 3 employees in the print area standing around, busy, but would have been able to answer a call. Then I was told that they were super busy and my order wasnt ready. Second experience, placed an online order and when I went to pick it up, waited for 10 minutes without being acknowledged. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

The website said open until 10:00 pm arrived at 8:50 staff was getting ready to close but we were told we could still shop . As we entered the lobby the manager shut off most of the lights and followed behind use through the entire visit making us uncomfortable and felt completely rushed. I spoke to the manager the next morning and he didnt care anymore than the night manger . Customer service us not a priority at this location!

Tammy in the printing dept saves the day! I used to go to the 52nd ave location .. and I will never go back. I’ve been pricing several local and online printing services .. but I will continue to use OD only because of Miss Tammy! I’m only giving 4 stars because this location needs to hire! Itss not like I expect great service at Office Depot but it would be nice if somebody at least kind of tried. When asked where the office chairs were, we got kind of a general point and a nod in the direction of some chairs. Same reaction when asking for the restroom. I guess she didnt want to be interrupted when she was counting her boxes.

Clean store, usually great selection, this go-around they were sold out of some of the things I was looking for though. Also, the associate working the counter was a little disinterested, she seemed pretty occupied cutting out tiny photos. Have interacted with much friendlier and personable associates in past visits, luck of the draw for who works the counter I guess lol. Overall, this is my go-to for office supplies

While the service itself was fine and the store was tidy and clean, I went in to pick up photos I had uploaded and sent to their printers only to learn that they havent received an online photo print order in months. The employee said theres no way for them to receive or print the photos so she cant understand why their store website allows it. Thankfully I wasnt charged for anything, but wasted my time.

The WORST customer service Ive ever experienced. Especially SEAN and the manager. Half the time they are extremely rude and cant even complete the print job Im asking for. I hate this location, which is unfortunate because its across the street from my house

South Wadsworth. What kind of fools leave a nesting goose right out front of their only entrance. Here is a lawsuit waiting to happen. Got attacked both coming and going by the male goose. Well talk to a lawyer today. Not only do they leave it there but they put a big sign warning you that you will be viciously attacked if you try to walk in their doors. I guess its safety 6th at Office Depot

Convenient location, but the staff was trying to do too many things at once. Had to wait to long for something that takes 30 seconds at the UPS store.

Business center staff were courteous. I started to browse the aisles in the hope of picking up some odds and ends when I was approached by a lean brunette who appeared to be the manager or assistant manager. After responding to her inquiry that I was browsing, she stood silent for an awkwardly long time, then disingenuously offered her future assistance should I need it. I felt like they thought I was casing the place. My only regret is that I gave them 7.50 of my money. Will not return.

Two stars for polite attitude.I came in to use my reward I had saved up. The clerk Gaby asked me to present the coupon.I told her my phone # that was linked to the account, she stated that I had to have a printed coupon to make a purchase.Then I showed her my account on my phone with the barcode, then she said it would work too.What is a coupon to her?

Walked in the door asked for assistance and purchased a Brother PT-D210 label maker and batteries. No problem, and was asked if I wanted to join their rewards program and so I did and received a discount which I was pleasantly surprised and will continue to shop there.

I literally can’t begin to put into words the ridiculous experience I just had at this location.

Only issue is printing. I Always pre-order and get the notification but when I get there its never done. Not just this location so maybe better on accuracy.

The copy center is TERRIBLE!!! The clerks are super slow, ignore customers, and dont know how to operate the equipment.After being rhere for over 45 minutes they were unable to figure out how to print documents from my thumb drive.I went to the library across the street and was able to print my documents in 15 minutes, for $0.05 a page less than Office nax would have charged me.

Closest location to home and stopped in to grab USPS flat rate boxes, and the guy had no idea what I was talking about. Theyre free boxes supplied by the post office that you pay to deliver! Anyway, left to go to another location.
